Our sales person was so helpful with our purchase during these trying times.

Sales process was very informative with no pressure. Photos were provided showing weekly progress. Choosing things at the design center was fun and no pressure. Halfway through the build process the field manager gave a tour of the home informing us of the building process.

After living in the new home for 2 months, I can now see the slipshod construction. Ramshackle quality. I thought I was moving into a more refined community. Instead what I find is the intolerable noise from all the ATV's that ride all over my block by Elderly Easy Riders. The NOISE comming off of Falcon Ridge is like nails on a chalk board. There needs to be a sound wall. The heavy traffic reverberates all though out the paper thin construction. The Poliars ATV that Illeagl for street use in Calif, is permitted in Mesquite. They scream at outrageous DBs to achieve 24 mph and are obnoxiuos beyond belif. Why the HOA and community would allow these inconsiderate relics from Yasgars Farm to have and drive these things destroys the senerity of the community. The marginal constuction of the house does nothing to insulate the people living in it from the offensive noise level. Terrible place to live. ... More

The quality of our new home is outstanding. Pulte does add some quality touches to ensure the home is well built. We do feel the value/price were fair. The base price in our location was best for a Pulte home, where they get you are in the upgrades... who doesn't want some upgrades? We are happy with what we chose. Pulte did submit a change order without our knowledge or permission, we took exception to this. Pulte does put together a pretty solid contact and we relied on our contract to help us prevail in our position on this subject. We have a certain amount of time to submit a punch list after move in. We submitted our items within the time frame but have yet to have all the work completed. Some work has to wait until landscaping is done, however one last task has not been completed, nor have I received a confirmation that all my emails are acknowledged. I would not recommend a Del Webb home if I were asked about it

When adding on your options watch out for what I call creeping elegance. Your 300000 dollar house can become 400 real quick.

The people at Del Webb made the process both affordable and pain free of getting a custom built home. All of their employees were responsive to questions and made it easy. I would suggest anyone looking for a new home to use their service.

The construction quality of my new Del Webb home is very impressive! They use high quality construction materials. The workmanship is second to none! Some very minor issues were corrected in a timely manner. The community amenities and landscaping are outstanding! I highly recommend Sun City Mesquite by Del Webb!

The wood work in this home is horrible. Flooring company was sloppy when laying the grout. Been in the home for 2 months and none of it has been fix. Not scheduled for another month.

This is my 4th new home. The people that I have dealt with have been tremendous. Knowledgeable and helpful. This is a great home, design, quality, and overall comfort for our family.

While all the other homes in my neighborhood have decks that do not face other, mine and my neighbors do. So there is no privacy for either of us while using the deck area. My neighbor mentioned this to the builder as my home was being built. He tells me that he was told that is just the way it is. My floor plan is a reverse of my neighbors. Had my home been built with the same floor plan orientation as my neighbor this would not be an issue. The only saving grace from this, is my neighbor and I try to respect each others privacy when using our decks. But we should not have to do that had the builder plotted the floor plan correctly. ... Follow through and follow up

It's been my experience any time you have a new community the contracted builder has marching orders to build so many homes per month. The builder is only as good as the sub contractor's they employ. 99% of the time there are no sub-contracting supervisors to monitor the daily work of their employee's doing the installs. Usually there is only an on site company superintendent who oversees the building process. If the sub contracting employees don't have pride in their craft, you wind up with shoddy workmanship. All trim work excessive caulking droplets on base boards All door trims either not caulked around completely on trim Poor paint quality lots of spots where door shows bare wood or top of door no paint at all Grout cracking in guest bathroom tile surround All base boards cracking grout at base of tile floor and base boards Master bath water closet walls caulking in corners Of walls Master bath back splash at counter top cracking or poor workmanship Kitchen cabinets nail holes not filled and not stained Drawer under stove does not close on one side Oven hood fan/light controls sticking so can not turn off. Had to trip circuit breaker to stop fan. Repair man has been here twice Dryer making rubbing noise repair man Has been here twice now have loud growling noise Has ordered new parts. I would like new replacement unit Overall very disappointed in finishing workmanship This is my second Del Webb new home purchase so not completely satisfied with this purchase ... More
