We pleased with all the facilities available in the community!

Starting with Pulte mortgage it was an aggravating, frustrating and wish we had done it different experience. The contractors hired to do the work have no pride in their work and there is no accountability or follow through when they don’t do good job. We feel like any old way is good enough. The house is out of square, walls are not plumb, one garage wall is longer than the other…..Along the same contractor issues we have had to constantly clean up trash from the new build next door. Trash includes water bottles, beer bottles, food wrappers, styrofoam, plastic bags from insulation, nails, Sheetrock, assorted wood pieces and energy drink cans. We have complained more than once about trash. The Pulte employees who are in this area every day allow this to continue happening. Some of the larger items of trash sat on the ground for almost 2 weeks and was ignored until we had to complain before it was cleaned up. Content in title says it all! We are very pleased with our new home!!

This is our sixth house, three new, and they have proved their building and knowledge to us. Everything that needed to be fixed was taken care of in a very timely manner. Must say that this is the best built and quality all around that we have bought. Would recommend very highly.

We bought a winter home in Mesquite. The buying process was very easy, the visit to the design center was enjoyable and thorough. Zac was awesome as our sales rep and after-purchase go-to guy. He’s been very helpful since we live far away. I’ve been very pleased with Daryl, who is the service manager. We’ve had a couple of minor issues with the house and Daryl has been on top of things, no delays. Overall, the experience has been great!

Overall the experience was about what one would expect from a large builder, everything was dialed in, Not a lot of flexibility but in the end the home is comfortable and the workmanship is good with a lot of quality checks along the way, a pretty standard home. Although the two loan originators were professional and helpful… the actual loan process, especially the underwriting was the absolute worst loan experience I’ve ever had, the underwriting department demanded that I violate a court ordered confidentiality agreement with regards to a large deposit (I refused). They basically added insult to injury. Absolutely would not recommend or use Pulte Mortgage again. We did a conventional loan with a large down payment, cash for closing and beyond in the bank, very little debt (auto loan) and income that exceeds the national median income many times over. Everyone we worked with was helpful.

The area is nice, quiet, and full of active people. No traffic or income taxes, unlike CA. Lower cost of living, lower gas and utility prices, and there's plenty to do if you want.

We had a great experience with Pulte. Their mortgage people, Robin, Chris, and Theresa were exceptional. Their service department with Scott is great. He is very knowledgeable and wants to help resolve any issues. They are lucky to have him.

No system in place to advise new owners of contraction Schelds within ear radar of alarming noise and the early time! I understand that lots must be built on, but lack of communication is stressful for me looking forwarded to moving into a relaxing, retirement area as advertised.

From the first contact of the sales staff all of the way to the construction walk through, everyone was very friendly, courteous and professional. Our buying experience could not have gone smoother.

It's extremely disappointing when trades (contractors) don't care about quality. Slap it up, poor results and deal with it after the fact. Large disconnect with the sales department, design center and construction.... No one takes responsibility, they all pass the buck. It doesn't matter if its a 5 million dollar home or a million dollar home, its all very poor!

Homes are not high quality and there are many areas where a higher quality product should have been used for the price you pay for the house.Quality of work ie painting and attention to details need improvement to say the least.

Sales rep Design Center and title company all of the people I dealt with Amy in the sales Patti at the Design Center, Kristen at the title and Alex the project manager the whole team treated us with so much kindness and were there to answer any concerns we had or didn’t understand to help us build our dream house

The upgrades are overpriced, poor selection and manipulate buyers to spend unnecessary money to maximize your companies profits.

The entire experience was great, from Paul to Dexter to Daryl, everything was good and transparent. The quality of the home is very good and checks/processes/follow-ups are excellent!

Buying a home is never an easy thing. But the whole team here at Dell Webb has made it a little easier. Granted it’s not a custom home and many of the things I want will be added or changed over the years, and we always feel we overpaid for things, but in the end, Dell Webb has come through and delivered as promised and I’m in a wonderful home with a great support team that I know will be there for me over the coming years. I love the location and the sun city lifestyle and Dell Webb made that happen. Thanks Dell Webb..

We had a lot of concerns during build and Matt was the best at taking care of them.

As a new resident of Sun City Mesquite I'm enjoying a wonderful retirement lifestyle. My home reflects the quality of expert design and superior construction. It's perfection is evident in the brands of materials and workmanship. Having owned a Pulte home previously in Las Vegas for over 20 years, I'm looking forward to a new milestone of equal pleasure living in this home as well.

There is no such thing as a pleasant home buying experience, however Pulte did their best to minimize stress and delays, and delivered the house on the date they promised. In general the house was relatively defect-free. There were a couple of things that needed attention and they responded quickly. This is the second Pulte house I have owned, and if there is nor major complaint, it would be the fact that they refuse to use gloss paint in the kitchen and bathrooms. Instead the use the absolute cheapest, bottom-of-the-barrel chalky flat white that stains or chips if you look at it the wrong way. ... More

The purchase experience as a whole went very well.

Our Project Manager was always updating us during the build. Afterwards, he was very responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. Overall, we are very satisfied with our new home.
