We are very pleased with the whole process from acquisition of the lot thru construction. While inspecting the varius phases of construction, we were very pleased with the quality, especially the amount and quality of insulation throughout the structure....especially in dealing with the heat of the summers. Our only issue was the attention to detail in the finishing of both the interior and the exterior surfaces. However, surely not enough to stop us from highly recommending any Dell Web project.

Overall great value and very excited to be part of the Del Web experience and enjoy all the activities that has to offer!

Every step was very simple. The initial interaction with the sales staff all the way through the mortgage process and to the closing was the easiest of the 5 homes we have ever bought. The process they have developed is the best we have ever seen from a home builder. We are estatic about our new home and look forward to many years here.

I think because there are so many house's being built at the same time some items seem to be lacking. As I have stated in the title above, because of the time frame there is to do the work the finish work was a little off. So much pressure to get things done fast, the care for detail was lacking a bit. Now that being said, it seems very much like they want to get the small things fixed (again, just not a lot of time) in a timely manner. Our new house in Sun City will be our second Del Webb home, and we are very pleased with the floor-plans and the attention to details that is included in Del Webb homes.

Our new home was finished quickly. Carlos stayed in touch with us even when we were too sick to come see the progress. Olivia did all she could to help us get in as soon as we could.

Everyone involved in the process from beginning to end made the purchase a pleasure. From the sales associate to the title company and escrow officers to the reps who handle construction issues, all were extremely responsive and professional in answering questions and fixing any issues.

I couldn't have been happier buying our home from Pulte. I personally worked with Madina in the sales office, Matt on the construction side, and Ryan & Andrea on the warranty side of things. They are all very helpful people who know their jobs well and are very responsive with answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend Pulte homes if you're looking for your next or final dream home!

From the moment we walked into the sales office to the day we got our keys we had a fantastic experience. The entire team kept us really informed along the way and whenever we had a question they were there to answer it. I've built a number of houses and this was by far the best experience. The selection studio was the best part. There was so much to choose from and what could have been a really overwhelming experience was made simple and easy by the design studio staff. Sales Agent listened to our desires for our next home following our tour of the models. She made a few recommendation based on her knowledge of the model, the input we provided and identified a couple she thought best fit our desires.

From the time we discovered Del Web at LLV and met Medina at the sales center we were committed to purchasing and she was so helpful all along the way and now we’re excited about our completed him.

Could improve on craftsmanship quality

Contractor was responsive but very busy with other homes.

We built a new home in Sun City Mesquite. It is beautiful! We are pleased with the quality of materials used. The sales person and construction general were absolutely the best! We have had the best experience ever. There are some issues that I've found after 30 days and they are coming back to touch up paint, make them right. I would highly recommend this development.

Supply chain issues and labor shortages caused us major inconvenience. Since we have been in there have been a few minor problems which, for the most part, have been resolved. Overall, we have been quite satisfied with our new home.

Did a very excellent job dealing with the Covid problems

Pulte's attention to detail is second to none.
