Customer Experience (I think that’s his title) was excellent until they moved him to a new project. He’s unable to do much follow-up due to his new duties. My experience with the onsite manager and her team is a travesty. They drag out things needlessly making us jump through ridiculous hoops to get approval to do anything to our homes/yards/etc and we are paying for these improvements! I believe they take joy and make a position for themselves by creating ridiculous barriers. Communication is abysmal from them. I am utterly surprised they still have jobs.

There isn’t much good to say. 55 and older community that has steps, crappy work, and products in the home. I could go on but I won’t because you don’t care.

Extreme Disappointment Regarding the Ongoing Lack of CC&R Enforcement - in Lake Las Vegas

Builder EXCEPTIONAL, Sales team EXCEPTIONAL, Pulte Mortgage AWFUL!!

Our home is fine. Builders, sales, and follow up has been fine. But Pulte Mortgage made offers and promises and withdrew them HOURS before closing, costing us 5 figures. The "settlement" was in our favor, but still cost us $10k+ that we had to finance. Pulte Mortgage has ruined this process. We're still researching what we can do legally, but DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES EVEN HAVE A DISCUSSION WITH PULTE MORTGAGE! They lie, which to me is simply unethical, if not fully crooked. The buying process was easy, no issues. The construction part was also easy with no issues until we closed. The house was "clean" but boy we had and are still having issues. The paint and mill work was not to par. Grout cracked and missing in areas. Shower silicone is peeling off. The outside stucco was dirty and nails showing. Getting the issues fixed but the time line is taking longer then it should especially when they have to come back 2 to 3 times to get the fix fixed correctly. Make sure everything is fixed your liking before you sign the papers. There was way too many issues in our house for a bit brand new and they being building houses for a long time. Unacceptable.

You don’t get what you pick out

You do not get what you pick out and Puklte doesn’t care. First we were told 3 times by sales we could have a wide recessed fireplace like other models but later, they just randomly started to build a box one. then we chose dark brown bath tiles but got orange ones and the trim tiles don’t even match. We were told nothing they could do about it. Oven has broken 3 times in a month, sink drains are used and were not even chrome like other sink parts. Warranty Center is a total failire

During sale and construction, we couldn’t get sales consultant or escrow office to give us final amounts owed. Needed escalation to get resolved. Thermostat and Ring doorbells had defects and needed to be replaced. Warranty Center told us they were not covered. Irrigation valve failed and WC advised it was also not covered. All less than 60 days from close of escrow. Seem to be spring loaded to respond that issue is not covered.

My Del Webb home is very well insulated and the air/heating unit is quieter than any house I have owned. They put the overhead unit in the center of the house. Making the ducts all close to the same length. Even the standard faucets are of decent quality. Home seems large for a 1700 Sq foot plan. Overall very happy with our purchase
