Fabulous experience with both Dean (Project Manager)and Ralph (Customer Service Manager). Both went above and beyond in helping us with questions and concerns. Construction plan well But final version WAS NOT to our expectations Lot of things required attention Initially constructed supervisor thought he will address issues but closing was RUSHED IN ,THEN HE WAS NOT responsible as CLOSING WAS DONE matter to be reported to warrrenty manager little or lot frustrating at our AGE

My experience was very good, the builder Mike is exceptional was amazing on the walk-through knowledge and follow up. That being said my dishwasher didn’t work and I got me a new one there is no exhaust fan so the smoke detectors go off and there was some damage to the cabinet which was fixed.

Design center was overwhelming. So many choices to be made. Finished home different in structure from the model. Never made aware of this fact. Fireplace very poor quality. Never told about storage area needing finishing off. Appliance not available because of Covid caused delay in moving in after closing.

Our townhouse is beautiful and we're very happy with it overall. Timeframes for delivery were never accurate and delays were extensive. While much of the work is of high quality, we did experience some issues that should have been caught before we moved in (for example a leaking pipe that caused damage to the hardwood floor and gas leak), however we've been very pleased by the responsiveness and follow through by the team. We also feel that the prices for upgraded items, such as appliances, are far beyond reasonable given the retail prices, and we assume that they are able to get ...

We closed on our house six weeks ago. We continue to find many small workmanship issues with painting, molding fit, tile grout, and paint splatters on the floor. There is a significant issue with the heating system on the second floor which hasn’t been completely addressed (we spent an extra $4200 to have this installed.). Our floor in the kitchen area started to buckle and we discovered that the drain pipe in the knee wall behind the island was broken and dirty water has been leaking since we’ve been in. Our customer care rep Ralph is very responsive and is trying to get these issues ...
