This is our third Del Webb home and can't say enough how peaceful and friendly the staff and residents are. My in-laws are settling in nicley and have already made several friends! It's a comfort knowing they are so close to us and enjoying the resort lifestyle.

We bought a spec home, so it was designed by the Pulte design team. They did a wonderful job. The home is beautiful inside and out. Pulte has been friendly and responsive.

I would purchase a Pulte Home again.

Our sales agent and builder regularly kept us updated on the progress of our home build, and were very responsive to questions and concerns that we had during that process. Kudos to the Del Webb sales and home building team!

I found the website provided a wealth of information. I was able to easily examine all of the floor plans, and the virtual tours were enlightening. The sales staff is very warm and helpful. Since I was not able to get back to the community I was interested in to select a lot, my sales person was kind enough to take photos of available properties which fit the profile of the type of property, I wanted in the community I had chosen. The process for buying a home here is very well organized and very intuitive, providing answers to questions I had not thought of. We love our new home! This was the first time we had a home built. Everything we chose for the house and all the upgrades were done perfectly. The experience was worry free and the house was finished on time. The Del Webb community has been friendly, just what we were looking for.

The construction quality of my new Del Webb home is very impressive! They use high quality construction materials. The workmanship is second to none! Some very minor issues were corrected in a timely manner. The community amenities and landscaping are outstanding! I highly recommend Sun City Mesquite by Del Webb!

This is a builder who gives you a lot for the money and delivers a great product on time. This is my second purchase in a Del Webb community, the first being is Sun City Alienta, North Las Vegas, NV. My wife was pleasantly surprised with the amenities and the quality of the home/workmanship. The few minor issues we noted on the 30-day check after move in were quickly taken care of to our satisfaction and the hands-on approach from the warranty department was very much appreciated. Would recommend this builder and Del Webb communities to all.
