Our home took almost twice as long to build as originally told, but that was fine as that seems pretty typical in the Las Vegas market, and we weren't in any hurry. The home is very well built, but right when we did our home designing (after contract was signed) we were told we could ONLY paint the inside FLAT WHITE due to supply issues (no other builders seem to have this restriction). Once our house was eventually complete, we had to wait about 2 months for the wall microwave/oven combo to arrive (more supply issues apparently). You do not get what you pick out and Puklte doesn’t care. First we were told 3 times by sales we could have a wide recessed fireplace like other models but later, they just randomly started to build a box one. then we chose dark brown bath tiles but got orange ones and the trim tiles don’t even match. We were told nothing they could do about it. Oven has broken 3 times in a month, sink drains are used and were not even chrome like other sink parts. During sale and construction, we couldn’t get sales consultant or escrow office to give us final amounts owed. Needed escalation to get resolved. Thermostat and Ring doorbells had defects and needed to be replaced. Warranty Center told us they were not covered. Irrigation valve failed and WC advised it was also not covered. All less than 60 days from close of escrow. Seem to be spring loaded to respond that issue is not covered.

I suggest renting in Sun City before you buy. For the transition and timing, we rented for six months before the sale closed. We learned a LOT in the rental about how things worked that we wish we had known when we were making the purchase decision. It all can be overwhelming, determining where to upgrade and where to wait, what kind of lot you'll really be OK with, etc. About two months into the rental we realized there were some things that we did not even know to do that would have made our new home experience significantly better. The home took 6 months longer to build than we were initially told. We did not receive any communication initiated by a Pulte employee during the build. We had to initiate conversations with the sales force and point out construction issues along the way. We were never allowed to meet the construction manager during the build process. The interior paint job was terrible (the paint quality and the workmanship). We had to have the entire inside painted before we could move in. Now that it's done, we have to wait months to have warranty items fixed.

Follow up and warranty work has been non existent. They keep putting off the fixes for months. I have moved in with things like doors that don’t fit in the frame, and cabinets that are broken.

The salesperson kept us updated as to the progress of our home with bi-weekly pictures. We are pleased with the design of our home, but extremely disappointed with the workmanship of finishes such as baseboards, doors and paint. Local Sales office was responsive and trustworthy; however, they had no authority to address our issues. We were treated rudely by the construction lead during a field inspection. I found the home buying experience was difficult but partially because the pandemic. I would purchase a home already built if I could do it again. I'm very happy with my home but its nice to see what your getting and Pulte does not let you customize anything which I found to be frustrating.

Pulte is a for profit organization, which is fine, however, they do not have any interest in talking to the customer throughout the home building process. They cut corners where possible and charge the highest prices. Don't believe the sales person, they are going to tell you anything to get you to buy and then there will be an excuse for everything when they can't deliver. They will also retaliate so be careful what you say to anyone involved in the entire process.

After living in the new home for 2 months, I can now see the slipshod construction. Ramshackle quality. I thought I was moving into a more refined community. Instead what I find is the intolerable noise from all the ATV's that ride all over my block by Elderly Easy Riders. The NOISE comming off of Falcon Ridge is like nails on a chalk board. My experience with the salesperson was great. Knowledgeable and professional My experience with Title Company was good until I asked about a special assessment. She was rude and impatient when trying to figure this out. My experience with the construction manager was good until the home was completed. He helped with a couple of things and disappeared without saying a word. Shame on him. My experience with the Care Manager so far has been responsive. Whirlpool appliances very poor quality. The gas oven was delivered broken. As of today, Whirlpool has not figured out why it has not worked.

We have lived in our house for a little over a month and we still have many issues. The workmanship is sloppy and has no quality. The construction managers lie right to your face. They tell you they will fix an issue and do nothing but lie. I would never buy a Pulte home again.

It's extremely disappointing when trades (contractors) don't care about quality. Slap it up, poor results and deal with it after the fact. Large disconnect with the sales department, design center and construction.... No one takes responsibility, they all pass the buck. It doesn't matter if its a 5 million dollar home or a million dollar home, its all very poor!

We had a terrible experience and would never recommend Pulte homes to anyone. We were excited about the Model homes and our Salesperson, Zac, but after we signed our contract everything deteriorated. Pulte sent numerous emails regarding your 10-step process but our original Super, Brogan, said (and I quote) "I don't pay attention to those emails" which meant we were never given the opportunity to walk our home prior to drywall; this was an enormous problem given Ron works for the government and needed to confirm some of the electrical wiring in the walls. Working through the building and buying process was the worst I’ve experienced. Inflexible, demanding, impersonal are a few words I’d use to describe the purchase experience. Support after sale is poor, ie, discovered a horribly crooked wall and was told they could come out to start repair in one month. I pushed for quicker and now the representative has abandoned us.

Very poor quality and workmanship. We've found so many things that weren't properly finished so that they would last for the life of the house. We were sold on the model but found it substandard to the impression created.

Our salesman "P" was great. However, the quality of construction and the problems we're having are frustrating and after several months in home are still waiting for remedies to problem. They put us on the schedule 4 months out to have things fixed... but we keep finding additional issues.
