Del Web has built me a beautiful home at a good price. Mesquite NV is turning into a great place to retire. I'm very pleased with all aspects of my purchase. Top marks to my salesman and direct Del Webb contact, Zac Spilker. Zac has been fantastic! The best, most responsive help in all regards. He really made the difference. Thank you Zac!!!

The major issue I have with Del Webb Pulte is follow thru on issues and the length of time to get any answer to problems I have. The people are really nice but do not seem to care since I pay cash and have legitimate issues with a few items. I love my home very much if only the little problems and issues on things Pulte does not communicate to its customers such as me.

Very poor craftsmanship of base board moldings and doors, nail holes not filled or sanded, caulking not smoothed or remove just painted over, very disappointed in finished detail work. Brand new house and I have to go over everything and repair it myself.

Minor problems were fixed by friendly workers.

The home is beautiful and the customization we did was well worth it. The one area of concern and less than satisfied is the warranty process. While the customer service agent was very thorough and notated all our areas of "need work/repair"; there was a complete lack of oversight when the trade workers came to execute on the directives. Expecting a homeowner to understand and explain the requirements to the trade workers with no construction expertise is not effective and results in inadequate repairs or repeat visits. My homeowner suggestion is that the project manager, or their designee, needs to be here when the trade workers arrive, to ensure clarity of what needs to be done. ... More

Del Webb makes sure everything is perfect - remarkable!

Great team.....

Cabinet quality lacking. Flooring options too expensive. Go builder base flooring and use outside contractor. Cleaning and prep for closing are dismal. Unfortunately squeaking wheel doesn’t always get service

Finish out was pretty good. Some options were significantly overpriced, others were reasonable. With studs 24" on center with no plywood on exterior (stucco goes on top of tyvek) a little concerned with how sturdy it is built. Seems to be pretty well insulated. Lack of natural gas in the community is a big draw back - every thing is electric.

Had good experience with sales and builder. Did not have good experience when picking out interior Design.

New homes always seem to need some degree of "tweaking" after one moves in, and Pulte has been responsive to our requests, with only one exception, which we hope will be addressed soon.

Del Webb and their representatives actually become a partner in the construction and purchase of your home. They are just as concerned as I am that everything be just perfect. If it isn't, they work hard at making it so. Del Webb's staff is interested in DETAIL. It's been a pleasure and I hope our relationship continues if I have future reasons for their help. The tiniest of detail can be addressed with their customer service representative. They expedite all concerns for touch up or repair. What I like the most, is that no one has ever given me the same old answer that, "it's the best we can do" or "it's up to code, nothing we can do". It was a good experience all around. It's run like a well-oiled machine.

The home was finished on time and it was flawless when we received the keys. I had a small issue that was a misunderstanding on my part and they were there within 3 hours to show me the correct way to operate the stove..

Our build process was painless - our sales person sent us pics every Sunday. Home was completed earlier than originally scheduled and looks beautiful!

Pick the home you like, see it in the morning, then mid day, then evening. Then you’ll know if it’s right for you.

This is a 55+ community and Del Webb has been building this type of home for many years. The design and build process is very streamlined. As with any design, the end product is only as good as the people who are doing a job. The home is structurally sound and well-framed from what we could see. There are a few options, there could be more for this age group, such as a walk-in whirlpool tub and ground level entry, in the event of wheelchair needs. Many of the costly upgrades do not seem to get the attention they require, and the warranty fix is relied upon heavily. The warranty people are great to work with, but only the items the homeowner notices are addressed. There should be checkpoints by a supervisor at the finish of every part of the process and then the home could be a "white glove" delivery without any extra cost of sending tradesmen/women back to finish. ... Everyone we dealt with was very professional and super helpful. Throughout the process we were kept in the loop the entire time. Our home was completed ahead of schedule which definitely was a plus!

Do not be fooled by Del Webb's sales tactics - their "Build Quality Experience" is just a sales gimmick - Del Webb is a track house builder and the fit and finish of their homes reflects this - we spent over $40K for upgrades to our Kitchen, Master Bathroom and Flooring and the fit and finish is terrible - there is no quality control during the build process so nothing gets addressed until after you close on the house and then you are at the mercy of Del Webb's "Warranty Center" which is the most non-responsive outfit I have every dealt with - the tradesmen they send to fix the numerous things that WILL BE WRONG with your house are never on time and act like they are doing you a favor fixing the things they were probably responsible for messing up in the first place - if you want to buy into the "Del Webb Life Style" but also want a custom look to your home I would strongly recommend you forgo purchasing upgrades from Del Webb and have them installed after you take possession of your home by qualified tradesmen - Del Webb is good at cranking out track houses but custom work slows them down so they do not take the time necessary to do a quality job with anything beyond their standard finishes - we were hoping to purchase a turnkey new home but instead we have spent weeks trying to get all of the problems addressed by Del Webb's warranty department before we move into our new home - the inconvenience has been staggering and no one at Del Webb cares because they only care about quantity not quality - it shows in their attitude and it shows in their final product ... People were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable

Our build went well, and was finished the exact day that was planned several months prior. Very nice inside and out. For the price, plywood/osb should have covered the entire house; not just certain sections. The are a few other very minor construction decisions that I wished could have been reviewed prior to certain phases being completed, but overall, I'm extremely pleased with the finished product. Cost wise, you pay for convenience of having items installed during the build. For example, the ceiling fans will be somewhat more expensive than buying them and installing them yourself. We had help al throughout process, this is our forever dream home and we were three hundred miles away while it was being built. They kept us in the loop every step of the way. The building supervisor was so thrilled to show us every detail in our pre-drywall walkthrough you would have thought he was building it for himself. My sales agent was great, sending me pictures throughout the build, the home designer helped guide us with upgrades. We are thoroughly thrilled with the final product

Everyone was/is so helpful. I had never bought a house before, new or old. I was really in a fog but everyone I worked with went above and beyond their jobs, So friendly and even fun!

Workmanship and materials are fine, but the amount of plywood used for exterior sheathing of walls is quite low.

I would think that being as large as Pulte is, that they would be more accommodative to disabled veterans in the buying process.
