The buying process was very smooth overall. Most problems were handled well by Pulte. The exception was an error made on the placement of the EV charger prewire in the garage. I was being sent wiring schematics for the garage that were the reverse of the actual layout and when I requested the prewire on the front left side wall it ended up on the rear of the right side wall. We came up with a compromise solution but I ended up having to pay $200 for garage drywall repair. From what I have seen the overall quality of workmanship is excellent. Everything went very smooth from start to close. Very easy process for building a new home. The only issue is lack of options along with extremely high costs for any upgrade. Love the house and the community so far.

Love our floor plan and home. Painters need to do a better job

We love our new home. It’s a floor plan we love . Our first salesperson left the company, so we were lost in the system for a while which was very frustrating! Once Jose was assigned to us things began to smooth out. If I were to improve on a building process, it would be the painting inside and out. We had so many painting issues that it became frustrating. The painters need to do a better job.

We love our home however some upgrades were super expensive compared to after market sub contractors. Builder flooring was not customizable unless you pay more than double of what it's worth. Backyard and front yard landscaping should be more customizable. Exterior paint was substandard. Drip lines are all done with cheap thin wall tubing that always breaks after a few years.

I have filled out a survey already but never got feedback from Pulte so I am not sure they are even listening. There is SOoooo much to try to convey that I am concerned that I will run outta space. 1) Sales agent was poorly responsive with 2-3 days to answer questions. 2) Pulte Title erroneously informed me that I owed them money at closing so we were scrambling the day before we left Colorado (with access to my bank) to get to Nevada. This is our second Pulte home in a Del Webb Community. We are disappointed in the fact that we bought our lot and home for full price, then Pulte offers huge discounts to new buyers. 2 weeks before we received our keys no work was done at the house. Then when we closed we are expected to have all the things that weren’t done reported for warranty work. Just so it is signed off by the homeowner and Pulte gets their money. I would seriously think about that before buying again.

They were flexible with our timeline,and we never felt pressured into buying before we were ready. The losing was a breeze, and there were no delays. They delivered everything they said they would. Mudding, painting and cleaning leave something to be desired

I was very disappointed at the finishing of my home. The mudding around the light switches has gaps and the home was painted with the light plates on. There is paint on the door hinges and thresholds. The baseboards need repainting. The window frames and sliding doors have paint on them. No eye for detail.

My experience with the salesperson was great. Knowledgeable and professional My experience with Title Company was good until I asked about a special assessment. She was rude and impatient when trying to figure this out. My experience with the construction manager was good until the home was completed. He helped with a couple of things and disappeared without saying a word. Shame on him. My experience with the Care Manager so far has been responsive. Whirlpool appliances very poor quality. The gas oven was delivered broken. As of today, Whirlpool has not figured out why it has not worked.

Our sales person Paul was great! Kept us informed and walked us through every step. Our project manager Ron was wonderful also-answered any questions promptly and got right back to us anytime we contacted him. Brogan did our final walk thru and did a great job explaining everything. Lastly customer service from Daryl has been excellent. He is taking care of everything for us promptly. Great attitudes from all! Great from beginning to end.
