Stay away from Pulte in Bellwether. Deplorable workmanship and dishonesty

Numerous serious preclose problems-cracked trusses, large hole in roof, dishonest staff, no quality control, untrained trades including the use of children, etc. Upon closing we had a gas leak, no AC requiring a new compressor, our dishwasher flooded our kitchen wood floor, a utility flood, an island made of quartz 9 in too long, wavy siding, wood floorboards cut short, wavy concrete needing to be redone after close, too numerous and inexcusable to mention

I'm also a remodeling contractor & have built 4 homes. I own Kal's Contracting & Plumbing. The homes are over priced for the finishes you provide. Poor communication. No response to warranty items submitted on the owners website. The only thing I would recommend is the location of the neighborhood. This development needs more people working for it like the job supervisor Daryl.
