I had a very positive experience buying my new home. Lisa sent me weekly updates and pictures of my home as it was being built. My questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend Pulte to other new buyers.

We have been looking for quite a while for a single story house that provides us some amenities and activities for the future. We found this area to be so lovely and so many great things in a short distance including a future Costco.

We've been in our new house for almost 2 months. We love our floor plan, our sunroom, our kitchen and our master bath, our neighbors. Everything else has been great, but those are the parts that have really stood out.

My overall experience was positive. It took close to a year to complete my home due to circumstances beyond Pulte's control. Follow up has been good on items that need to be fixed. I love having a one story home with no steps. The storage area in the garage is huge.

The process was well defined, and the Pulte Group works well together in making sure each step of the way you are informed of your options and requirements to keep the process on schedule. The staff does a great job of following up on an issues that arise and resolve them in a timely manner. We are enjoying our new home - we made a great choice with Del Webb!

From sales rep to construction team, we could not be happier with the professionalism, timliness and responsiveness of the Del Webb staff. Pulte delivered the home as scheduled, and only a few minor issues needed to be addressed during a final walk through of the house. The sales team, the lead construction engineer, and the designer I worked with were all very helpful during the process.

For the most part, the entire experience was well-orchestrated and organized. There was a lot of step-by-step handholding all along the way which greatly alleviated what could have been a very stressful experience.
