From start to finish, our experience with purchasing our home was excellent. They listened to our wants and needs and were able to show us homes in our price range. They were flexible with our timeline,and we never felt pressured into buying before we were ready. The losing was a breeze, and there were no delays. They delivered everything they said they would. I we feel like we bought a well built home at an affordable price. We are very happy with our purchase.

I was very disappointed at the finishing of my home. The mudding around the light switches has gaps and the home was painted with the light plates on. There is paint on the door hinges and thresholds. The baseboards need repainting. The window frames and sliding doors have paint on them. No eye for detail.

From the time we met the Del Webb sales team until the time we closed with a complete home inspection by the field team, we had a super great experience! Top shelve from the start.

My experience with the salesperson was great. Knowledgeable and professional My experience with Title Company was good until I asked about a special assessment. She was rude and impatient when trying to figure this out. My experience with the construction manager was good until the home was completed. He helped with a couple of things and disappeared without saying a word. Shame on him. My experience with the Care Manager so far has been responsive. Whirlpool appliances very poor quality. The gas oven was delivered broken. As of today, Whirlpool has not figured out why it has not worked.

We love our home and our new community! Our home buying experience was seamless and the staff (all staff) apart of this process were professional and welcoming.

Our sales person Paul was great! Kept us informed and walked us through every step. Our project manager Ron was wonderful also-answered any questions promptly and got right back to us anytime we contacted him. Brogan did our final walk thru and did a great job explaining everything. Lastly customer service from Daryl has been excellent. He is taking care of everything for us promptly. Great attitudes from all! Great from beginning to end.

We have lived in our house for a little over a month and we still have many issues. The workmanship is sloppy and has no quality. The construction managers lie right to your face. They tell you they will fix an issue and do nothing but lie. I would never buy a Pulte home again.

From start to finish the process was exceptional! At the beginning I was just making inquiries in which Aimee (Sales Agent) was responsive within 24 hours or less with answers and this continued once I did make an offer through and beyond closing. I did my home inspection with Greg and he was awesome and continues to be responsive and helpful after I moved in. The entire team is fantastic and I am extremely happy with my purchase which I made without physically seeing the lot or walking the models - this sale was completely remote from another state and the DW team made me feel comfortable with the process. ... Very beautiful community and friendly neighbors.

I was delighted with the Pulte experience from first gaze until long after my 30 day walk-through touch ups. The supervisors, workers, staff and sales people are all remarkable. There were a few hiccups along the way which caused a bit of stress: 1. My name was misspelled when it was entered into one the Pulte databases. Thus, while the building supervisor attempted to contact me throughout the building process, I did not have the opportunity to connect with him until my final walkthrough. This disconnection was disconcerting and left me doubting the Pulte Quality Building process. Nontheless, Pulte’s commitment to quality made my final walkthrough an excellent experience - showing me I did not need have to double check or supervise everything along the way. 2. Once I became the ‘property owner’ rather than the ‘buyer’ I encountered another couple of wrinkles, that again, caused confusion. The misspelling of my name in the Pulte database resulted in a lack of communication between the HOA and myself. Although, I asked many questions, it took several in person conferences at the HOA hub to clear things up and to then obtain continuous information from the HOA staff. 3. I was one of the first homes in my neighborhood. The post office was unable to verify my location and thus none of the mailed communication from Pulte or the HOA was delivered, resulting in a further disconnect. Additionally, Google maps was unable to locate my address and all deliveries (e.g. my moving truck, outside vendors and Amazon) could not locate my address which caused additional confusion and distress. However, 60 days after closing, I feel comfortable in my home and community. I could not ask for a better place to live and play in my retirement years. ... More

We were kept well informed of any changes to lot availability and what to expect during the building process after we decided on the perfect lot for our needs. Once we did purchase our lot and select a home plan, the Pulte group was very helpful, and made each phase of decision making that much more enjoyable.

Our superintendent, Ron, was extremely helpful and prompt when we had a question as well as the follow up home maintenance coordinator. All the workers for the trades were always very professional and friendly.

The finish workmanship is very average at best. The issues I've found are cosmetic and could have been corrected on installation with a very minimum of effort.

The house wasn’t ready for the walk through.

The overall process was just average. I believe that the sales people underestimate the amount of upgrades that are really required to build a nice upscale home. Our specific sales rep was always on her day off or vacation. Once the house was completed we didn't even hear or see our rep. The quality of the build or upgrades is just not good especially considering the price. For example we upgraded to a glass french door for the office - the quality is horrible and it was very expensive. We've had several items that need to be repaired, fixed, etc. and getting them completed has been very difficult. I do love our house and community, but wish the overall value was much better. ... Workmanship could be better. Taking a month to replace tile and fix baseboards

Workmanship inside the house is fair. Looks like the things were done in a rush, not paying any attention to details. Very disappointed with the paint job done inside the house. Having painting redone at this time, doors , baseboards , walls . Found paint smears and drops all over our expensive floor tiles. Careless

Our Supervisor was unreliable, unresponsive, and acted like he had better things to do than to work with us. We never heard from him for a 30 day review.

We understood when we bought the house that there would be some things that needed our attention. So far all of those problems have been addressed and some have even been fixed. I enjoyed working with our build manager Dexter as he was always available and pleasant to speak with. Overall “we are happy”

WOULD NOT tell anyone to go with Pulte underwriters ! Three times I was told that paper work was done , that was not the case.

Sean was helpful in the sales office. Tiffany in design center was very nice and helpful. Alejandro was our project manager and he was the best part of our entire process. Design center was an absolute money grab. Everything was overly expensive. Several of our new neighbors are ripping out the free items and putting their own tile and carpet in because the prices in the design center were SO extreme. Talking about our new HOA.....If your friends are in town it will cost you $5 a piece to bring them into the pool/ hot tub or workout area. I think to bring a friend to the pickle ball courts cost $5 as well. Keep in mind we already pay $153 monthly for all these amenities We love our new home and so far really enjoy our new neighbors, but I will NEVER buy another new home. ... More

Sun City builders and brokers, staff were amazing

Lets start at the sales office. Were never told the model was different of what was built. Different roof tiles, windows that did not open and doors that were eliminated. When questioned were told that the model was reengineered. Nice if salesperson told us this at the beginning. The construction of the home in my opinion is not quality built. The 2x4 exterior walls with no sheathing when 2x6 would add more insulation and sheathing would make a much sounder structure. Interior walls at 24 inches on centers is another thing I did not like. The floor outlet in the great room is useless as it cannot be put where you want it. Limits furniture layout. The base price for the house is reasonable but the addons are way overpriced. I wanted a side door in the garage but at $10,000 insane. We chose to have different interior paint other than the base white. Cost $5800 Does a different color paint cost this much maybe some additional labor. In costing out the money we spent on upgrades $72000 my cost to do would have been at least 35% less. If I had to do it over again, I would buy the base home and do the upgrades on my own. At the end of construction, we did a walk through with the Project Mgr. and noticed a lot of blue tape for things to be corrected mostly paint, the big disappointment was the carpets were not put in the right rooms. We did close after the walk through but will never do this again until we have a second walk through to make sure everything is completed to our satisfaction. Upon moving in we still had blue tape on walls for paint touch up and we noticed other areas that needed touch up, During the next four weeks in the home we had the following issues , crack around exterior window, 2 cabinet doors came apart, broken shelf in cabinet, exterior doors needed adjustment, crack in mirror where outlet was installed, micro wave frame came loose, plunger in sink not connected, kitchen spray nozzle needed adjustment, patio ceiling needed to be repainted, window installed crooked needed adjustment and electrical issues. There were some outlets that did not work switches hooked up wrong. These were corrected but it took them 2 hours. We signed up for the white service and had a difficult time getting this service as no one seemed to know about it. We are waiting for some things to be completed. Another issue was the filters for the ac/heating unit. I was told they were changed after the completion of construction but when I checked them, they were clogged and full of sheetrock dust. Very disappointed that there were so many issues in this build. Most of these items should have been noticed by your project manager example: how can you not notice that the wrong carpets are installed!! We love the Mesquite area and hope to enjoy are new home once all the issues are taken care of. ... More
