Very poor quality and workmanship. We've found so many things that weren't properly finished so that they would last for the life of the house. We were sold on the model but found it substandard to the impression created.

Half a Million double wide

Hard to believe what a half a million buys you in Del Webb. Pulte workmanship and materials is shoddy. Kitchen cabinets append a strip of wood on cabinet doors to fill gaps. Tile lots from Arizona Tile have large color discrepancies. Microwave is so bottom of the row it won’t pop bags of popcorn and takes longer to heat everything. Vent in laundry doesn’t draw. And who would build a laundry room without a 220 outlet!!?! Paint is nothing more than a primer. Vinyl windows allows sand to blow in. Could go on but you get the idea of value.

Our experience wasn't the most pleasant. We found that communication lacked from the foreman of our build and that he didn't follow through. Many things weren't done at closing and getting them to make any exceptions wasn't possible. They point to one another and act as a huge conglomerate. Months after closing we still don't have some of the "upgraded" things we paid for in this build.

Very substandard finishes. Corners aren't square. Grouts aren't sealed. Windows have gaps. Terrible, terrible finish.

Moved in. Probably the worst workmanship I've seen. Corners aren't square. Windows have wind blowing through the sides. Stucco has big cracks forming on the outside. The guest bath has full blockage of rocks and mortar 2' inside the wall. We try to get them to come out and fix, but they can NEVER accommodate our work schedules. They want us to take work off to accommodate their schedules, to fix the crappy work they did. We did take off 4 hours from work for their plumber to come the first time and fix their problems and he didn't have the right tools to fix it, so now they want us to ...

Fished home nothing like model

Unfinished and filthy. Poor follow up and home missing basic items throughout community. Models and clubhouse clean and landscape looks great. Homes left partially finished and it’s shocking how dirty the homes are left once completed and the building materials left behind.

It's extremely disappointing when trades (contractors) don't care about quality. Slap it up, poor results and deal with it after the fact. Large disconnect with the sales department, design center and construction.... No one takes responsibility, they all pass the buck. It doesn't matter if its a 5 million dollar home or a million dollar home, its all very poor!

Community is great but Pulte doesn’t communicate and build quality is poor. You have to want to live here bad enough to deal with a poor quality home from Pulte.

We have lived in our house for a little over a month and we still have many issues. The workmanship is sloppy and has no quality. The construction managers lie right to your face. They tell you they will fix an issue and do nothing but lie. I would never buy a Pulte home again.

WOULD NOT tell anyone to go with Pulte underwriters ! Three times I was told that paper work was done , that was not the case.

The are building in this community in mass quantity and I feel that they do not have enough personnel to provide good communication with home buyers. Was told many times by our sales consultant that he had at least 50 home buyers to take care of and could not be as responsive as we would have liked.

That this is not a typical Del Webb property. Nothing i experienced at other properties are here. Wish the sales agent had told me that the facilties would not be like other Del Webbs. No food at club house. No dog park. Not many events for folks to meet

I have filled out a survey already but never got feedback from Pulte so I am not sure they are even listening. There is SOoooo much to try to convey that I am concerned that I will run outta space. 1) Sales agent was poorly responsive with 2-3 days to answer questions. 2) Pulte Title erroneously informed me that I owed them money at closing so we were scrambling the day before we left Colorado (with access to my bank) to get to Nevada. Due to a great agent within Pulte, they were able to get this figured out (that they actually owed ME money ($16K) at closing). 3) If I had been forced to ...

The lack of communication during and after construction was, and continues to be, very unprofessional. The sales person was great, but the people handling the mortgage and title were careless in their work with us (especially when it came time for the wire transfer) and that created a very stressful situation for us as buyers. Builder growing pains

It's been my experience any time you have a new community the contracted builder has marching orders to build so many homes per month. The builder is only as good as the sub contractor's they employ. 99% of the time there are no sub-contracting supervisors to monitor the daily work of their employee's doing the installs. Usually there is only an on site company superintendent who oversees the building process. If the sub contracting employees don't have pride in their craft, you wind up with shoddy workmanship. Move in 11/19/21. Nevada water notified me on a progressive leak 35,000 gl on my property. Notified the builder thru Las Vegas Warranty, Rick Crain field supervisor told me its out of their hands due to meter xfered to NV Water already. I was out on what to do next. Kept informing the builder up until I got hold of the Clark County District Supervisor. On the day of 12/03/21 finally Mr. Crain acted upon and told me to stop sending e-mails. I was furious. My water bill a big question on how to bill the builder. This is chaos! Up to now the lists continues on major discrepancies.

Dear Del Webb not sure if this is your fault but Pulte builder rushed us through the walkthrough and said that all the items we wanted fixed would be. But Ron from Pulte who did the walkthrough with us did not tell us we would never see him again and any construction issue would need to go through Pulte Warranty and we would be held captive at the subs availability. Obviously Pulte had issues with the subs before we closed and rather than push off our closing they shifted the burden on to us the new homeowner.
