We’ve had a wonderful experience in buying our Del Webb home at Lake Las Vegas! Our professional sales manager is Sean and he walked us through every scenario we’ve experienced! Sean is friendly and professional to work with, we’re lucky to have him on our team. Our Construction Manager Paul is equally as helpful, very professional and nice. We received an update and photo of our new home weekly as it was being built. This is our retirement home and we have a beautiful future looking forward to living in this great community!

We bought a quick move-in and Jeremy was awesome as our sales person. We had 1 glitch on the day of settlement and Jeremy was right there to course correct and get our settlement done! The property did have some finish work necessary and our construction manager Marc was fabulous, responsive, on top of everything, and went the extra mile for us, since we were not quite moved into the house and needed someone to assist us with contractors and deliveries. Highly recommend both gentlemen!

Marc our builder has been very responsive in getting things done within the 30 days since we closed on the house. He took upon himself to submit my requests and followed them up. I want to recognize the 2 people who did a wonderful job -the paint guy and the one who fixed the sliding doors.

Easy to work with and everyone was extremely pleasant.

The community we have moved in to is amazing and close friendships are already established. Unfortunately, the experience of building this house was not a good one. Lack of communication and concern by the builder has left us with a less than desired result. This is the 5th home we have built and had more issues with poor workmanship and choices. From the design center to the final walk thru the process was rough. Having to add so much electrical to have lighting, the paint that is nothing more than primer that you can't wash. Not given any options on color but you should be given a finish that doesn't rub off. You should not have to hire a painter! It's like having a white chalk on your walls! Silicone and grout to hide mistakes. Window screens that are too small. No pride in finish carpentry. Outside stucco painted instead of having color added before application. These items were brought to the attention of the supervisor who did not follow thru on correcting before closing date. ... More

The Home is Very Nice. Unfortunately it is for sale for health reasons.

Two of the main criteria for our house selection was layout (floorplan) and a view lot. We got both with Del Webb at an affordable price. And the Red Center has more to offer than the other 55+ community we came from. The sales and design staffs help us through the entire process, and our quality manage has been a pleasure to work with.

Workmanship wasn't great. Had to repaint the interior walls and repair appliances provided with our home. Interior lightning and garage were subpar. Had to install several fans with lights to make it livable. Cabinets in kitchen were not the quality we expected and were not wide nor deep enough to store our kitchen items. Overall, we rated the experience in the middle as noted above.

My overall experience at Del Webb at North Ranch has been positive. I think they build a high quality home here. The Responsiveness to the warranty issues is a slow painful process. I wish they could just come get it done. It's taking too long for my issues to be resolved.

The bidding for lots was sold as fair for buyers. In reality it only served to drive up purchase prices. Repairs after closing take a very long time. Buyers are responsible for purchasing the higher cost appliances because only the stove and dishwasher are included. Some materials are less than good.

I’ve known of Del Webb for many years, even maintained radio services on their older properties years back. I am proud to finally have a home with them. They make very nice communities and obviously solid homes.

During our first visit, we were greeted by kind caring and knowledgable individuals who had a heartfelt interest in us joining their community. Everyone was helpful and courteous . Our experience started with a wonderful greeting by Sandi...followed by exceptional sales representation by Paul...who helped us select from several great choices. The process simply continued to get better as we dealt with mortgage, insurance, HOA and Guest services... WOW...great people all around. Builder representatives were exceptional. Follow through timely. This is clearly the most satisfying new home purchase we have made...having built three new homes in the past 6 years...ahhhhh... the twist and turns life can throw at you. It would be great to have options on backyard landscaping when time to close, so front and backyard would be done when you pick up the keys. I know this would be an upgrade but an option in backyard packages would be great.

Great home. Landscape and quality

Great to see every step of the building process, great quality and workmanship. Agent was wonderful to work with at office.

We had a great Sales Consultant, Chad kept us in the loop for the time that we had him. Our second consultant was Kristi she too worked just as hard finding out information for all of my questions. I would definitely buy another home from Del Webb if I ever decided to move again. Not to mention our home closed early and that was a big plus. We are very happy here, very peaceful and quiet.

Overall construction process was great with Paul our construction manager. Overall design center experience with Christina was TERRIBLE. Everything was overpriced and they aren’t real designers. Sloppy design work and unresponsiveness. Alan from electrical was great. Only negative was the design phase it was over promised and underdelivered. This is resulting in us spending extra money and time to remove floors and things that should have been provided during the design phase.

Very poor workmanship on finishing work. Grout color is different throughout the house. Tile in Owner's bath is crooked and cracked. A cabinet in the kitchen is crooked. Front door and garage door not fully painted. Baseboards look like they are used. As of today, we have received "lip service" that everything will be fixed. The trades are scheduled to come May 24 & 25 to address these major issues. Time will tell if our home will be "a quality build."

The entire buying and closing experience was smooth from beginning to end. Everyone involved was professional and responsive, making the entire process a easy experience.

Sean was fantastic during the home buying experience and Matt has been incredible as our house project manager. Both were super responsive whenever we had any questions or issues.

Our original plan was to buy a home in St George, after making a trip to Mesquite there was no question where we wanted to live, we picked out our home that same day. We are so grateful for the help from Tanya Smith at the sales center, we did most everything by email, and phone calls from Salt Lake for almost 2 months, without her professionalism we probably wouldn’t be here today. She provided us with names and numbers for all of the contractors needed to complete our move in. The contractors provided to us were amazing. Blue Lee was also exceptional, our phone calls and answers were always taken care of at a very courteous, and respectful way, some days I felt like a real pest. Pulte homes wants you to use their own mortgage, title and home owners insurance, the title company is high on closing costs, the insurance gave us a quote that would not even cover the cost to rebuild the home, the sales agents are not working for home buyers, they 100 percent represent the builder, make sure you have a legal expert look over the contract before buying, watch the upgrades, the upgrades are over priced and they claim a upgrade on something. Others would consider standard, make sure you take pictures on final walk through and look at every corner, wall, moldings, plumbing, fixtures and cabinets, also more people gave electric dryers, pulte only installed hook up for gas dryers, electric not an option, if buying in a del Webb community with pulte homes, just do your homework and be ready to know they will tell you something and change it later, the community is great, the home building experience, not so great.. ... I have been looking at the Dell Webb home in North Las Vegas for well over a year and I decided to finally purchase one. I purchased it over the phone and also picked out the upgrades from the design center over the phone. I wish I had the opportunity to be here personally to walk to the models before I selected my mother but overall I’m very happy with my purchase. It’s a nice home, and the neighbors are excellent.
