This is our second Pulte home in a Del Webb Community. We are disappointed in the fact that we bought our lot and home for full price, then Pulte offers huge discounts to new buyers. 2 weeks before we received our keys no work was done at the house. Then when we closed we are expected to have all the things that weren’t done reported for warranty work. Just so it is signed off by the homeowner and Pulte gets their money. I would seriously think about that before buying again.

The overall process was just average. I believe that the sales people underestimate the amount of upgrades that are really required to build a nice upscale home. Our specific sales rep was always on her day off or vacation. Once the house was completed we didn't even hear or see our rep. The quality of the build or upgrades is just not good especially considering the price. For example we upgraded to a glass french door for the office - the quality is horrible and it was very expensive. We've had several items that need to be repaired, fixed, etc. and getting them completed has been very ...

Site manager should stay involved for at least 60 day after move in. Developer in too much of a hurry to pass you on the the warranty division adding communications issues along the way

No system in place to advise new owners of contraction Schelds within ear radar of alarming noise and the early time! I understand that lots must be built on, but lack of communication is stressful for me looking forwarded to moving into a relaxing, retirement area as advertised.

Blue responded to all my question and concerns immediately. My issues were with Paul in sales. Once I signed the purchase agreement and paid my downpayment he ghosted me. He misinformed me on several options and I am still waiting for a refund on a grab bar that was nor installed as it could not be installed where Paul said it could be. I have reached out to him twice now on what the status of that refund is and as usual have not heard a word back. I reached out to the head of sales here at sun city, Mesquite a couple of days ago and have not heard back form him yet as well.

Pulte people made our home buying experience miserable. Total lack of communication and follow through. We showed up to our scheduled walk through with the house a mess and no one there. We later learned that the walk through and closing had been pushed back and we were not notified. We came in from out of state and were paying for a hotel room to accommodate the date and time we were given (we even confirmed the appointment time prior to the walk through). The sales person was great during the home buying experience. After the sale was complete, not so much. Homes have warranty coverage and a system to post requests. They go unanswered.

On the surface, the homes look great. But I never thought one could miss 6 pages of specifications in the contract and get the kitchen wrong. They built the wrong island and missed several electrical upgrades. In their haste to correct the misses, they butchered the pavers in the driveway tracking out joint compound and other stuff that we're still waiting to be cleaned up - promised to be done prior to closing. The warranty folks in Las Vegas say that Pulte laid off all but one manager, so that's why three months after closing, we're still waiting for punchlist items to be corrected. Forget ...

As the builder moved our expected move-in date up 2 months, it appears in doing so the attention to detail and quality of materials/workmanship suffered significantly in their haste to complete our home. There were so many issues to be dealt with that I will not delineate them in this review. Love our house, but... I'm totally convinced the only way to take possession of the new home is to not close until 100 percent of the punch list items are finished. Also the paint quality is terrible and we are forced to repaint everything. Broken window, garage door not finished, More positives than negative for sure though

Starting with Pulte mortgage it was an aggravating, frustrating and wish we had done it different experience. The contractors hired to do the work have no pride in their work and there is no accountability or follow through when they don’t do good job. We feel like any old way is good enough. The house is out of square, walls are not plumb, one garage wall is longer than the other…..Along the same contractor issues we have had to constantly clean up trash from the new build next door. Trash includes water bottles, beer bottles, food wrappers, styrofoam, plastic bags from insulation, nails, ...

The Granit Kitchen Counter Tops which I paid 5K extra for are a disaster Corners broken off, chips, gauges, scratches, etc.. More than 30 in all, on all counters. The reason for two stars under quality is the lack of a quality control program, which caused several unresolved issues that still exist 30 days after moving in. The reason for one star in responsiveness is poor responses to inquiries and failure to act on unresolved issues.

Our Sales person and the Construction Foreman were outstanding - always there to help and very responsive. The Design Center was not helpful to us for making design decisions for the look we wanted in our home. And we felt their options we very over-priced. Pulte builders pushed to get the "home completed satisfactorily" certificate signed promising to take care of outstanding deficiencies within 30 days. We are still waiting for fencing that's had been damaged in 3 places, metal sticking out of doors, electrical screw ups. We are now being ignored and our issues remain unfinished. I am very close to posting through social media what not to do when buying a home by Pulte construction. Very disappointed. The Del Webb community is great but your builders are terriblem

Very poor workmanship on finishing work. Grout color is different throughout the house. Tile in Owner's bath is crooked and cracked. A cabinet in the kitchen is crooked. Front door and garage door not fully painted. Baseboards look like they are used. As of today, we have received "lip service" that everything will be fixed. The trades are scheduled to come May 24 & 25 to address these major issues. Time will tell if our home will be "a quality build."
