My salesman Zac was there from start to finish. I switched choice of house from spec to new build and he was there. He sent many documents from the sale of my previous residence to those involving the new one which was a great help. The house is fine. It would be nice if the A/C filter was in a wall instead of a nine foot ceiling. Interiors and garages should come painted. Thank you.

Two of the main criteria for our house selection was layout (floorplan) and a view lot. We got both with Del Webb at an affordable price. And the Red Center has more to offer than the other 55+ community we came from. The sales and design staffs help us through the entire process, and our quality manage has been a pleasure to work with.

We had a great Sales Consultant, Chad kept us in the loop for the time that we had him. Our second consultant was Kristi she too worked just as hard finding out information for all of my questions. I would definitely buy another home from Del Webb if I ever decided to move again. Not to mention our home closed early and that was a big plus. We are very happy here, very peaceful and quiet.

Our experience started off great with Tanya, our sales person. She helped us get the lot we wanted and kept us informed throughout the building process. We loved the weekly updates with pictures that she sent. Our Project Manager, Dexter was awesome! He responded quickly to any calls and remedied issues immediately. In fact, due to his oversight, there weren’t many issues at all.

Our experience with this process was smooth and efficient. The build finished sooner than expected. There have been minor finish items that need attention. Though I'm confident these items will be resolved, it's taking longer than expected. Overall, the quality is excellent, but attention to some of the details is missing. I would absolutely and have recommended Pulte homes to family and friends.

The sales experience was great. Construction people were responsive to questions and issues during the process. And, any construction people we have dealt with have been helpful and nice. The quality of work and items that were acceptable for closing were not great. Poor workmanship on items why no one would think we’d notice. I have to ask….is the goal to turn over a quality home, or turn over a home auickly with major obvious items to be corrected with Warranty work. As I said, there is no issue with the people or the responsiveness. It just seems like if things were done correctly and with pride first, there would be no need for the post closing fixes. Seems like that would make customers happier and keep your recall costs down…..just saying. We are previous Pulte Del Webb buyers from Reno and had hoped the completed home experience would have been better…but, not. Although there were some minor construction issues we had a great experience with Pulte. Customer service is wonderful. Would and have recommended Pulte homes to others.

Punchlist items identified during the walkthrough (by Ron) have either been completely resolved (by Darly) or will be. Overall, a very good experience considering the many negative impacts of Covid, supply chain logistics issues, and extreme labor shortages.

The builder papers everything which can be overwhelming but at the end of the day that is actually a good thing as it supports the purchase and gives you confidence that Pulte stands behind what they build and what your rights are etc. in terms of 1 year bumper to bumper warranty, structural warranty, etc. Is everything perfect, no of course not but overall very pleased with the process and professionalism exhibited across the board.

There were really no surprises through the entire process. The pricing estimated through each step stayed consistent with the actual cost.

The sales, design, and construction staff all work hard to meet the client's needs. They want to deliver a top quality product.

Candee is super. She was honest trustworthy and worked to give us the best deal on buying she could.?she keep us V informed through the process and beyond. She communicated with us on a regular basis since we were out of date. She always had a smile and ensured we understood everything. She respond no matter when we contacted her. She made the experience easy. The inspector Mark was outstanding. He contacted us through out the build process to show us by FaceTime what was being done as our hose was built.?he did walk through with us monce we arrived in town and explained how our house was engineered. He endured us the house was built to Pulte excellent standards.. He was friendly excited about telling us about the house. He endured any mistakes were corrected during his inspections. They made the process super easy

From the sales staff at Del Webb to the Pulte Home underwriters were great at keeping me updated on the progress of my home from the start. I was regularly updated with photo's and phone calls.

How they take pride in the construction of the home and show how the house is built and with what material. If a problem is noticed it is fixed quickly.

The quality of our new home is outstanding. Pulte does add some quality touches to ensure the home is well built. We do feel the value/price were fair. The base price in our location was best for a Pulte home, where they get you are in the upgrades... who doesn't want some upgrades? We are happy with what we chose. Pulte did submit a change order without our knowledge or permission, we took exception to this. Pulte does put together a pretty solid contact and we relied on our contract to help us prevail in our position on this subject. We have a certain amount of time to submit a punch list after move in. We submitted our items within the time frame but have yet to have all the work completed. Some work has to wait until landscaping is done, however one last task has not been completed, nor have I received a confirmation that all my emails are acknowledged. Our build went well, and was finished the exact day that was planned several months prior. Very nice inside and out. For the price, plywood/osb should have covered the entire house; not just certain sections. The are a few other very minor construction decisions that I wished could have been reviewed prior to certain phases being completed, but overall, I'm extremely pleased with the finished product. Cost wise, you pay for convenience of having items installed during the build. For example, the ceiling fans will be somewhat more expensive than buying them and installing them yourself. Everything seems marked up, but to pick it out and forget it until you get your keys does have its merits. Just do it! ... More

Honest and open about details of buying into this development.

Our superintendent, Ron, was extremely helpful and prompt when we had a question as well as the follow up home maintenance coordinator. All the workers for the trades were always very professional and friendly.

I would recommend this builder and Del Webb community to perspective buyers looking for an inclusive/ active community setting.

The experience from finding the right home and location to the closing has been an exceptional experience. The sales rep was very informative through out the process. She kept us informed about the process of our home. The construction manager team have been easy to work with and always available to answer questions. We have been invited to several community events and met with homeowners and potential home owners. We develop relationships with homeowners before moving in. From my initial visit until closing, the experience was fairly seamless. Pulte incorporates all facets of the process into one of their subsidiary companies. So, building, mortgage and insurance are under one umbrella. Representatives are friendly, professional and glad to work with you to meet your needs. The responsiveness after move in to issues is just adequate, not great. Overall I'm am very satisfies and happy with my new home.

Paul at sales was the best
