The sales associates are very friendly and informative. However, the communication was rather harder after the sell, especially response to email and phone calls. The material used in the building is less than satisfactory, almost sub standard in a few instances. This is specially true for the unit that costs lot more per square foot in this area (and that without any land). For the money I expected more of the "state of the art" items like thermostat, faucet, shower heads, light fixtures, door handles, washer and dryer, heating and cooling system (vey noisy and uneven), placement of the ...

Sales Office lied when they told us work on the new building quit every day at three. They work seven days a week until dark sometimes even after dark. We were told appliances were checked and tested before we moved in. Mine, and at least 30 other people in my building have electric ranges where the ovens tripped the circuit breaker. Every time it is put on. It took whirlpool a month to come out and investigate the situation. Dog owners are ruining the new building. The Sales experience was good, however, responsiveness once moving in has been poor. I have several quality of workmanship issues that are unresolved and desire to ensure customer satisfaction is a low priority. If anything, I feel criticized and ignored asking for broken/sloppy items within a new home to be repaired.

The sales people were hard to contact a lot of the time. I don't have a comfort height toilet in my bathroom because a change order was never done and I was docu signing so many forms because I lived in another state. The salesperson said not to worry. She would do the change order. She did not do it. I was involved with so many things that it never got done. It was del webb responsibility to see that this change order was done. I should not have to now pay for a modification which is what I have been told I will have to do if I want a comfort toilet. There are other issues that ...

The Dartmouth group was extremely unresponsive. It took a full week of badgering begging and in the end being nasty to simply get the fob to the fitness center working. Also the person hired for the fitness center is quite unknowlegable . Also have been trying to get a ping pong table to use since that is our main activity very unresponsive to this as well even tho we actually said we wud spend personally the $450 to buy it. Plenty of room for it especially in the largely unused ballroom.

The brand new condo is beautiful at first glance. However, my first week I had to hire a plumber (at cost to me, builder would not cover), ask builder to put in electrician work order (which they will cover under 1 year warranty, presumably) and a washing machine repairman. I worry now about the quality of materials and workmanship given these issues on a brand new build. Otherwise, the place is lovely and other residents nice. But waiting for the next shoe to drop re: my home isn’t a great feeling.

My clothes dryer has made loud vibration sounds since day and Pulte will not replace.
