I love the concept and the community I moved into but the workmanship and the pride that the workers take in putting the house together was less to be desired for the price we pay for these homes.

Overall the house was built to our specs. The lot and area are as advertised. We understand that these homes are constructed several at a time, and this sometimes can cause rush jobs that may not be as good as could be. We understand that and accept that. But...we feel the workmanship with things such as caulking, cleanup, door hanging, tile floor installation, and other issues did not meet our expectations. And, we feel it was not up to the quality Pulte Homes advertises.

Our home buying experience went very smoothly, from initial purchase to closing. Todd did our final walkthrough and he was amazing. He walked us through the entire house and showed us how everything works. Todd showed us all the mechanicals of the house. Margaret has been wonderful! She responds very quickly to issues that have come up and she has been able to fix some of the issues herself. We would recommend Pulte highly.

Very disappointed in the quality of the home for the price we paid. Cheap materials used for doors and other cutbacks that were made are obvious, such as trim. All upgrades were ala carte, knowing that the buyer would not want the basic options that were presented. Very disappointed in the way Veterans are treated. Unless you state you are a Veteran from the first signing, Pulte would not accommodate the discount for them, however, when changes were made to the contract for upgrades, they were willing to change the contract since the price would increase. I was pretty impressed with the whole buying experience. Scott, the salesman, was always very responsive. The whole process took a little longer than I had expected. Margaret, the warrantee person, has been very responsive when I reach out to her. The price was a bit high as far as I am concerned, but I guess to be fair, everything is high now.

The process was well defined, and the Pulte Group works well together in making sure each step of the way you are informed of your options and requirements to keep the process on schedule. The staff does a great job of following up on an issues that arise and resolve them in a timely manner. We are enjoying our new home - we made a great choice with Del Webb!

From sales rep to construction team, we could not be happier with the professionalism, timliness and responsiveness of the Del Webb staff. They never overpromised and underdelivered - an all too common occurrence in the housing field. We would highly recommend Del Webb to anyone in the housing market!

The process of buying, designing, building my new home with Pulte, Del Webb went very smooth. Professional staff throughout the entire process! The only issue was initially dealing with a few unfinished items due to our current labor concerns in this industry. Follow through has been great! I would build with them again!

Pulte delivered the home as scheduled, and only a few minor issues needed to be addressed during a final walk through of the house. The sales team, the lead construction engineer, and the designer I worked with were all very helpful during the process.

The Del Webb people we worked with were all very professional and helpful.

The builders were very communicative and responded to my questions and needs whenever I contacted them.

Daryll kept us up to date on the progress of our new home build. Jermain stepped in for our owner's walk through and was very thorough and delightful.

Sales , design, closing teams all very responsive. But do your due diligence if unfamiliar with building process- it takes patience but so far very worth it. The sense of community here is real . Construction manager extremely helpful . Things get done fast if materials and labor available. Follow up is great as well

There were a lot of minor workmanship issues with our home. Contractors have had to come back and fix a lot of small things. I believe it may be that the builder was putting up so many home in such a short time that contractors were rushing to get everything done. To their credit, the builder has been easy to work and responsive with in getting issues resolved. We are in a new development and communication could be slightly better for approximate timelines on certain completion items as we want to add a patio but need better timelines on when sod/irrigation/landscaping will be done before we can start project. ... Inflexible builder for a custom built home.

From beginning to move in I was kept informed and very satisfied.

The whole experience of taking out a mortgage for 1/2 the cost of the property was absolutely terrible. It took me 3 days too pay cash for the house but they couldn't figure out in 4 months if I could afford the mortgage payment. If you have a business, investment properties etc. don't waste you time with Pulte!

For the most part, the entire experience was well-orchestrated and organized. There was a lot of step-by-step handholding all along the way which greatly alleviated what could have been a very stressful experience.

Pulte is a massive national builder so don't expect to make a lot of changes once you lock in with your design. They are very upfront about not making changes and they thoroughly walk you through every item to be certain you get exactly what you want. If you change your mind later your out of luck and can only blame yourself. The sales team is very good at explaining and documenting every single phase of your build process. I had Scott at the Bellwether development and he went way above and beyond to make it an enjoyable process. Once construction starts Daryl takes over with the actual construction. He is super knowledgeable and knows every single inch of your home and will explain any question you may have. Overall all the Pulte people are very helpful and friendly. They make you feel like you are working with your own private contractor. As far as the community there is nothing better so keep in mind you are really buying into a lifestyle. I can't put an exact number on that, but for us it's worth maybe $20,000 over a standard neighborhood. Once you live in a Del Webb you will understand. All your neighbors are here for the same reason so get ready to be waved to by every person you see. ... More

Scott and Daryl are the best people to work with.

The experience from beginning to end was easy. They’re all here to make this home building a pleasant experience. The people we worked with to choose our lot and all the structure options were so patient. We had a great experience customizing the electrical options. We really enjoyed the process of customizing the interior. I really cannot say enough great things about our experience.

The buying experience was a learning curve. Understand that the models are full of upgrades that you pay extra for. Choices for customization are limited. Overall very happy with our house so far (have not lived in it long).
