Sales agent was not helpful other than day when we purchased. Our realtors tried to get answers from sales agent, but wasn't getting prompt responses from sales agent. Sales agent got transferred to another location. Was difficult getting information to close as the Escrow agents also changes 4times.

I feel like I got a lemon for a house! I have so many things wrong in the house. Cabinets are damaged the baseboards look like I lived here for years already. Stove is scratched! Spare bedroom closet the doors aren’t even on right! The caulking in the tub

Community is great but Pulte doesn’t communicate and build quality is poor. You have to want to live here bad enough to deal with a poor quality home from Pulte.

THE QUAULITY OF THE CONSTUCTION AND FINISH OF THE HOUSE IS JUST OK. BUILT LIKE A RENTAL HOUSE. #1 THE GARAGE SHOULD BE INSTALLATED AS A STANDARD FEATURE. I TRIED TO GET PAUL TO HAVE THE GARAGE INSTALLATED AT A STAGE THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN NO PROBLEM, ONLY THE WIRING WAS DONE I WAS WILLING TO PAY FOR IT. I ALSO TRIED TO GET GET THEM TO ADD SOME ELECTRICAL NO NEGATION. THE UPPER MANAGEMENT IS NOT WILLING TO WORK THE CUSTOMERS. Overall our experience was good. It's obvious however they are rushing through these homes to get them finished. Some of the finishwork was poor. Make sure you are very thorough on your walk through and find all the issues. Make a list, and keep after them to get them resolved.

The overall process was fine. Our sales person was responsive and helpful with many ideas and suggestions. The design center help from Christine not so much. You must be your own advocate and press for action and information. We met with her in Feb 2022 still in the middle of a raging pandemic. She was not masked and seemed put out when she was asked to wear one. This is critical when meeting with older people in close proximity. If we were to do this again we would not meet her. Love our house, but... I'm totally convinced the only way to take possession of the new home is to not close until 100 percent of the punch list items are finished. Also the paint quality is terrible and we are forced to repaint everything. Broken window, garage door not finished, More positives than negative for sure though

All members of the Pulte team were excellent to work with, starting with the sales consultant all the way through the build quality process. Pulte was very responsive to changing market conditions in residential real estate. This was our first experience with Pulte, and it was very good.

I can’t say enough about the builder. I only had a few small things that needed attention. Scott came to the house. He was FANTASTIC. We are very happy with our home and the service we have had from the start. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

(I'M BET DEL-WEBB WILL VET THIS OUT OF THEIR REVIEWS)BUT HERE GOES, Over all and after all things added up, the cost per sq ft was a lot higher than we expected, many things not in the initial price added up fast, compared to sq ft what we would have paid on a completed home in the same city.

The experience from finding the right home and location to the closing has been an exceptional experience. The sales rep was very informative through out the process. She kept us informed about the process of our home. The construction manager team have been easy to work with and always available to answer questions. We have been invited to several community events and met with homeowners and potential home owners. We develop relationships with homeowners before moving in. My agent Chad Holmes was amazing. He did everything right. But I have the wrong countertops through my whole house. The paint job is terrible and not two toned like I thought, due to an apparent paint shortage. It has taken me a whole month to get someone over here to take a look at things and now I’m told it could be until January before the repairs can be completed. The community is beautiful and I love my house, but think many things could have been done much better.

Overall it was a good experience starting with Danelle on the purchase and the Dexter with the walk through. We understand that you have a cleaning company clean but think they should probably do the cleaning closer to move in day. We have watched other house’s get cleaned and then workers are in and out leaving doors open for hours.

Overall home construction very good. Finish work lacks craftsmanship and attention to detail. Warranty service department did provide us with good customer service with the issues identified after the final walk through. Warranty service call technicians very professional, arrived on time and fixed all of the identified issues.

Very poor quality and workmanship. We've found so many things that weren't properly finished so that they would last for the life of the house. We were sold on the model but found it substandard to the impression created.
