The reason for two stars under quality is the lack of a quality control program, which caused several unresolved issues that still exist 30 days after moving in. The reason for one star in responsiveness is poor responses to inquiries and failure to act on unresolved issues.

They do a great job from start to finish in keeping you informed & after the sale keep checking to make sure you are happy

Unfinished and filthy. Poor follow up and home missing basic items throughout community. Models and clubhouse clean and landscape looks great. Homes left partially finished and it’s shocking how dirty the homes are left once completed and the building materials left behind.

The small things that was pointed out from the walkthrough was not repaired.

All in all it’s a satisfactory transition I moved here from Northern California to Mesquite the area is nice the people of been wonderful my only issue is is that with the Del Webb folks it takes a while for them to respond back to any issues that you have one that I experienced was my hot water heater I never heard back from anybody still working on it

By far, the worst new house purchase I've ever made - this is my fourth. Pulte can speak of quality, but there is no evidence of quality in my house. And the design oversights are astounding. Even junior architects shouldn't make such fundamental errors - doors that open on to each other, doors that cannot be opened unless another door is closed, air vents over dining table and living room seating area, windows that cannot be opened all the way because there is no grab handle on the bottom of the windows to close them, 'frameless' shower enclosure only missing the cheap aluminum frame on the top side, shower door that only opens out so water drips on the floor and shower mat cannot be used, no towel rack - must step out of the shower dripping wet to reach a towel, and the list goes on. And the poor workmanship - damaged countertop, damaged cabinet doors, wrong shower tile, horrible paint application, and more. I've been in my house for six weeks and the 'warranty' work is ongoing. Bad closing experience with Builder. All buyers should be careful!!!

The pandemic delayed the process, but we are delighted with our new home.

The contractor was very cooperative and thorough.

We still have some minor issues with the home to resolve, however we are very happy with our purchase.

Great Sales and Service Staff.

COVID delays lessened the experience.

Questions and or concerns were quickly answered.

I am impressed by the details I would not have thought to ask for are part of the design. Things like lighted attic, convenience electric outlets and 3 way switches. Lights had LED bulbs already installed. None of these would have been deal breakers had they not been done but all tell me someone cared to design and deliver a home.

An overall outstanding homebuying experience

The lack of communication during and after construction was, and continues to be, very unprofessional. The sales person was great, but the people handling the mortgage and title were careless in their work with us (especially when it came time for the wire transfer) and that created a very stressful situation for us as buyers. After living in the house for a month, we still have numerous unresolved issues (such as no caulking in bathtub, large gash in wall by the cooktop hood, lots of paint/glue/something spots on the floor tiles, pantry shelves and doors are missing as are towel racks in bathrooms). Someone finally came around and installed a gasket around the exterior door frame of the door in the master bedroom. The gaps were so big that wind, sunlight and lots of bugs came in the room. And did I mention that there were several families of field cockroaches and crickets living in the house when we moved in? The interior of the house upon closing was dirty and landscape sand was on the driveway/patio/sidewalk pavers which eventually was tracked into the house. Because of our career requirements we have had three houses built by major home building companies prior to our Del Webb House. Without exception our Del Webb House has the best quality and value. The process was excellent as we were not able to be present for the building of our house it was completed in excellent condition throughout the Covid 19 time frame. Our sales rep Candee made purchasing our home easy and fun and our building manager Gabe presented us with a near perfect home. We love our neighborhood and all the amenities that go with it.

Be ready for delays and unfinished house at completion

Everyone we dealt with was great, even though our home was delayed by nearly 3 months, we always felt they cared about us and our problems.

Our Sales person and the Construction Foreman were outstanding - always there to help and very responsive. The Design Center was not helpful to us for making design decisions for the look we wanted in our home. And we felt their options we very over-priced. The actual Home, structure/framing, layout, and space in rooms, closets, etc, is Great. We love the design/layout of our home. The attention to detail from the sub-contractors (Cabinets in particular) was bad. For the location and price we were paying, I felt more of the extra options we purchased should have been included in the baseline home. Using Pulte's Escrow and Mortgage lenders was the Best - the process went very smoothly! Follow-up repairs has been disappointing - we have been here 1 month and we still have not received anyone to come and fix items (1 bathroom still has no hot water in the sink). ... More

Pulte builders pushed to get the "home completed satisfactorily" certificate signed promising to take care of outstanding deficiencies within 30 days. We are still waiting for fencing that's had been damaged in 3 places, metal sticking out of doors, electrical screw ups. We are now being ignored and our issues remain unfinished. I am very close to posting through social media what not to do when buying a home by Pulte construction. Very disappointed. The Del Webb community is great but your builders are terriblem
