The buying process was very smooth overall. Most problems were handled well by Pulte. The exception was an error made on the placement of the EV charger prewire in the garage. I was being sent wiring schematics for the garage that were the reverse of the actual layout and when I requested the prewire on the front left side wall it ended up on the rear of the right side wall. We came up with a compromise solution but I ended up having to pay $200 for garage drywall repair. From what I have seen the overall quality of workmanship is excellent. However, I was disappointed with the use of 24" centers in the framing and Milgard windows and doors which I believe is a low to mid-grade product. Purchasing my new home was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the team's wonderful communication and responsiveness. The web based tools, provided were intuitive and easy to use, making every step simple and transparent. Most importantly. the quality of the home far exceeds that of others I've seen- attention to detail craftsmanship truly stands out. I couldn't be happier with my decision and highly recommend Del Webb to anyone looking for a new home.

Both sales and construction always kept us up to date on the entire buying process. After closing the construction team ( Ron and Darrel ) were extremely quick to handle all our concerns with complete satisfaction.

Everything went very smooth from start to close. Very easy process for building a new home. The only issue is lack of options along with extremely high costs for any upgrade. Love the house and the community so far.

We love our new home. It’s a floor plan we love . Our first salesperson left the company, so we were lost in the system for a while which was very frustrating! Once Jose was assigned to us things began to smooth out. If I were to improve on a building process, it would be the painting inside and out. We had so many painting issues that it became frustrating. The painters need to do a better job.

The staff at Pulte Homes and Del Webb were extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process from sales to the construction and home acceptance process. The process was clearly explained from selecting the house, going through the escrow process, to an understandable construction warranty turn over process. This level of process management was a very important factor in buying my home because I live in Colorado and managed the process both electronically and with a minimum of visits to the Del Webb site in Nevada. We love our home however some upgrades were super expensive compared to after market sub contractors. Builder flooring was not customizable unless you pay more than double of what it's worth. Backyard and front yard landscaping should be more customizable. Exterior paint was substandard. Drip lines are all done with cheap thin wall tubing that always breaks after a few years.

Really happy with our new home. Any issues we have had since closing has been quickly addressed and completed in a timely fashion. Recommend you consider Del Webb here in Mesquite for your new home

Del Webb builds a wonderful home. The only issue is the options you choose above a base model is OVER PRICED!!

This home buying experience was very streamlined and efficient. The follow-up after I moved in was excellent and quick.

Record everything! Don’t trust their financial department! When in doubt, see first two sentences!

I have filled out a survey already but never got feedback from Pulte so I am not sure they are even listening. There is SOoooo much to try to convey that I am concerned that I will run outta space. 1) Sales agent was poorly responsive with 2-3 days to answer questions. 2) Pulte Title erroneously informed me that I owed them money at closing so we were scrambling the day before we left Colorado (with access to my bank) to get to Nevada. Due to a great agent within Pulte, they were able to get this figured out (that they actually owed ME money ($16K) at closing). 3) If I had been forced to reschedule the signing, I woulda been forced to rearrange travel and suffered rescheduling & lodging fees. 4) After the money was figured out, we were still unsure if we could tour the property, arrange/inspect warranty work on paint, construction, etc. and still close. It was literally the morning (8:30am) of closing that we found out we had everything ready to sign. 5) Paint quality was terrible!! Master bedroom's Tray ceiling has cracks at the intersection to the wall. We were told it lacks proper caulking and needs to be redone with caulk & paint. Baseboards were spotty, streaky and sections unpainted throughout the house (they have sent and excellent painter out twice (9 hrs so far) to do touchups and he is returning again to finish up). 6) The shower door leaked and the warranty repair worker said this happened to nearly all of the showers after they changed the style/vendor. He fixed it 90% and I had to finish the final caulk seal myself. 7) I purchased a WIFI signal extender but nothing was hooked up, there was no manual for me to work with/ from and it required a switch from the modem/router that was not dropped off. I called the sales agent and he didn't know what to do. The warranty agent didn't know what to do so directed me to the warranty office. They set up an electrician warranty visit and HE knew what to. He installed the switch, connected the prewired extender and guided me through the WIFI connection (Where's the neighborhood 10 yr old when you need one? :-)). 8) I am not a computer expert but I am not computer illiterate either but the doorbell was not connected correctly or charged for use. I finally (with YouTube) figured it out. The house thermostat is quirky, requires a phone app to control and is still unclear if I can just run the fan instead of the AC (it times out on just the fan). Pulte should have someone that can walk the new tenant through these things once you move in. They offer a "White Glove" service at the design center but this is before you are ever ready or experienced with your devices. Of course, they charge you extra for this service! Come on!!! Just roll it in to the house fees and offer a year of a consultant to visit and help connect you (or find that 10 year old). 9) We have never lived in the desert so we had no idea if we needed the services of a bug spray service or not. Several stopped by to sell us their services. We finally went with one but would have liked guidance/suggestions on this. All in all, I feel the quality of the build is good but the workmanship & support leaves a lot to be desired. The Pulte workers & agents, for the most part, want to do a good job for you so they have to work "above & beyond" to just make things workable/successful. I cannot figure out how Pulte keeps their employees! I am not sure if I can recommend Pulte but if I did, I would strongly recommend that the buyer be VERY discerning, very observant and very critical on their build outcome so it is done right. Read and watch everything/every detail because Pulte corporate is not your advocate. ... More

Repairs not completed from final walk through

This is our second Pulte home in a Del Webb Community. We are disappointed in the fact that we bought our lot and home for full price, then Pulte offers huge discounts to new buyers. 2 weeks before we received our keys no work was done at the house. Then when we closed we are expected to have all the things that weren’t done reported for warranty work. Just so it is signed off by the homeowner and Pulte gets their money. I would seriously think about that before buying again.

Send this form out in a year. I'll know a LOT more about how to rate the purchase.

From start to finish, our experience with purchasing our home was excellent. They listened to our wants and needs and were able to show us homes in our price range. They were flexible with our timeline,and we never felt pressured into buying before we were ready. The losing was a breeze, and there were no delays. They delivered everything they said they would. I we feel like we bought a well built home at an affordable price. We are very happy with our purchase.

I was very disappointed at the finishing of my home. The mudding around the light switches has gaps and the home was painted with the light plates on. There is paint on the door hinges and thresholds. The baseboards need repainting. The window frames and sliding doors have paint on them. No eye for detail.

From the time we met the Del Webb sales team until the time we closed with a complete home inspection by the field team, we had a super great experience! Top shelve from the start.

My experience with the salesperson was great. Knowledgeable and professional My experience with Title Company was good until I asked about a special assessment. She was rude and impatient when trying to figure this out. My experience with the construction manager was good until the home was completed. He helped with a couple of things and disappeared without saying a word. Shame on him. My experience with the Care Manager so far has been responsive. Whirlpool appliances very poor quality. The gas oven was delivered broken. As of today, Whirlpool has not figured out why it has not worked.

We love our home and our new community! Our home buying experience was seamless and the staff (all staff) apart of this process were professional and welcoming.

Our sales person Paul was great! Kept us informed and walked us through every step. Our project manager Ron was wonderful also-answered any questions promptly and got right back to us anytime we contacted him. Brogan did our final walk thru and did a great job explaining everything. Lastly customer service from Daryl has been excellent. He is taking care of everything for us promptly. Great attitudes from all! Great from beginning to end.
