Great to work with during the build process.

Overall we are very disappointed with the low quality of materials like cabinets, and baseboard and low quality workmanship on cabinet install/repair, texture, and painting. We also own a home in Sun City Mesquite that was completed in 2021 and were expecting the same level of workmanship and materrials and the new home we closed on Nov. 5th 2025 is significantly below the quality of the home finished in 2021. We are about 3 months after closing and there is still asignificant amount of reqork to be done. The texture on the walls inside the house needs to be completely redone and we are still waiting for that work to be completed. The painters/texture people have been to the house twice so far but only to do some light touchup painting. We are scheduled to get the texture work redone later this month but the fact that we have to get it done and the impact on us is significant. I hope they can get the job done right this time but honestly I have serious doubts they can. Also, the cabinets have had a number of issues and they have been to the house twice and yet the quality of the cabinets themselves and the workmanship is sub standard in my opinion. They are scheduled to come out again but I again doubt the issues will be resolved to my satisfaction, we will see. There have been and still remain other issues but I am especially concerned about a crack in the ceiling in the living room and was told we should wait until later in the spring to see if it gets worse before they repair it. So now we have to wait until later this spring to even see how bad it gets before it is repaired and once again at significant inconvience to us. Our overall experience was a good one, and we are very happy with the workmanship and materials used to build our home.

Excellent from beginning to end! From sales to the superintendent! I am very thankful we choose Pulte! We are in construction for a living!

Ron did made sure we were involved in the process. As questions came up he was readily available and easy to access. He also went above and beyond as we moved into our beautiful new home.

This experience was positive the entire time. Communication through their website and pictures was welcomed as I was in another state as the home was being built. the quality is excellent. Questions were answered quickly and changes from initial plan were easy to modify overall a great experience.

The lot we loved in Del Webb Sun City had not been released for purchase. Our sales representative, Paul, did an outstanding job of keeping us updated to the release date so we were the first to put money down. Paul did an excellent job keeping us informed of the construction. The house was completed on the estimated date that was given to us at the beginning of the process. No issues. The house turned out beautiful. Closing was easy and met all our expectations. After a month of living in the house we found a few minor things that needed to be repaired. We contacted Daryl and repairs were done in a timely manner. This is our second home built by Pulte and I noticed a big difference on improvement with customer service and communication during the construction phase and post construction. Pulte is very conscientious and meticulous on all aspects of the building process.

The process was smoother and quick! I had a 30-day escrow and signed docs the day initially established with no challenges. Once moved in, the home warranty department was quick to come by resolve a few minor cosmetic items I wanted touched up! At this age, I plan on this being my forever home and always dreamed of doing so in a Del Webb Sun City community. Thank you! I’m home!

We have been in our house for a little more than 30 days! Way too many repairs; stucco is cheap; our roof has a hole in it; ceiling and walls have multiple cracks; side of yard is a steep slope that should have had a retaining wall!!!!! This is NOT what we had expected from a new house! We will NEVER buy another Del Web home and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else!!! By the time all our repairs are done it will be a used home not a new one! Poor workmanship!!!!!!

Overall all good and we made a through fine Hard time for people our age but we can see daylight now

It felt like once the home closed the attitude went from “tell us what we can do for you,” to “we did that according to code and you need to accept that.” Items like fencing are not included. Builder issues have arisen in the community with ground movement, though not to us directly. Issues have also arisen with construction of the community center. But we love the location and our neighbors.

From the first moment we arrived we met our salesman Zac he was warm and welcoming and really worked with us to find the perfect lot for our home this is our second Pulte home we have built and this journey has been the best yet Through the building process we worked with Brogan and Kyle who always kept us posted with what was next Very through and cared how the house was being built After we moved in James MacCourt took over to follow through with all that was needed to be done to make the house perfect. He is very precise and professional. Always on time and keeps you informed when work will be done on your home and with the follow through Really it’s takes a great team to build a village and this team of Zac, Brogan, Kyle and James are top notch and made our transition to our retirement home Perfect could not have asked for a better experience Hats off to Pulte from offering a home in every price range to a team of people that made our move to Mesquite sun city seem less ... Warranty issues handled quickly, very responsive.

Several finish items that required additional attention are still not completed. This is partly due to our final move in doesn't occur till 11/20 due to personal delays. All other experiences with Dell Web, Pulte finance and Pulte Homes has been excellent and folks representing them great to work with. We just have the final detail work to finish.

The home buying experience was wonderful with Zak at Del Webb Sales Center. He was with us every step of the way. Pulte Mortgage and Title were diligent in getting us our closing day. Daryl is amazing in attending to our customer service issues. Thank you, team, Del Webb Mesquite/Pulte!

This is my first home buying experience. I liked the Del Webb TV commercial, and it planted the seed that lead me to investigate the community, offerings and lifestyle available at Del Webb Lake Las Vegas. Many nice home designs and a few that comfortably fit my budget. Pulte Mortgage in cooperation with Del Webb made this whole experience a fun and trouble-free event. The sales rep on site and the construction manager for my house were constantly giving me verbal and photographic updates of the construction of my house. When the house was finished, I was invited for an inspection tour and tutorial of all the amenities included in the build, which was a lot. I was quite impressed with the overall fit and finish and attention to detail overall. All in all, I'm very happy in my new home and think I couldn't have made a better choice. I would never again have Pulte build me a home and I would not recommend them to any one. For a home costing well in excess of half a million dollars the finish materials and workmanship are very poor. The landscaping is a joke and has rendered most of our lot unusable without expensive repairs. When we raised the issue we were told “well we just assume you are going to fix it anyway.” I have previously owned a Del Webb home and it was a very good house, that is no longer the case. Buyer beware.

Be more flexible to allow buyers to change floor plans would be great. Otherwise, my experience was great with Pulte. They have great website to track the progress, design center. Floor tile installment was very pricey, it would nice to include as standard base price.

Our sales person was very helpful and patient, never felt pressure and he was considerate of our situation.
