Del Webb Reviews in Las Vegas, NV

We saw four Del Webb homes in the Sun City Mesquite community. We love our 3 bedroom/2 bath/den home. It is in Outlook Point. Although we don't have a panoramic view, we do have some views of the beautiful mountains.

This is my 2nd Pulte Home purchase. They made my 1st home purchase in Silverstone a dream come true in 2006. So when we heard about the Lake Las Vegas community.. we couldn't wait to see it! Since 2006, Pulte has improved the home buying experience. They outline every step of the way, working with Pulte Mortgage was easy as pie and the service Team (wow) reached out to me before our 30-day mark to help set appointments for last minute repairs and wall dings during our move. Jeremy was very helpful in all aspects of our purchase.

From picking our lot to moving in the staff at all stages of the process were helpful and went to extremes to make sure we understood each step. Picking our options was a great experience and a bit exhausting as so much to choose from, but the staff made sure we were comfortable with each choice. We recommend the choice of a Del Webb community.

Very pleased. This is our second experience building Dell Webb home in Sun City, Mesquite, Nevada. Our first home, built six years ago, was also a good experience. Our family has grown with grandchildren so we wanted to build a slightly larger home. the building process was very good. Ron, our construction Manager was excellent. The Pulte Vegas design center person, Allyssa, we worked with was very good!!! We do wish there was a lot more selection in the products at the design center, particularly in flooring. As seniors, we do not want hard tile and , with dust allergies do NOT want carpeting. We felt the cost of hardwood floors was very expensive and not a great floor for the dry desert —and, the vinyl options limited and much too costly—-much more affordable to do on our own. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed the designer we worked with.( Frankly, much more so than our previous designer seven years ago.) The landscapers, have so far been very good. This is our sixth house, three new, and they have proved their building and knowledge to us. Everything that needed to be fixed was taken care of in a very timely manner. Must say that this is the best built and quality all around that we have bought. Would recommend very highly.

Everyone we worked with was helpful.

The area is nice, quiet, and full of active people. No traffic or income taxes, unlike CA. Lower cost of living, lower gas and utility prices, and there's plenty to do if you want.

From the first contact of the sales staff all of the way to the construction walk through, everyone was very friendly, courteous and professional. Our buying experience could not have gone smoother.

Sales rep Design Center and title company all of the people I dealt with Amy in the sales Patti at the Design Center, Kristen at the title and Alex the project manager the whole team treated us with so much kindness and were there to answer any concerns we had or didn’t understand to help us build our dream house

The entire experience was great, from Paul to Dexter to Daryl, everything was good and transparent. The quality of the home is very good and checks/processes/follow-ups are excellent!

We had a lot of concerns during build and Matt was the best at taking care of them.

As a new resident of Sun City Mesquite I'm enjoying a wonderful retirement lifestyle. My home reflects the quality of expert design and superior construction. It's perfection is evident in the brands of materials and workmanship. Having owned a Pulte home previously in Las Vegas for over 20 years, I'm looking forward to a new milestone of equal pleasure living in this home as well.

I love living at Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas. I love my new home. My entire experience was flawless! Jeremy was an excellent sales representative who guided me through the entire process. Edwin, my construction manager, was always responsive and available to answer questions. Sally, my loan agent, was amazing and helped keep me on track in order close on time with my loan. I would highly recommend working with Pulte and living at Del Webb!

Great design & quality throughout! Darren made the sales process smooth & easy- escrow was professional. I did a home inspection prior to closing escrow- only minor items were pointed out in the report. From the start, Alejandro quickly addressed these items and all were resolved professionally! The clubhouse is brand new & beautiful- anyone I bring along for a visit is blown away and amazed! Lake Las Vegas area and the Del Webb community is my new home and I love it- no regrets!

Alejandro our Construction Manager was a real pro! Provided timely communication, was very friendly and explained all aspects of the home. His attention to detail made us feel confident that our home was well built and we'll be unlikely to experience any problems. I'd happily build my next 3 homes with Alex. He's a credit to your company! We've heard horror stories from friends who built in other 55+ communities. Our build experience was EPIC!

Everything has been smooth and has surpassed expectations.

We love the floor plan. We chose to add the second master as modeled. I wish the upgrades were clearly marked on the models. There are so many models to chose from and options to change the floor plans. It was a very easy process from initial purchase to escrow closing.

DelWebb made whole experience of buying a newly constructed home a breeze !!!
