I think because there are so many house's being built at the same time some items seem to be lacking. As I have stated in the title above, because of the time frame there is to do the work the finish work was a little off. So much pressure to get things done fast, the care for detail was lacking a bit. Now that being said, it seems very much like they want to get the small things fixed (again, just not a lot of time) in a timely manner. Our experience started off great with Tanya, our sales person. She helped us get the lot we wanted and kept us informed throughout the building process. We loved the weekly updates with pictures that she sent. Our Project Manager, Dexter was awesome! He responded quickly to any calls and remedied issues immediately. In fact, due to his oversight, there weren’t many issues at all.

The Guy (Scott) said he would be back in 30 days to fix any problem we had in the house and he never showed up after 30 days plus I asked him for a few extra tiles for the floor in which he said there was some there allready but there was NOT

Our experience with this process was smooth and efficient. The build finished sooner than expected. There have been minor finish items that need attention. Though I'm confident these items will be resolved, it's taking longer than expected. Overall, the quality is excellent, but attention to some of the details is missing. I would absolutely and have recommended Pulte homes to family and friends.

Our new house in Sun City will be our second Del Webb home, and we are very pleased with the floor-plans and the attention to details that is included in Del Webb homes.

The sales experience was great. Construction people were responsive to questions and issues during the process. And, any construction people we have dealt with have been helpful and nice. The quality of work and items that were acceptable for closing were not great. Poor workmanship on items why no one would think we’d notice. I have to ask….is the goal to turn over a quality home, or turn over a home auickly with major obvious items to be corrected with Warranty work. As I said, there is no issue with the people or the responsiveness. It just seems like if things were done correctly and with pride first, there would be no need for the post closing fixes. Seems like that would make customers happier and keep your recall costs down…..just saying. We are previous Pulte Del Webb buyers from Reno and had hoped the completed home experience would have been better…but, not. Although there were some minor construction issues we had a great experience with Pulte. Customer service is wonderful. Would and have recommended Pulte homes to others.

The experience from finding the right home and location to the closing has been an exceptional experience. The sales rep was very informative through out the process. She kept us informed about the process of our home. The construction manager team have been easy to work with and always available to answer questions. We have been invited to several community events and met with homeowners and potential home owners. We develop relationships with homeowners before moving in. We have been living here less than 2 months and it has been a great lifestyle change. I would recommend anyone to this community who is looking for a place of relaxation and fun filled lifestyle. ... Our new home was finished quickly. Carlos stayed in touch with us even when we were too sick to come see the progress. Olivia did all she could to help us get in as soon as we could.

Everyone involved in the process from beginning to end made the purchase a pleasure. From the sales associate to the title company and escrow officers to the reps who handle construction issues, all were extremely responsive and professional in answering questions and fixing any issues.

I couldn't have been happier buying our home from Pulte. I personally worked with Madina in the sales office, Matt on the construction side, and Ryan & Andrea on the warranty side of things. They are all very helpful people who know their jobs well and are very responsive with answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend Pulte homes if you're looking for your next or final dream home!

After moving in I noticed that the front door will not lock, this is concerning because of security of the home, I called to have the front door fixed as an emergency and it took 3 days for someone to fix it. Other wise I am happy.

From my initial visit until closing, the experience was fairly seamless. Pulte incorporates all facets of the process into one of their subsidiary companies. So, building, mortgage and insurance are under one umbrella. Representatives are friendly, professional and glad to work with you to meet your needs. The responsiveness after move in to issues is just adequate, not great. Overall I'm am very satisfies and happy with my new home.

The experience buying our new home was pleasant and the quality of our build was excellent. The staff was professional and delivered our home on schedule.

Little bit rushed at the end to get home complete and transaction closed

The purchase, design center, walk through process, closing operations were all top notch. We were very pleased with everything except the house took too long to build.

As is the case in any large purchase, there are issues that come up. The resolution of these issues is what differentiates Pulte from the rest of the pack. I was very impressed by Madina's commitment to resolve and advocate on our behalf to work out a solution that was mutually beneficial to both parties. In addition, there were supply chain issues with our floor and we needed to change the floor. Another floor was chosen and even though the new floor was an upgrade and more expensive, we were not charged the difference. Pulte is a company that demonstrates appreciation of its customers! Punchlist items identified during the walkthrough (by Ron) have either been completely resolved (by Darly) or will be. Overall, a very good experience considering the many negative impacts of Covid, supply chain logistics issues, and extreme labor shortages.

No regrets only looking forward to enjoying my home for years to come. Could not be happier.

From the moment we walked into the sales office to the day we got our keys we had a fantastic experience. The entire team kept us really informed along the way and whenever we had a question they were there to answer it. I've built a number of houses and this was by far the best experience. The selection studio was the best part. There was so much to choose from and what could have been a really overwhelming experience was made simple and easy by the design studio staff. Great experience all around

Sales Agent listened to our desires for our next home following our tour of the models. She made a few recommendation based on her knowledge of the model, the input we provided and identified a couple she thought best fit our desires.
