I have had seven service calls since I moved in Oct. 13

Everything from a refrigerator that was installed incorrectly and rattled, to a furnace that was wired incorrectly and was cycling thru with the fan not turning on. There was a dryer vent issue, lock issue and dripping faucet that is on its second service call. I’m not breaking these things, they came broken.

The materials used are of mediocre quality. The design is sub-par for livability in the Martin Rey unit.

the Pulte Mortgage underwriting was TERRiBLE!

The whole experience of taking out a mortgage for 1/2 the cost of the property was absolutely terrible. It took me 3 days too pay cash for the house but they couldn't figure out in 4 months if I could afford the mortgage payment. If you have a business, investment properties etc. don't waste you time with Pulte!

I am pleased with the quality of the workmanship that went into my home. There were some issues that stalled the closing of my property, which had me in tears. I felt that I was literally interrogated by one of your sales personal. Thankfully there was an understanding Pulte employee who guided me through working out a solution to complete the sale in a timely fashion. I would not want to go through that agonizing period again and should never had to.

Unprofessional between my realtor and sale person for pulte homes bellweather. Del web. Poor communication with us and realtor. House basement floor cement had to be topped very rough. Had to keep on sup. Windows not sealing in bedroom needed weather strip on doors. Painting not professional. House not very clean when moved in. Glue on the floors light bulbs out in bath. Door bell not hooked up. Ect Ect. Nick worked with us but his boss would not. Just close the house and deal with it later. So be where it’s not what they tell you. They make it sound great but the quality is not their ...

Long Delays and Wrong Components

It took 9 months to build my home after the foundation was poured. Other homes started after mine were finished before mine, I believe due to my price being locked in. Be vigilant during construction. The wrong countertop was installed in my kitchen and the builder did not identify and fix it. Other issues also were left up to me to identify and push for resolution.

The Site Manager was great. It was the sales person that was lacking greatly in trust, follow up and attitude

The builders need to build fast without regard to customers needs. They say they are production builders and cannot spend the time "customizing" for each customer. Too bad they don't share all those savings with the buyer.

The builder has no desire to build an energy efficient home even though they pretend they are. For example, they do not offer upgrades to energy star appliances. The engineering of the heating and cooling system is incorrect for the modern tight construction of the home. They install only inexpensive single stage systems which are not energy efficient in tight construction. In addition, they do not offer an upgraded filter system for customers with allergy issues. With the short runtimes of a single stage system, humidity levels will not be controlled contributing to mold and mildew ...

I'm also a remodeling contractor & have built 4 homes. I own Kal's Contracting & Plumbing. The homes are over priced for the finishes you provide. Poor communication. No response to warranty items submitted on the owners website. The only thing I would recommend is the location of the neighborhood. This development needs more people working for it like the job supervisor Daryl.

Three weeks before our close date, the dishwasher was installed wrong, resulting in a flooded kitchen. Flooring and cabinets had to be reordered and installed, resulting in a 3-day delay on our closing. When we finally moved in, we found the new kitchen flooring to be damaged once again and, after talking to our construction manager, we learned the plumber had flooded the kitchen when reinstalling the pipes. Stay away from Pulte in Bellwether. Deplorable workmanship and dishonesty

Numerous serious preclose problems-cracked trusses, large hole in roof, dishonest staff, no quality control, untrained trades including the use of children, etc. Upon closing we had a gas leak, no AC requiring a new compressor, our dishwasher flooded our kitchen wood floor, a utility flood, an island made of quartz 9 in too long, wavy siding, wood floorboards cut short, wavy concrete needing to be redone after close, too numerous and inexcusable to mention
