We love the floor plan. We chose to add the second master as modeled. I wish the upgrades were clearly marked on the models. There are so many models to chose from and options to change the floor plans. It was a very easy process from initial purchase to escrow closing.

JEREMY CHYLE WAS MY SALES CONTACT AND I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH KIND WORDS FOR HIS SUPPORT AND CONSISTENT ENTHUSIASM TREATING ME AS IF I BOUGHT A PALACE! Darren, our sales agent, was very thorough and extremely responsive. He would respond or reach out even on his days off. You can trust Darren to do exactly what he says. Our builder, Mark, is top notch and stayed with us, in tight communication, throughout the process and even beyond as he stopped by yesterday which was a full month past closing. Pulte makes a very high quality home and we love Del Webb and the amenities offered. Make this place your home, you will not regret it!

Every part of my home buying experience was exceptional. Especially my sales consultant Jeremy Chyle and my construction superintendent Marc Hunter. Both were trustworthy, extremely efficient and responsive.

The construction of our home and the supervisor kept us informed during the entire process. Our 30 day warranty list has been addressed immediately for repairs we have noted.
