BUG BUG BUG them or stuff doesn't get addressed! Our garage door sounds like it's going to pop off the wall...Pulte has nor addressed this issue. Sucks

I wanted a quality built home, just felt the workmanship towards the end was rushed and poor workmanship showed with being rushed to close. Overall really like the neighborhood met some wonderful neighbors already.

That this is not a typical Del Webb property. Nothing i experienced at other properties are here. Wish the sales agent had told me that the facilties would not be like other Del Webbs. No food at club house. No dog park. Not many events for folks to meet

This house was rushed and quality suffered. I can not recommend Pulte for a home that is not built that can’t be inspected prior to purchase.

First and foremost, salesperson and home foreman were great and totally responsive, the same cannot be said of anyone else there...what was to take 6 months took 10, impossible to get any real timing or info, houses bought after us were done months before...GM basically said he has two years to build home and would be happy to let me out of my contract (um nooo since at that point they were charging $60,000 more for my house...) we are in now , finding some issues, but the warranty gentleman is awesome. BTW it is IMPOSSIBLE to find a phone number for Pulte/Del Webb corporate , not online, not ...

The crown molding on the cabinets in the laundry room fell off two weeks after purchase - it just fell off! Also, the builder was unable to show us how to work the irrigation system - just didn't know. Houses are being built very rapidly in circumstances where there is difficulty with delivery of materials plus probably some tightness in finding construction labor. We are basically happy with our experience and our purchase, but it is clear the process is strained and perhaps being rushed.

Pulte is known for quality build and this has been my experience so far. Pulte homes are also known to be tight, that in each house has a dedicated system to bring outside air into the home. I am very happy with my new Pulte home.

The reason for two stars under quality is the lack of a quality control program, which caused several unresolved issues that still exist 30 days after moving in. The reason for one star in responsiveness is poor responses to inquiries and failure to act on unresolved issues.

Unfinished and filthy. Poor follow up and home missing basic items throughout community. Models and clubhouse clean and landscape looks great. Homes left partially finished and it’s shocking how dirty the homes are left once completed and the building materials left behind.

All in all it’s a satisfactory transition I moved here from Northern California to Mesquite the area is nice the people of been wonderful my only issue is is that with the Del Webb folks it takes a while for them to respond back to any issues that you have one that I experienced was my hot water heater I never heard back from anybody still working on it

By far, the worst new house purchase I've ever made - this is my fourth. Pulte can speak of quality, but there is no evidence of quality in my house. And the design oversights are astounding. Even junior architects shouldn't make such fundamental errors - doors that open on to each other, doors that cannot be opened unless another door is closed, air vents over dining table and living room seating area, windows that cannot be opened all the way because there is no grab handle on the bottom of the windows to close them, 'frameless' shower enclosure only missing the cheap aluminum frame on the ...
