Alejandro was a great supervisor on our home after starting out with someone else. All minor issues were resolved and the house is engineered very well. Well designed house for use of space and functional.

All aspects of the house was of quality material

All trim work excessive caulking droplets on base boards All door trims either not caulked around completely on trim Poor paint quality lots of spots where door shows bare wood or top of door no paint at all Grout cracking in guest bathroom tile surround All base boards cracking grout at base of tile floor and base boards Master bath water closet walls caulking in corners Of walls Master bath back splash at counter top cracking or poor workmanship Kitchen cabinets nail holes not filled and not stained Drawer under stove does not close on one side Oven hood fan/light controls sticking so can not turn off. Had to trip circuit breaker to stop fan. Repair man has been here twice Dryer making rubbing noise repair man Has been here twice now have loud growling noise Has ordered new parts. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and super helpful. Throughout the process we were kept in the loop the entire time. Our home was completed ahead of schedule which definitely was a plus!

I was very disappointed at the finishing of my home. The mudding around the light switches has gaps and the home was painted with the light plates on. There is paint on the door hinges and thresholds. The baseboards need repainting. The window frames and sliding doors have paint on them. No eye for detail.

Except for a couple notification issues regarding changes to site plan and walk through, Dexter was awesome and kept us informed of work being done, and he provided great recommendations.

We had a great experience with Pulte. Their mortgage people, Robin, Chris, and Theresa were exceptional. Their service department with Scott is great. He is very knowledgeable and wants to help resolve any issues. They are lucky to have him.

Homes are not high quality and there are many areas where a higher quality product should have been used for the price you pay for the house.Quality of work ie painting and attention to details need improvement to say the least.

This is our 4th time buying a new construction home so we have some past experiences to draw on to formulate this review. First, Sean in sales was amazing, as were other sales associates but especially Darren since we saw him if Sean wasn't available. Our construction liaison Marc did an amazing job at keeping us informed of the progress as well as making sure problems were addressed along the way. Ultimately the home turned out great and we are very pleased with the end result and the value we received for our money (for the most part) but.... there were definitely issues along the way that we had to note for the items to be fixed before things progressed too far and made corrections more difficult. It seems like a lot of the sub-contractors do not care about their final product and just pass the problems along to the next trade. There was some sloppy workmanship that we asked to be corrected and the trade would come in and try to cover up what they did wrong and apply a fix that didn't actually fix the problem. There were multiple instances of this occurring, but with Marc's assistance we were able to finally get all of the issues addressed properly. We felt like Pulte is deliberately setting the final walkthrough inspection/closing appointments very close to minimize the time you have for the inspection so that you feel rushed. A one hour window for a final walkthrough is not nearly enough to inspect a full home. Thankfully Marc cares about his customers and was willing to tackle any final issues we had. We have now been in the home for 4 weeks and we are still addressing issues that need correction but Marc has worked with us diligently to handle the remaining items. ... More

Tanya ((sales) and Brogan (production) are terrific people and excellent to work with. Tanya especially kept us informed and/or resolved problems (very few) as they occurred. Overall I'd say our Pulte contacts rate a 10 out of 10 stars.

We purchased in November 2022 and closed in July 2023. With a bundle of incentives and a competitive 15-year interest rate, we feel we received significant value for our dollar. Add on the fact that we are living in Del Webb Lake Las Vegas, and it is positive all the way around.

Overall the experience was positive. No major issues and quality of construction is very good. Value is very hard to assess in an inflationary period but seems in line.

Tanya Smith was the best part of the whole experience! She did an exceptional job throughout the entire process.

Everything DW provided was at or above my expectations. I am extremely happy with the final product.

It took longer to get in then what we first were told. Over all good experience.

The building process brings skilled works to each task. The workers get their job done quickly, and then the next group of experts swarm the home and get their specialty done. You may need to do some sanding and add a couple coats of paint to protect walls from marks. You create a list of things that need attention and a coordinator brings a team to fix your list. We are thrilled with the community and happy with our home.

The pandemic delayed the process, but we are delighted with our new home.

The contractor was very cooperative and thorough.

There is no way you can make a mistake purchasing a Del Webb home no matter how hard you try. With the number of retirees in the U.S. each year looking for a nice place to live you will always be ahead of the game and will never be without equity in your home.

This is a 55+ community and Del Webb has been building this type of home for many years. The design and build process is very streamlined. As with any design, the end product is only as good as the people who are doing a job. The home is structurally sound and well-framed from what we could see. There are a few options, there could be more for this age group, such as a walk-in whirlpool tub and ground level entry, in the event of wheelchair needs. Many of the costly upgrades do not seem to get the attention they require, and the warranty fix is relied upon heavily. The warranty people are great to work with, but only the items the homeowner notices are addressed. There should be checkpoints by a supervisor at the finish of every part of the process and then the home could be a "white glove" delivery without any extra cost of sending tradesmen/women back to finish. ... We bought in a Del Webb community in Vegas years ago and knew we would like Sun City Mesquite. We have not been disappointed. The community is beautiful and our neighbors have been wonderful.

The whole experience from start to finish was a good one. From the sales process, mortgage process and building process, this was by far the best and easiest home buying experience we have had. The deadlines we were told were met and we moved in right on time. There were a few workmanship issues like misplaced and mising doorstops, paint not completely done in a couple of areas, paint left on window frames, and stucco issues to name a few, but all the issues were minor and probably a result of the trades hurrying to meet the deadlines on a Friday night. All in all, so far we are very happy with our decision to go with Del Webb for our new home construction. ... More

Upgrades, especially flooring limited selection, and very expensive. We had to take standard flooring, RIP it out and get what we wanted. And even with the cost of the standard flooring, the cost of removal, and the cost of what we got, we still save a lot of money, and we got high end flooring

At the design center, ask for motion detection light in your walk in pantry. They are great! Wish I'd have asked for them in the garage and the entry into the house from the garage. Upgrade paint if you can, I went with "basic" and found that it is water based and will come off if you rub too hard if you mar your walls. After baseboards were installed, the tile people came back and grouted (why I don't know, as I always thought baseboards were to give that "clean" line between floors and walls). The job was poorly done and painter had to return to "fix" the look. Excess silicone was left on windows - think this may be a manufacturer oversight. Be sure to check all the detail work after moving in. My lead contractor on my house was very responsive, getting someone to fix things usually within a day or two; and came back himself to see if the job was done to my satisfaction. ... More
