Overall our experience was good. It's obvious however they are rushing through these homes to get them finished. Some of the finishwork was poor. Make sure you are very thorough on your walk through and find all the issues. Make a list, and keep after them to get them resolved.

Once the building of the home started we had to keep tabs on the process. Certain contractors were exceptional while others were terrible. Pulte stands by their product though so those items that needed correcting are being handled. Still, overall quality could be better of the construction.

Pulte mortage was the worst experience in the 20 homes I have purchased in my life. Del Webb no longer cares to take calls and follow up on repairs needed. I gave up. Hope my neighbors enjoy the dead plants in my yard.

The community we have moved in to is amazing and close friendships are already established. Unfortunately, the experience of building this house was not a good one. Lack of communication and concern by the builder has left us with a less than desired result. This is the 5th home we have built and had more issues with poor workmanship and choices. Was not happy that we had no oven & Did not find that out until our walk thru !!! Walk thru was 4-12-22 & we were told should get oven / microwave in 4 to 6 weeks !!! We tried calling texting & emails to 3 to 4 people & finally just got a response saying they received our info about our concerns !!! They said they are very busy but will get back to us !!!! Very poor customer service overall !!! As of todays date still no oven / microwave. Some residents that moved in around my timeframe got theirs ??? There is no excuse for not having those items ordered since we picked them out last year !!!

We are still using loaner appliances after 2 months in the home. When will we be getting the stovetop, refrigerator and dishwasher that we ordered? Other than the house being incomplete, it's a nice home. The HOA is easy to deal with. Our neighbors are friendly. It's been a good choice for a winter home.

From the questions in this review, I am not sure who specifically to review. We have dealt with a number of people. Most were responsive to our concerns. Were our concerns taken care of would be a better question. Our issue was with our walk-thru; we felt very rushed and were told some things that would be taken care of that were not. It was not a pleasant experience. Also I am not sure how to answer "Trustworthiness". Who specifically is the question referring too?

After you take possession of your new home a 800 number is provided for issues. The recording says allow up to 72 hours for a call back. And company that takes 72 hours to return a call should so re evaluate their business practice. When I did receive a call back the person was very unprofessional. Thank God my issues are minimal because I feel like I’m on my own.

My agent Chad Holmes was amazing. He did everything right. But I have the wrong countertops through my whole house. The paint job is terrible and not two toned like I thought, due to an apparent paint shortage. It has taken me a whole month to get someone over here to take a look at things and now I’m told it could be until January before the repairs can be completed. The community is beautiful and I love my house, but think many things could have been done much better.

Our home was purchased approx 60 days ago and we have had and still have quality control issues. Lack of communication and follow up definitely an issue. Tired of hearing we are to busy and don’t have enough help and Covid-19 as excuses. Slow down the process then and pay attention to what is currently going on and address them accordingly.

We started the process of purchasing our home by looking at your website and by visiting the sales center in Mesquite NV. We chose a Spec home and ended up purchasing it. We liked the thought of your ‘Quality Control’ process indicated in the model home display and on your website – we found the local managers do NOT proceed the way it was presented. Communications During construction process stunk

Substandard communication during construction process, and we were fatigued after our requests for numerous meetings on site were met with indifference and silence. We had to constantly refer back to our sales agent.. 12 months of requesting a status via an on site meeting that never happened until the week of the closing.

Sean was helpful in the sales office. Tiffany in design center was very nice and helpful. Alejandro was our project manager and he was the best part of our entire process. Design center was an absolute money grab. Everything was overly expensive. Several of our new neighbors are ripping out the free items and putting their own tile and carpet in because the prices in the design center were SO extreme.
