Our new home was finished quickly. Carlos stayed in touch with us even when we were too sick to come see the progress. Olivia did all she could to help us get in as soon as we could.

We love our new home. It’s beautiful and the views are amazing. The community is friendly and spectacular.

Very disappointed with the Communication about things in my home I purchased a spec home and have very little communication about items in my home. Such as no idea where my tile was purchased as I have issues and have no idea who to contact

Overall it was a good experience starting with Danelle on the purchase and the Dexter with the walk through. We understand that you have a cleaning company clean but think they should probably do the cleaning closer to move in day. We have watched other house’s get cleaned and then workers are in and out leaving doors open for hours.

Overall home construction very good. Finish work lacks craftsmanship and attention to detail. Warranty service department did provide us with good customer service with the issues identified after the final walk through. Warranty service call technicians very professional, arrived on time and fixed all of the identified issues.

Very poor quality and workmanship. We've found so many things that weren't properly finished so that they would last for the life of the house. We were sold on the model but found it substandard to the impression created.

Everyone involved in the process from beginning to end made the purchase a pleasure. From the sales associate to the title company and escrow officers to the reps who handle construction issues, all were extremely responsive and professional in answering questions and fixing any issues.

Our salesperson Zac was extremely knowledgable about the build process. While we never met our build super, the young men from Las Vegas were very helpful during this process. The title company personnel, Sandra and Christine, were amazingly helpful throughout the process to ensure we went from our original Del Webb home to our new Del Webb seamlessly. We love our new home!

Overall experience was very good. Sales person Danelle was awesome. Had some issues with the house. Incorrect kitchen faucet, and 4 interior doors that were incorrect. Had an electrical problem in the garage. A few fit and finish items as well.

I couldn't have been happier buying our home from Pulte. I personally worked with Madina in the sales office, Matt on the construction side, and Ryan & Andrea on the warranty side of things. They are all very helpful people who know their jobs well and are very responsive with answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend Pulte homes if you're looking for your next or final dream home!

Pulte mortage was the worst experience in the 20 homes I have purchased in my life. Del Webb no longer cares to take calls and follow up on repairs needed. I gave up. Hope my neighbors enjoy the dead plants in my yard.

After moving in I noticed that the front door will not lock, this is concerning because of security of the home, I called to have the front door fixed as an emergency and it took 3 days for someone to fix it. Other wise I am happy.

Generally happy with our purchase. The materials and appliances are middle tier and some of the workmanship on the molding could have been better. But very happy with the responsiveness to any concerns raised and with the clubhouse and its staff.

We started the process of purchasing our home by looking at your website and by visiting the sales center in Mesquite NV. We chose a Spec home and ended up purchasing it. We liked the thought of your ‘Quality Control’ process indicated in the model home display and on your website – we found the local managers do NOT proceed the way it was presented. We NEVER had a construction walk through as the process progressed, being told they were too busy. Luckily, we lived nearby and could drive by and see the progress. At one point we were contacted by the design center and invited to come and see the upgraded options for our Spec Home. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very friendly and cordial – she introduced us to a rep who would show us the items. The Rep immediately stated what a waste of time this was as we could not change anything. She said it was a waste of her time and ours. She showed us samples of tile, carpet etc and said – there it is, any questions? We thought we were going to be shown the optional upgrades chosen by the design center. This was very frustrating! Your Rep should at least be friendly and take 30 to 40 minutes and let us know what we were receiving for our 720-thousand-dollar home - That person should not be in any position related to customer service! It was apparent the construction managers were busy with many homes and were not concerned with ‘quality control’ or ‘attention to detail’. All of the homes under construction were filthy – full of dirt and construction debris, including trash from the workers - empty drink containers (water bottles, soda cans, beer cans etc), old lunch trash, and leftover, discarded building materials – all scattered about even with trash bins available. Driving through the construction areas it looked like driving through a landfill area. Other local construction areas were always kept in a tidy manner, showing that those projects are important to them. On our home, we mentioned our concerns of the debris (dirt, paint, grout, drywall mud, etc) accumulating in the track of the $37000.00 double sliding rear door – were told they would do something about it but NEVER did until just prior to the closing week. We also mentioned that a bathroom window had been sheet-rocked over – it took 5 weeks before they even looked at the structure and finally corrected it. Our Sales Rep said she had been talking with the construction managers who said the plans don’t include that window and that all homes have a construction package with the related materials. The window had been installed because it was included in the package. I sent pictures of the issue and requested the sales rep meet us at the structure – upon arrival, she said that she now understood what we were referring to. Later, we were contacted about the installed interior doors were the wrong size – They explained they had been looking at the wrong plans all along and that there had been a few changes in the Parkland model – they had been using the old plans and not the updated ones. They told us that 4 Parkland models had to have the interior doors replaced with the correct sized ones, including ours – the change out was completed with little care given to ensure the bottoms of the door frames extended to the flooring and that paint did not get on the tile. With a new home priced as this one, one should expect a little quality control and attention to detail. During the final walk-through, there were many items that needed to be addressed – had proper care been given, things like the sliding door track would not have been a problem, the garage floor would look like a new floor, not marked up like a used garage, it would not have been necessary to have the cleaning crew return clean grout off the tile in the bathroom areas or to clean up obviously spilled material on the tile in the main portions of the living area. At closing we were given the keys to the home. The keys did not work properly in the door from the garage to the living area. I called and the construction manager arrived shortly and tried them with the same result – he said the key person had already left the area but would be by the next day to fix the issue. The next day (a Friday) came and no one called or arrived. I called and e-mailed and was told someone would be there on Monday – on Tuesday I visited with two construction managers who were in the area talking and they made a call and said the locksmith would be there to fix it. No one called or responded – Finally the door was fixed 10 days after closing. To make matters worse, I received an e-mail asking that if I couldn’t rate the construction portion a 10, to please reply first to discuss why. I did respond and said that if a 10 was so important, why didn’t they live up to a high rating – I did not complete that survey as I felt like it was only a paperwork exercise and that it really wasn’t something that would make a difference. Our understanding, being told to us by the construction manager prior to closing, that we would live in the home for 30 days, writing down things that needed to be addressed – it was presented as if the construction group would return and fix those issues – at the 30-day period, we were then told that it was a warranty thing and not a construction thing – had I known that, I would have delayed funding until they were actually finished. Others in this area have told of their issues and how they were treated during the process – seemed more like a - kick the can down the road process - rather than one of genuine concern – kind of unprofessional. We do enjoy our home and its location – it is sad that the process was tainted and filled with the apparent lack of concern and lack of attention to detail on the part of the construction process. ... At the end of the day, you will have a quality home in a great location, You will also have some of the most annoying times of your life getting there. Just remember why you wanted this and it will happen.

From the start we were asked if we qualified due to the age requirements and were super happy to hear that we did, as soon as we were told that we could from the day of the walk arounds to look at available home we were very opportunistic to fall into the home. Lucky if anything. From the final walk down to the signing of the documents, Del Webb representatives across the board were SUPER professional, super attentive, and friendly at best. We are very happy to be in this community and be able to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet and enjoy the amenities. We are happy with our home.

The process went smoothly and there were no serious problems. The only issue was that completion of the house was delayed by about 2 months because of unavailability of some materials, but they kept us informed of the status and schedule.

From my initial visit until closing, the experience was fairly seamless. Pulte incorporates all facets of the process into one of their subsidiary companies. So, building, mortgage and insurance are under one umbrella. Representatives are friendly, professional and glad to work with you to meet your needs. The responsiveness after move in to issues is just adequate, not great. Overall I'm am very satisfies and happy with my new home.

Our home took forever to be completed since the contractors were working on multiple homes at once. The workmanship was not what I expected but I still love my new home. There is nothing that cannot be corrected but at the price point I expected more.

The price of the house is well on target! Well priced!
