Well the day AFTER we closed, thieves broke into our home and stole our new refrigerator, cut the water line, flooded the home, stole all of my husbands tools. Thank goodness we had not moved our furniture into our home. Our project mgr, Frank, was life saving. He jumped in to help asap. I have the highest respected and admiration for this gentleman. On the other hand, even tho I don’t hold Pulte responsible, i do hold them accountable. Their reaction was one of complacency…and there have been other robberies in our Del Webb division. They hired a security firm BUT did not keep them ...

Poor finish work (especially the tile work)

Much is made of Pulte process and quality. But the subs used to do the finish work, at least on the Albuquerque Mirehaven Phase 4 Del Webb development, were slap dash with little pride of workmanship. There is always time to come back (often more than once) and do it again, rather than doing it right and with quality the first time. The most concerning part is on more than a few occasions attempts were made to cover up the mistakes. (cracked toilet bowl with calk to hide the crack, broken floor tiles with grout to cover chipped areas.) There was virtually no supervision of the subs doing the ...

Salesperson was very unprofessional and even rude . Home was not ready on time ( apx. One month late ) we were forced to close on her timeline. Home was not clean. We are very unhappy with final product and our experience with Del Webb

The craftsmanship is not to the standard of the price you are paying.

People you work with are nice. However, they contract all work out to third parties. No one oversees the quality of the craftsmanship. We moved in and have have three pages of instant repairs needed. Tile is hollow and crooked, walls are crooked. Off my three inches on top and one on bottom. Worst stucco job ever. And, make sure you check the list of your upgrades to make sure you got all of them. They did not put in our smart home features at all.

Pulte and Del Webb only care about closing the deal

They care about closing the deal. They do not care about you, your home, or about honesty and integrity. Their employees are dishonest and insincere. The company is cheap and will always choose their profit over the quality of the product they deliver to you. Really lackluster customer service by corporate employees who are experts at complaint deflection, redirection and excuse making.

Poorly made, finish work, care in workmanship and materials poor, Pulte cut every corner to deliver a marginal house at a high price. Will take time and money to redo house to bring house up to standard. Can not recommend this developer to a prospective buyer.
