I can't believe how bad Del Webb and Pulte screwed up my forever home. The issues are deep and systemic. Their procedures on dealing with these issues as well are a serious problem. I have floors w/ grout all over them after the install of tiles. Yet, for weeks I can't move in, and even today Feb 2 I sent another email asking when they will come out and fix this. NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is absurd, these people are complete and utter charlatans... keep saying "just close on the house, we know there are quality problem but we'll fix the problems" It's an ...

The builder just rushes to finish the homes so they can get them closed and move on. As a result, quality is not what it should be. Once you close, it is up to you to stay after customer service to have the items on your punch list fixed/replaced. They don't seem to care about providing a good customer experience. They will use every excuse, Covid, supply chain, backorder, etc., to mask there inefficiencies

We built a new home in Sun City Mesquite. It is beautiful! We are pleased with the quality of materials used. The sales person and construction general were absolutely the best! We have had the best experience ever. There are some issues that I've found after 30 days and they are coming back to touch up paint, make them right. I would highly recommend this development.

Supply chain issues and labor shortages caused us major inconvenience. Since we have been in there have been a few minor problems which, for the most part, have been resolved. Overall, we have been quite satisfied with our new home.

I found the home buying experience was difficult but partially because the pandemic. I would purchase a home already built if I could do it again. I'm very happy with my home but its nice to see what your getting and Pulte does not let you customize anything which I found to be frustrating.

Pulte has always in the past built a quality energy efficient home however in this case, the quality control was just not there. Heater was never checked and did not work, water lines for sink in the laundry room were drywalled over and the super never caught it, missing cabinet, crown molding and oven at walk thru. Home was not clean, smudges not the walls etc. Pulte tried to cram the close instead of taking time to make sure everything was done prior to closing. SLOW DOWN and check your work before you bring the home owner in for walk thru and closing!

From the very beginning from touring the model homes and meeting the PulteMortage Group team, the whole buying process was handled very professionally with attentiveness, promptnesses, and transparency. The quality and value of our new home is top notch! Very happy and excited to have made this transition into the 55 plus retirement community. The clubhouse and amenities are very nice for the residents to gather and enjoy.

Move in 11/19/21. Nevada water notified me on a progressive leak 35,000 gl on my property. Notified the builder thru Las Vegas Warranty, Rick Crain field supervisor told me its out of their hands due to meter xfered to NV Water already. I was out on what to do next. Kept informing the builder up until I got hold of the Clark County District Supervisor. On the day of 12/03/21 finally Mr. Crain acted upon and told me to stop sending e-mails. I was furious. My water bill a big question on how to bill the builder. This is chaos! Up to now the lists continues on major discrepancies.

I enjoyed my buying and design experience. Since the I have been waiting a month for my warranty issues to be completed. Other than the acknowledgement email I have heard nothing about the status. My pre-closing walk through issues have also not been addressed.

The fit & finish on these homes in Mesquite are undesirble. What you can't see seems to be okay, but what you see, paint inside & out, baseboards misaligned and rough edges, doors un-sanded on the bottoms, windows warped, cabinets look like they were put in by my 10 year old grandson. Grout missing in various places. Believe me, they will close on your house with all these things being sub par and pass all these problems off onto their customer service. Which I have to give kudos to for trying to rectify an unpleasent situation. It's been 2 months and I only have a 1/4 of the issues fixed. ...

The closing company did not pay the Property Taxes, SID or HOA nearly 2 months after closing and only paid them after we relentlessly inquired. We were in fear of a Property lien. I would stay away from Del Web title company.

We are still using loaner appliances after 2 months in the home. When will we be getting the stovetop, refrigerator and dishwasher that we ordered? Other than the house being incomplete, it's a nice home. The HOA is easy to deal with. Our neighbors are friendly. It's been a good choice for a winter home.

Basically, this was a bad experience that should have been exciting for this new chapter in our lives. Many mistakes were made with the add on's we purchased, and they seemed bothered that we wanted them fixed. We had to continually request and follow up on issues that had not been completed at closing. After a month we are still waiting for some of the items. The walls seem thin and we can hear everything going on from most rooms in the house. The light switches do not make a lot of sense to where they are connected.
