The PULTE team, from Sales, Mortgage, Title, Escrow, Builder support was exceptional.

We had a terrible experience and would never recommend Pulte homes to anyone. We were excited about the Model homes and our Salesperson, Zac, but after we signed our contract everything deteriorated. Pulte sent numerous emails regarding your 10-step process but our original Super, Brogan, said (and I quote) "I don't pay attention to those emails" which meant we were never given the opportunity to walk our home prior to drywall; this was an enormous problem given Ron works for the government and needed to confirm some of the electrical wiring in the walls. We also contacted Brogan's Supervisor who was unwilling to do anything to help us with the drywall issue. Brogan was replaced with Dexter--Dexter was responsive in the very beginning but again, as the emails came to us from Pulte with the next steps Dexter was not responsive at all and NEVER returned any of our phone calls over a 2 month period of time. We resorted to reaching out to our Salesperson Zac who ALWAYS came through for us. Our walkthrough was a joke--we've never seen so much blue tape in our lives--and again Dexter was unresponsive to our phone calls, although he would respond to our texts now and again after 2 or 3 days (where's the customer service)? The design for the Low Threshold Walk-in Showers we spent $12,000+ per shower (x2) on was changed shortly after we purchased the home but no one bothered to tell us or give us an opportunity to select a different shower, so now we're stuck with two Showers that have a 1" drop from the Bathroom floor to Shower pan which is a problem for my 85 year old Mother to navigate. The tile surrounds in the two Showers could not have been installed by professional tile setters--my 8 year old cousin could have done a better job. Finally, we spent $15,000+ on Kitchen/Bathroom Cabinets which were AND STILL ARE a mess--a piece of the crown is a different color than the rest, there are chips everywhere, the rollout trays were only partially installed and slanted so you couldn't roll them out, and numerous other issues; needless to say, we closed February 8 and we are STILL WAITING FOR THE CABINET REPLACEMENTS!!! We have a 4-page "30 day Warranty Service" list that is almost complete thanks to Daryl in Customer Service. Thanks to our Salesperson Zac (again) he hooked us up with Daryl in Customer Service who has gone above and beyond to fix all of the issues in our home. Blue responded to all my question and concerns immediately. My issues were with Paul in sales. Once I signed the purchase agreement and paid my downpayment he ghosted me. He misinformed me on several options and I am still waiting for a refund on a grab bar that was nor installed as it could not be installed where Paul said it could be. I have reached out to him twice now on what the status of that refund is and as usual have not heard a word back. I reached out to the head of sales here at sun city, Mesquite a couple of days ago and have not heard back form him yet as well.

I love living at Del Webb at Lake Las Vegas. I love my new home. My entire experience was flawless! Jeremy was an excellent sales representative who guided me through the entire process. Edwin, my construction manager, was always responsive and available to answer questions. Sally, my loan agent, was amazing and helped keep me on track in order close on time with my loan. I would highly recommend working with Pulte and living at Del Webb!

Great design & quality throughout! Darren made the sales process smooth & easy- escrow was professional. I did a home inspection prior to closing escrow- only minor items were pointed out in the report. From the start, Alejandro quickly addressed these items and all were resolved professionally! The clubhouse is brand new & beautiful- anyone I bring along for a visit is blown away and amazed! Lake Las Vegas area and the Del Webb community is my new home and I love it- no regrets!

Very well designed community. We traveled around the country looking for a real nice retirement community and found Sun City in Mesquite by Dell Webb. Awesome! Affordable, Luxurious, Well Planned, Beautiful.

Alejandro our Construction Manager was a real pro! Provided timely communication, was very friendly and explained all aspects of the home. His attention to detail made us feel confident that our home was well built and we'll be unlikely to experience any problems. I'd happily build my next 3 homes with Alex. He's a credit to your company! We've heard horror stories from friends who built in other 55+ communities. Our build experience was EPIC!

Everything has been smooth and has surpassed expectations.

We love the floor plan. We chose to add the second master as modeled. I wish the upgrades were clearly marked on the models. There are so many models to chose from and options to change the floor plans. It was a very easy process from initial purchase to escrow closing.

The new home is beautiful, well-built, and I couldn’t be happier. Both the interior and exterior are exactly as I envisioned and expected. Reasonable price also.

The Dell Webb resort style living is why we moved to this community. Coming from a high end DR Horton home the experience has been quite different. The walk through was several hours and appliances were run off and known to be working, as opposed to this walk through - being told they work fine when the dishwasher wasn't hooked up and flooded our floor and cabinet when we ran it off the first time. The hood Vent wasn't working either which turned out to be a bad breaker. I understand these things happen. What I'm not happy with is the service team rather than saying " we are sorry Mr and Mrs Schultz we will get it handled" your people choose to take photos under the dishwasher to see if it was removed when we changed the floors out . I explained the tube to the aerator requires a clamp at the connection which your team denied it did though the appliance repair person said yes it needed one. He only had a zip tie with him so I provided the clamp. I am an easy going person the clamp is no big deal I was glad I had it, but don't blame us for items not completed after the walk through. I wish this was the end but your service professional asked to see the rest of the home and continued to take pictures and tell my wife you did new tile on the shower walls your plumbing isn't covered now, your put back splash on the kitchen walls maybe that's why the hood vent isn't working and now your pot filler isn't covered he then asked if we were going to change the thermos stats " because if your do then and heating/ cooling system isn't covered. I thought for a second we were just calling for two items to be fixed and didn't realize we were going to investigated by your service team. My wife and I run a building supply company with four locations a little customer service goes a long way FYI. I could go on about several more items but I believe my point has gotten across. Lastly I'm on the mailing list for several of your South Carolina communities as we want to spend our summers close the the beach and family but I'm not to sure about those now. There is one last item I would like include . We have a mountain bordering our back yard and during flash floods there is extreme water run off. Dell Webb / Pulte had there contractor install a 2 or 3 course block wall to divide our property from the common area. After completion of the wall the contractor left his scaffolding planks water bottles, Beer Bottles, Energy drink cans and the dirt from the footings which now halt drainage. We asked for this to be cleaned and the drainage to be reworked for water to run as intended, at the walk through which was never done now we are being told its common area and the HOA should clean up after the Block wall contractor. JEREMY CHYLE WAS MY SALES CONTACT AND I CANNOT EXPRESS ENOUGH KIND WORDS FOR HIS SUPPORT AND CONSISTENT ENTHUSIASM TREATING ME AS IF I BOUGHT A PALACE! HE RESPONDED ALWAYS IN A BETTER THAN TIMELY MANNER AND I WILL NEVER FORGET WHEN I TOURED THE SPEC HOMES WITH HIM...HE POLITELY STEPPED BACK AND SAID "HERE YOU OPEN THE DOOR TO YOUR NEW HOME." Pulte people made our home buying experience miserable. Total lack of communication and follow through. We showed up to our scheduled walk through with the house a mess and no one there. We later learned that the walk through and closing had been pushed back and we were not notified. We came in from out of state and were paying for a hotel room to accommodate the date and time we were given (we even confirmed the appointment time prior to the walk through). My wife had to make a big fuss to get our walk thru done and keep our closing on the original date. We had to fight for things that we paid for and had to pull out paperwork and contact the design center to prove we were correct. Despite documented lack of follow through and responsiveness, we were demonized and made to feel like problem causers. Kudos to Daryl for being the only person we have been able to rely on. More than a month after closing, issues are being addressed that should have been done prior to closing. What should have been a happy experience was ruined by Pulte employees who apparently think that ignoring and not communicating with homebuyers is okay. ... More

It’s very solidly built home. The quality of the build is outstanding and the design is well thought out, it’s a very livable home. The staff is fantastic, sales, escrow, mortgage, title, construction manager… all lovely humans who are great at their jobs and are nearly as excited for you as you are. If I had one piece of advice to a new buyer, I’d say do the upgrades, eg get the eggshell paint, under cabinet kitchen lighting, a backsplash, etc. There are whistles and bells you can do later at your leisure, but make it easy on yourself and make sure you order all the basic upgrades that you need before you move in your furniture. Build manager promised many repairs to be completed in the first few weeks that never happened. The warranty ticket system seams to be better but we are still working through it.

I found everyone helpful and answered all my questions. There was a problem with the cabinets I ordered but Patty helped me to find an alternative. Love my new house not disappointed with any of my choices. Love the area and the amenities. Also joined the Lake Las Vegas Sports Center and love the extras they provide. I haven't completely moved here yet but looking forward to it.

Darren, our sales agent, was very thorough and extremely responsive. He would respond or reach out even on his days off. You can trust Darren to do exactly what he says. Our builder, Mark, is top notch and stayed with us, in tight communication, throughout the process and even beyond as he stopped by yesterday which was a full month past closing. Pulte makes a very high quality home and we love Del Webb and the amenities offered. Make this place your home, you will not regret it!

We wish that Pulte,would have been more flexible with our closing date. It seems everything had to be by Pulte rules. The outside paint job on my home was terribly substandard hopefully it will be corrected for future home buyers.

Working with the Pulte team was easy and enjoyable, Darren, Paul, Alyssa and Ryan all are great to work with, responsive to our needs and communicate promptly. Overall we are very satisfied with the quality of the home and the workmanship, but a bit disappointed in some of the quality of the upgrade items in the home. We added a lot of upgrades about 35% of the base home price, and some of these upgrades were not as expected. Other finishes are fabulous but costly. We are happy to be in our home and expect to enjoy our life here in the community. So I would give our overall a 4.9 out of 5.

We selected the Parklane model on a great lot with view of Lake Las Vegas. Learned a lot on buying cycle for a new home. Selection of Model, lot premium, structural upgrades and Design Center. Suggest people to get their favorite model and lot, this is where your money should go. Structural upgrades should be for ceiling fan wiring and sink in laundry room. Design Center upgrades should be very minimum, this is where prices are marked up high, save your $$$, just DIY or hire a contractor to complete your list , you will save tons of cash. All in all Del Webb has been a great experience.

We enjoyed the process of buying and having the house built with our choice of designs.

My wife and I visited Del Webb for six years and Tanya was the salesperson we dealt with. Tanya is amazing and played a vital part in our purchase.
