Refrigerator not working It’s been over a month now

It’s been a great experience with very nice people!!

This is our third Del Webb home and can't say enough how peaceful and friendly the staff and residents are. My in-laws are settling in nicley and have already made several friends! It's a comfort knowing they are so close to us and enjoying the resort lifestyle.

Everything was great! Except the paint quality! I'm amazed that these beautiful, well built homes, would use such low quality paint.

It's important to notify the homebuyer of any kind of delays that might impact their closing date since so many factors are based on the date presented when you buy the home. We had several delays with the help of our construction rep and sales rep we were able to over come. Although, a little stressful I'm glad we were able to move-in with only a 2 week delay.

We bought a spec home, so it was designed by the Pulte design team. They did a wonderful job. The home is beautiful inside and out. Pulte has been friendly and responsive.

All aspects of the house was of quality material

I would purchase a Pulte Home again.

Pulte is a for profit organization, which is fine, however, they do not have any interest in talking to the customer throughout the home building process. They cut corners where possible and charge the highest prices. Don't believe the sales person, they are going to tell you anything to get you to buy and then there will be an excuse for everything when they can't deliver. They will also retaliate so be careful what you say to anyone involved in the entire process.

The builder's sales agent kept me informed via email/photos each week during construction. I was not present myself during the entire process, and appreciated the updates.

Ask for Tanya in the sales office. Ask for Ron as your building superintendent. Expect laborers to take no pride in workmanship and leave trash everywhere. Be VERY cautious when going to the design center. Their samples are not actual representations of what you will get in your home. Keep detailed records of all upgrades and ensure that they actually get placed into your home. Expect great service post closing date from Darryl.

Our sales agent and builder regularly kept us updated on the progress of our home build, and were very responsive to questions and concerns that we had during that process. Kudos to the Del Webb sales and home building team!

I found the website provided a wealth of information. I was able to easily examine all of the floor plans, and the virtual tours were enlightening. The sales staff is very warm and helpful. Since I was not able to get back to the community I was interested in to select a lot, my sales person was kind enough to take photos of available properties which fit the profile of the type of property, I wanted in the community I had chosen. The process for buying a home here is very well organized and very intuitive, providing answers to questions I had not thought of. Also, photographs during the creation of my house, sent to me by my fabulous salesperson, helped me to feel included in the building process. From the sales staff at Del Webb to the Pulte Home underwriters were great at keeping me updated on the progress of my home from the start. I was regularly updated with photo's and phone calls.

How they take pride in the construction of the home and show how the house is built and with what material. If a problem is noticed it is fixed quickly.

We love our new home! This was the first time we had a home built. Everything we chose for the house and all the upgrades were done perfectly. The experience was worry free and the house was finished on time. The Del Webb community has been friendly, just what we were looking for.

Sales process was very informative with no pressure. Photos were provided showing weekly progress. Choosing things at the design center was fun and no pressure. Halfway through the build process the field manager gave a tour of the home informing us of the building process.

After living in the new home for 2 months, I can now see the slipshod construction. Ramshackle quality. I thought I was moving into a more refined community. Instead what I find is the intolerable noise from all the ATV's that ride all over my block by Elderly Easy Riders. The NOISE comming off of Falcon Ridge is like nails on a chalk board. There needs to be a sound wall. The heavy traffic reverberates all though out the paper thin construction. The Poliars ATV that Illeagl for street use in Calif, is permitted in Mesquite. They scream at outrageous DBs to achieve 24 mph and are obnoxiuos beyond belif. Why the HOA and community would allow these inconsiderate relics from Yasgars Farm to have and drive these things destroys the senerity of the community. The marginal constuction of the house does nothing to insulate the people living in it from the offensive noise level. Terrible place to live. ... More
