I was very unhappy that I could distinctly hear the person above me after I was promised repeatedly that they were built in a way not to hear noise from anywhere.

Great that the entire Pulte team has been very quick to address our issues...because we have had several. Repairs and replacements when neded have been great. On the downside, we found several things that we'd ordered (and paid for) that weren't installed prior to our walkthru...they've been addressed satisfactorily but I question how these were overlooked by the builder. In sum, despite these issues, we're very satisfied.

Every step of the way, all concerned made the buying of my new home a great experience.

I paid 1,000,000. for a brand new townhouse. I bought the model and therefore I am the first occupant. I expected that the home would be in mint condition.I have since found out that the HVAC system was improperly installed. My bedroom on the 1st floor is warm but the rest of the downstairs area is about 20 degrees cooler. I can just imagine what it will be like during the cold winter months. Despite numerous attempts to get this system corrected with the sub contractor and Pulte my requests have been ignored. I was told that my home was not under warranty as it was constructed 2 years ago. This is totally unacceptable. This problem should have been addressed and corrected before I moved in. I was sold this home under false pretenses. I am very happy with the duplicity of the Pulte management. ... More

We should have been provided with the choice of upgrading some features of the house. Otherwise, the experience has been highly satisfying.

Quality of workmanship is poor. Quality of faucets, towel bars, toilets and sinks is poor. I recommend Hans Groehe and Toto manufacturers.

Overall a very positive experience beginning with the sales team to the builder. Some minor details that have to be addressed are handled promptly by the service team. Love our new home and the community!

I closed on July 19th shortly after moving in fobs not working to building security. The building foyer is not complete. With Del Webb’s reputation I expected a quick response to things broken or unfinished.

The sales lady in the beginning was not that helpful and gave me NOTHING of information, fortunately she was replaced, Day one (final walk-in) with the emotion we did not see lot of defects in both the apartment as well as in the building: horrible painting finishing (my husband had to repaint), wood floors with holes, wood window cases with crashes, kitchen counter damaged, building doors not working, Garage doors randomly working, Garage extremely durty. I hope this helps

Condo buying experience was simple. I was shown a few models and selected one. I gave a 10% deposit and a few weeks later chose various options and upgrades at the design center. A very painless process.

I have issues with the workmanship of my new residence and everyone is involved with new buildings and I don’t know how to resolve mine. I don’t expect to wait for the first year review!

Sabina , Joe and Ralph were very helpful. Whirlpool washer not very good. Refrigerator opening should be larger. Delayed closing presented problems for us but somewhat relieved by Pulte credit. Overall very good experience. Would definitely recommend.
