The process was smoother and quick! I had a 30-day escrow and signed docs the day initially established with no challenges. Once moved in, the home warranty department was quick to come by resolve a few minor cosmetic items I wanted touched up! At this age, I plan on this being my forever home and always dreamed of doing so in a Del Webb Sun City community. Thank you! I’m home!

We have been in our house for a little more than 30 days! Way too many repairs; stucco is cheap; our roof has a hole in it; ceiling and walls have multiple cracks; side of yard is a steep slope that should have had a retaining wall!!!!! This is NOT what we had expected from a new house! We will NEVER buy another Del Web home and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else!!! By the time all our repairs are done it will be a used home not a new one! Poor workmanship!!!!!!

Overall all good and we made a through fine Hard time for people our age but we can see daylight now

It felt like once the home closed the attitude went from “tell us what we can do for you,” to “we did that according to code and you need to accept that.” Items like fencing are not included. Builder issues have arisen in the community with ground movement, though not to us directly. Issues have also arisen with construction of the community center. But we love the location and our neighbors.

From the first moment we arrived we met our salesman Zac he was warm and welcoming and really worked with us to find the perfect lot for our home this is our second Pulte home we have built and this journey has been the best yet Through the building process we worked with Brogan and Kyle who always kept us posted with what was next Very through and cared how the house was being built After we moved in James MacCourt took over to follow through with all that was needed to be done to make the house perfect. He is very precise and professional. Warranty issues handled quickly, very responsive.

Several finish items that required additional attention are still not completed. This is partly due to our final move in doesn't occur till 11/20 due to personal delays. All other experiences with Dell Web, Pulte finance and Pulte Homes has been excellent and folks representing them great to work with. We just have the final detail work to finish.

The home buying experience was wonderful with Zak at Del Webb Sales Center. He was with us every step of the way. Pulte Mortgage and Title were diligent in getting us our closing day. Daryl is amazing in attending to our customer service issues. Thank you, team, Del Webb Mesquite/Pulte!

This is my first home buying experience. I liked the Del Webb TV commercial, and it planted the seed that lead me to investigate the community, offerings and lifestyle available at Del Webb Lake Las Vegas. Many nice home designs and a few that comfortably fit my budget. Pulte Mortgage in cooperation with Del Webb made this whole experience a fun and trouble-free event. The sales rep on site and the construction manager for my house were constantly giving me verbal and photographic updates of the construction of my house. When the house was finished, I was invited for an inspection tour and tutorial of all the amenities included in the build, which was a lot. I was quite impressed with the overall fit and finish and attention to detail overall. All in all, I'm very happy in my new home and think I couldn't have made a better choice. I would never again have Pulte build me a home and I would not recommend them to any one. For a home costing well in excess of half a million dollars the finish materials and workmanship are very poor. The landscaping is a joke and has rendered most of our lot unusable without expensive repairs. When we raised the issue we were told “well we just assume you are going to fix it anyway.” I have previously owned a Del Webb home and it was a very good house, that is no longer the case. Buyer beware.

Be more flexible to allow buyers to change floor plans would be great. Otherwise, my experience was great with Pulte. They have great website to track the progress, design center. Floor tile installment was very pricey, it would nice to include as standard base price.

Our sales person was very helpful and patient, never felt pressure and he was considerate of our situation.

Everything from start to finish was so easy

We had Sean in sales and Alex our construction manager. Both were great and still get back to us when we have questions or needs. Their guidance was very much appreciated

The buying process was very smooth overall. Most problems were handled well by Pulte. The exception was an error made on the placement of the EV charger prewire in the garage. I was being sent wiring schematics for the garage that were the reverse of the actual layout and when I requested the prewire on the front left side wall it ended up on the rear of the right side wall. We came up with a compromise solution but I ended up having to pay $200 for garage drywall repair. From what I have seen the overall quality of workmanship is excellent. However, I was disappointed with the use of 24" centers in the framing and Milgard windows and doors which I believe is a low to mid-grade product. I have found that the warranty work and any needed followup is exceptionally good. The warranty department people have made sure that followup work is done well and on time. ... More

Purchasing my new home was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the team's wonderful communication and responsiveness. The web based tools, provided were intuitive and easy to use, making every step simple and transparent. Most importantly. the quality of the home far exceeds that of others I've seen- attention to detail craftsmanship truly stands out. I couldn't be happier with my decision and highly recommend Del Webb to anyone looking for a new home.

Both sales and construction always kept us up to date on the entire buying process. After closing the construction team ( Ron and Darrel ) were extremely quick to handle all our concerns with complete satisfaction.

Everything went very smooth from start to close. Very easy process for building a new home. The only issue is lack of options along with extremely high costs for any upgrade. Love the house and the community so far.

We love our new home. It’s a floor plan we love . Our first salesperson left the company, so we were lost in the system for a while which was very frustrating! Once Jose was assigned to us things began to smooth out. If I were to improve on a building process, it would be the painting inside and out. We had so many painting issues that it became frustrating. The painters need to do a better job.

The staff at Pulte Homes and Del Webb were extremely professional and helpful throughout the whole process from sales to the construction and home acceptance process. The process was clearly explained from selecting the house, going through the escrow process, to an understandable construction warranty turn over process. This level of process management was a very important factor in buying my home because I live in Colorado and managed the process both electronically and with a minimum of visits to the Del Webb site in Nevada.
