The fit & finish on these homes in Mesquite are undesirble. What you can't see seems to be okay, but what you see, paint inside & out, baseboards misaligned and rough edges, doors un-sanded on the bottoms, windows warped, cabinets look like they were put in by my 10 year old grandson. Grout missing in various places. Believe me, they will close on your house with all these things being sub par and pass all these problems off onto their customer service. Which I have to give kudos to for trying to rectify an unpleasent situation. It's been 2 months and I only have a 1/4 of the issues fixed. Their whole problem is they do not have any qaulity control, I bought a Pulte home in 2009 and it was a wonderful experience and had zero, I mean zero problems. All I hear now is the COVID, the COVID they cant get quality help. I say fire those sub's and companies, as soon as they loose multi million dollar contracts, you will see how well they can do the work. I love the community and the people around. Great place to retire and very relaxing. I figure it will take a few more months to get everthing rectified, after that I will be happy pappy. The closing company did not pay the Property Taxes, SID or HOA nearly 2 months after closing and only paid them after we relentlessly inquired. We were in fear of a Property lien. I would stay away from Del Web title company.

We are still using loaner appliances after 2 months in the home. When will we be getting the stovetop, refrigerator and dishwasher that we ordered? Other than the house being incomplete, it's a nice home. The HOA is easy to deal with. Our neighbors are friendly. It's been a good choice for a winter home.

Basically, this was a bad experience that should have been exciting for this new chapter in our lives. Many mistakes were made with the add on's we purchased, and they seemed bothered that we wanted them fixed. We had to continually request and follow up on issues that had not been completed at closing. After a month we are still waiting for some of the items. The walls seem thin and we can hear everything going on from most rooms in the house. The light switches do not make a lot of sense to where they are connected.

Overall, the experience was as expected. Closing date as promised. Construction issues addressed quickly to date. Seems a bit overpriced compared to some areas.

6 weeks into home and several issues from items not completed to items being temporary and not yet replaced. most are what I would call simple and should never have happened. yet, they still haven't been completed as of this date.

BUG BUG BUG them or stuff doesn't get addressed! Our garage door sounds like it's going to pop off the wall...Pulte has nor addressed this issue. Sucks

I wanted a quality built home, just felt the workmanship towards the end was rushed and poor workmanship showed with being rushed to close. Overall really like the neighborhood met some wonderful neighbors already.

That this is not a typical Del Webb property. Nothing i experienced at other properties are here. Wish the sales agent had told me that the facilties would not be like other Del Webbs. No food at club house. No dog park. Not many events for folks to meet

Time-frame delayed due to COVID but not their fault.

A well designed home and community

no refrigerator. I have not received the refrigerator that is supposed to be here. I have received no input on progress.

From first inquiry to getting the keys, everything about buying in this Del Webb community has been a breeze! Friendly, professional people, a lovely community and a beautiful retirement home. We got it all!

Custom er service is awful.

Good experience overall with sales and build process.

This house was rushed and quality suffered. I can not recommend Pulte for a home that is not built that can’t be inspected prior to purchase.

Our home was built with attention to detail, and quality workmanship.

Olivia was very friendly and helpful. She answered every question we had to make the purchase of the house that much easier. We are extremely happy with our house.

First and foremost, salesperson and home foreman were great and totally responsive, the same cannot be said of anyone else there...what was to take 6 months took 10, impossible to get any real timing or info, houses bought after us were done months before...GM basically said he has two years to build home and would be happy to let me out of my contract (um nooo since at that point they were charging $60,000 more for my house...) we are in now , finding some issues, but the warranty gentleman is awesome. BTW it is IMPOSSIBLE to find a phone number for Pulte/Del Webb corporate , not online, not in print, no one will give that to you...wonder why? As a homeowner and stock holder am disappointed with Senior Management... ... More

The warranty dept. so far has been great and very responsive.

The crown molding on the cabinets in the laundry room fell off two weeks after purchase - it just fell off! Also, the builder was unable to show us how to work the irrigation system - just didn't know. Houses are being built very rapidly in circumstances where there is difficulty with delivery of materials plus probably some tightness in finding construction labor. We are basically happy with our experience and our purchase, but it is clear the process is strained and perhaps being rushed.

Pulte is known for quality build and this has been my experience so far. Pulte homes are also known to be tight, that in each house has a dedicated system to bring outside air into the home. I am very happy with my new Pulte home.
