As is the case in any large purchase, there are issues that come up. The resolution of these issues is what differentiates Pulte from the rest of the pack. I was very impressed by Madina's commitment to resolve and advocate on our behalf to work out a solution that was mutually beneficial to both parties. In addition, there were supply chain issues with our floor and we needed to change the floor. Another floor was chosen and even though the new floor was an upgrade and more expensive, we were not charged the difference. Pulte is a company that demonstrates appreciation of its customers! ...

Very poor workmanship, large chips in baseboards just painted over, missing trim on bathroom vanity, still have carpenters paper under stove, grout and paint splatter not cleaned up. Just no pride in their work and absolutely NO attention to detail by field managers and inspectors. Not what you would expect for a new home.

Punchlist items identified during the walkthrough (by Ron) have either been completely resolved (by Darly) or will be. Overall, a very good experience considering the many negative impacts of Covid, supply chain logistics issues, and extreme labor shortages.

Buying my new home at North Ranch was a pleasant and easy transaction. The builder's team has been quick to address all of my concerns with my new home. My house is excellent quality and I love my new neighborhood. Everyone here is friendly and helpful. I think this is a great place to retire.

From the moment we walked into the sales office to the day we got our keys we had a fantastic experience. The entire team kept us really informed along the way and whenever we had a question they were there to answer it. I've built a number of houses and this was by far the best experience. The selection studio was the best part. There was so much to choose from and what could have been a really overwhelming experience was made simple and easy by the design studio staff. Great experience all around

Was not happy that we had no oven & Did not find that out until our walk thru !!! Walk thru was 4-12-22 & we were told should get oven / microwave in 4 to 6 weeks !!! We tried calling texting & emails to 3 to 4 people & finally just got a response saying they received our info about our concerns !!! They said they are very busy but will get back to us !!!! Very poor customer service overall !!! As of todays date still no oven / microwave. Some residents that moved in around my timeframe got theirs ??? There is no excuse for not having those items ordered since we picked them out last year !!!

Wall and ceiling textures substandard. Texture Compound droppings and smears on baseboard's and casings. Painting of millwork especially Baseboards look like they were blasted with sand and debris from not prepping floors by sweeping, blowing and vacuuming floors before spraying paint. Used nail guns instead of screws to attach scribe strips to casework. leaving gapes and voids between cabinet styles and scribes. Substandard Cabinets less than HUD Homes or mobile homes. The salesperson kept us updated as to the progress of our home with bi-weekly pictures. We are pleased with the design of our home, but extremely disappointed with the workmanship of finishes such as baseboards, doors and paint. We closed on our home without the over/microwave combination due to supply issues. It would have been a nice gesture if Pulte had given us a counter microwave to use until they could install ours. Our home was purchased approx 60 days ago and we have had and still have quality control issues. Lack of communication and follow up definitely an issue. Tired of hearing we are to busy and don’t have enough help and Covid-19 as excuses. Slow down the process then and pay attention to what is currently going on and address them accordingly.

The expression if you have nothing nice to say don’t say anything at all. Period . I have a door in my master bedroom that is hanging on the floor they said they were going to fix it before I moved in never fixed it. I’ve got a door in my kitchen that’s cracked they said they put a piece of blue tape on it said they’re going to change the door that was before I moved in never change it. I bought a new house 20 years ago in Sacramento California, never had any these issues of problems. . Just honest with you with my experience

Our home took almost twice as long to build as originally told, but that was fine as that seems pretty typical in the Las Vegas market, and we weren't in any hurry. The home is very well built, but right when we did our home designing (after contract was signed) we were told we could ONLY paint the inside FLAT WHITE due to supply issues (no other builders seem to have this restriction). Once our house was eventually complete, we had to wait about 2 months for the wall microwave/oven combo to arrive (more supply issues apparently). Our experience wasn't the most pleasant. We found that communication lacked from the foreman of our build and that he didn't follow through. Many things weren't done at closing and getting them to make any exceptions wasn't possible. They point to one another and act as a huge conglomerate. Months after closing we still don't have some of the "upgraded" things we paid for in this build.

Times were tough: lumber, supply, labor shortages. But the team pulled it all together, and got us into our home with minimal delays. We were kept pretty well informed on what was happening and what to expect. Our thanks to the entire Dell Webb team. A great buying experience, and we are more than happy with the results: our beautiful new home!

Moved in. Probably the worst workmanship I've seen. Corners aren't square. Windows have wind blowing through the sides. Stucco has big cracks forming on the outside. The guest bath has full blockage of rocks and mortar 2' inside the wall. We try to get them to come out and fix, but they can NEVER accommodate our work schedules. They want us to take work off to accommodate their schedules, to fix the crappy work they did. We did take off 4 hours from work for their plumber to come the first time and fix their problems and he didn't have the right tools to fix it, so now they want us to ...
