I’ve known of Del Webb for many years, even maintained radio services on their older properties years back. I am proud to finally have a home with them. They make very nice communities and obviously solid homes.

During our first visit, we were greeted by kind caring and knowledgable individuals who had a heartfelt interest in us joining their community. Everyone was helpful and courteous . Our experience started with a wonderful greeting by Sandi...followed by exceptional sales representation by Paul...who helped us select from several great choices. The process simply continued to get better as we dealt with mortgage, insurance, HOA and Guest services... WOW...great people all around. Builder representatives were exceptional. Follow through timely. This is clearly the most satisfying new home purchase we have made...having built three new homes in the past 6 years...ahhhhh... the twist and turns life can throw at you. It would be great to have options on backyard landscaping when time to close, so front and backyard would be done when you pick up the keys. I know this would be an upgrade but an option in backyard packages would be great.

Great to see every step of the building process, great quality and workmanship. Agent was wonderful to work with at office.

Sean was fantastic during the home buying experience and Matt has been incredible as our house project manager. Both were super responsive whenever we had any questions or issues.

Our original plan was to buy a home in St George, after making a trip to Mesquite there was no question where we wanted to live, we picked out our home that same day. We are so grateful for the help from Tanya Smith at the sales center, we did most everything by email, and phone calls from Salt Lake for almost 2 months, without her professionalism we probably wouldn’t be here today. She provided us with names and numbers for all of the contractors needed to complete our move in. The contractors provided to us were amazing. Blue Lee was also exceptional, our phone calls and answers were always taken care of at a very courteous, and respectful way, some days I felt like a real pest. We love our home! It seems like a great place to live in our retirement years.

My husband and I could not be happier. As we navigated the process from start to finish, Del Webb and Pulte were there to answer our questions, to solve problems and to provide support through the entire journey.

All members of the Pulte team were excellent to work with, starting with the sales consultant all the way through the build quality process. Pulte was very responsive to changing market conditions in residential real estate. This was our first experience with Pulte, and it was very good.

I can’t say enough about the builder. I only had a few small things that needed attention. Scott came to the house. He was FANTASTIC. We are very happy with our home and the service we have had from the start. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

We love our new home. It’s beautiful and the views are amazing. The community is friendly and spectacular.

Overall it was a good experience starting with Danelle on the purchase and the Dexter with the walk through. We understand that you have a cleaning company clean but think they should probably do the cleaning closer to move in day. We have watched other house’s get cleaned and then workers are in and out leaving doors open for hours.

Our salesperson Zac was extremely knowledgable about the build process. While we never met our build super, the young men from Las Vegas were very helpful during this process. The title company personnel, Sandra and Christine, were amazingly helpful throughout the process to ensure we went from our original Del Webb home to our new Del Webb seamlessly. We love our new home!

From the start we were asked if we qualified due to the age requirements and were super happy to hear that we did, as soon as we were told that we could from the day of the walk arounds to look at available home we were very opportunistic to fall into the home. Lucky if anything. From the final walk down to the signing of the documents, Del Webb representatives across the board were SUPER professional, super attentive, and friendly at best. We are very happy to be in this community and be able to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet and enjoy the amenities. The process went smoothly and there were no serious problems. The only issue was that completion of the house was delayed by about 2 months because of unavailability of some materials, but they kept us informed of the status and schedule.

Overall experience was very good. Recommend to anyone.

The price of the house is well on target! Well priced!
