Models vs options were not clear. Ex - all other townhouse models have shelf under stove top in cabinet. Milan does not. Model has chefs kitchen so there is no way to know there is no shelf - just an empty box. Deceiving!!!

Sales team was very efficient Construction team was friendly but inflexible Finishing details are substandard HVAC is difficult to manage Appliances are cheap and not what we ordered

The attempt to use poor quality materials to substitute for quality goods

Buyer beware. Builder attempts to sub inferior goods for appearance of quality. Roads and streets keep in poor condition during construction period, creating tire dilemmas for unknowing vehicles.

A/C does not cool home

Although my customer service rep is trying the best he can, bottom line is the AC unit does not cool our home. I've gotten nowhere. My condenser is 3 tons for a 2 story Martin Ray while neighbors have a 3.5 ton for a smaller home. Nobody can tell me why this is, but I'm guessing that's part of the issue. I'm very disappointed in Pulte for allowing this to happen. I would not recommend buying a home from Pulte.

Defective HVAC

I paid 1,000,000. for a brand new townhouse. I bought the model and therefore I am the first occupant. I expected that the home would be in mint condition.I have since found out that the HVAC system was improperly installed. My bedroom on the 1st floor is warm but the rest of the downstairs area is about 20 degrees cooler. I can just imagine what it will be like during the cold winter months. Despite numerous attempts to get this system corrected with the sub contractor and Pulte my requests have been ignored. I was told that my home was not under warranty as it was constructed 2 years ...

Shoddy workmanship and non-responsive to issues

Very disappointed in the quality of the home and the communication from Del Webb. Issues identified prior to move-in have not been resolved 3 months later, no plantings or sod around home, numerous issues with shoddy workmanship including paint on carpets, counter top that's cut wrong, scratches in cabinets, etc. and so far a clubhouse delay by 4 months
