Unprofessional between my realtor and sale person for pulte homes bellweather. Del web. Poor communication with us and realtor. House basement floor cement had to be topped very rough. Had to keep on sup. Windows not sealing in bedroom needed weather strip on doors. Painting not professional. House not very clean when moved in. Glue on the floors light bulbs out in bath. Door bell not hooked up. Ect Ect. Nick worked with us but his boss would not. Just close the house and deal with it later. So be where it’s not what they tell you. They make it sound great but the quality is not their ...

We love our house and the options we chose. Our contacts through the build process were very helpful. Luke and Bryan provided the information we needed pre and post closing. Any minor issues we have had since closing have been responded to quickly and to our satisfaction. Lisa in customer service is wonderful. Great experience start to finish.

Been here 2 months and had to have the HVAC technician, the plumber and the cabinet company back to fix items that were not caught in the pulte final walkthrough. Such as one of the pullout cabinet shelves broken, all the faucets/showerheads had to be blown out as there was sediment in each and a water line was blocking access to the humidifier. Very disappointing.

Good quality and workmanship. Staff were very attentive to our needs and questions. Not quite as much flexibility in construction and design as I would have liked to see. All in all it was a very positive experience, in a great community and so far, the home seems very well built.

The overall experience with the builders was a 10. The Pulte mortgage company was a terrible experience worked with them for 10 months for a no we can’t find the mortgage. The new mortgage company we got funded in 2/5 weeks.

Estates construction took precedence over garden and classic models. Delays and excuses from construction team from start to finish. The lowest level of paint was used in the interior. We had to purchase a refrigerator on our own. Pulte credit covered 60% of the cost. We regret the decision to build with Pulte.

We're happy for the most part with our purchase. There is buyer's remorse when it comes to having some of the warranty work scheduled as well as the amount of items that needed to be addressed. That said, the workers who do come out for the vendors are very good thus far. Some of the work has a shoddy quality to it. There was also a lack of care to protect flooring during work with paint, etc. left on the floors for us to clean or try to clean off. We do love the Brickstone Club amenity center and happy hours. Overall we are more than very pleased with our home. Our only disappointment was our closed date was pushed back several weeks to the exact date we were leaving on an overseas cruise. We were offered no flexibility on moving up the closing date even by a week. The response to any after closing issues has been excellent. Luke was top notch throughout the building process. We would build a Del Webb home again.

Make sure you don't purchase the cheapest appliance pkg. We did, and the stove is by far the WORST I've ever had. Poor quality, sides of oven (next to cupboards) heat up to 150 degrees when oven is on. Heat from vent hits the front panel so it is HOT to the touch and very dangerous for kids

Communication on sales end unacceptable. Design process needs improvement. Design consultant was good. Adding options was expensive as to what you were getting. The best experience was working with site manager to get us through the building process.

I had a good experience with my new home. Jordan was very helpful with the process; Natalie was excellent in helping me pick out options; the construction manager, Mark, and his team were always ready to answer questions or keep me posted on the progress of my home. As a recent widow, this was a brand new experience for me, and everyone helped to make the process as simple as possible. I am looking forward to this new chapter.

My overall experience was positive. It took close to a year to complete my home due to circumstances beyond Pulte's control. Follow up has been good on items that need to be fixed. I love having a one story home with no steps. The storage area in the garage is huge.

Stay away from Pulte in Bellwether. Deplorable workmanship and dishonesty

Numerous serious preclose problems-cracked trusses, large hole in roof, dishonest staff, no quality control, untrained trades including the use of children, etc. Upon closing we had a gas leak, no AC requiring a new compressor, our dishwasher flooded our kitchen wood floor, a utility flood, an island made of quartz 9 in too long, wavy siding, wood floorboards cut short, wavy concrete needing to be redone after close, too numerous and inexcusable to mention
