Pulte is a massive national builder so don't expect to make a lot of changes once you lock in with your design. They are very upfront about not making changes and they thoroughly walk you through every item to be certain you get exactly what you want. If you change your mind later your out of luck and can only blame yourself. The sales team is very good at explaining and documenting every single phase of your build process. I had Scott at the Bellwether development and he went way above and beyond to make it an enjoyable process. Once construction starts Daryl takes over with the actual construction. He is super knowledgeable and knows every single inch of your home and will explain any question you may have. Overall all the Pulte people are very helpful and friendly. They make you feel like you are working with your own private contractor. As far as the community there is nothing better so keep in mind you are really buying into a lifestyle. I can't put an exact number on that, but for us it's worth maybe $20,000 over a standard neighborhood. Once you live in a Del Webb you will understand. Scott and Daryl are the best people to work with.

The experience from beginning to end was easy. They’re all here to make this home building a pleasant experience. The people we worked with to choose our lot and all the structure options were so patient. We had a great experience customizing the electrical options. We really enjoyed the process of customizing the interior. I really cannot say enough great things about our experience.

The buying experience was a learning curve. Understand that the models are full of upgrades that you pay extra for. Choices for customization are limited. Overall very happy with our house so far (have not lived in it long).

All the people we had experience with locally here in Minnesota were outstanding. They responded immediately to our questions & needs. Great experience.

The project managers were awesome. Always able to answer questions and listened to our concerns. We appreciated being able to come and see the progress whenever we wanted.

The Process was scheduled well.

It took 9 months to build my home after the foundation was poured. Other homes started after mine were finished before mine, I believe due to my price being locked in. Be vigilant during construction. The wrong countertop was installed in my kitchen and the builder did not identify and fix it. Other issues also were left up to me to identify and push for resolution.

We didn't think we wanted to build a home with all the headaches that entails. But after experiencing how organized they were and how they walked us through every single step, we were so pleased at the result and the experience.

Overall it was an exciting experience and we are glad we went with Del Webb

From beginning to close I was well cared for in building my home. Great people - very responsive.

The house is great and we are excited to have moved in. After living in the house for a bit we have noticed shortcuts that were taken as well as lesser quality products. It is also very hard to be in a new home while they are building homes on all sides. Lot of disruption with construction of those new homes. Can't wait fot that to die down.

The selection staff at design center very helpful. Electric staff good. Due to Covid had to do selection by zoom. After care person helpful getting furnace issue fixed. Friendly neighborhood

Buying and building were easy. Aftercare is adequate, however, slow.

I feel that omega is way to controlable and they don’t have any respect for people after they pay for there homes. Not a happy camper

Overall I would say were satisfied. Some minor items weren’t done to our liking. Quality control could of been better. We do love the home! Just the small situation we’re Annoying.
