Our house is a solid build but over priced. The build process was efficient. We were unhappy that we were not allowed to change any of our choices even less than 24 hours after we made our initial selections.

Pulte Builders and Del Webb provided higher quality for a midline home. The permitting process created a two-month delay, and the lack of communication caused us some concern. But, once construction started we received detailed and timely updates, and construction came with great attention to detail. We were very pleased with every stage of the build.

The only problem we had was to move in with large bush in front of house that was dying. It was pointed out that bush needed to be replaced. In one month bush was dead. They refused to replace and said I was responsible.

Damian did an excellent job keeping us updated, describing and demonstrating all the stages and specifics of the building process. In my view, you'll want to have this discussion upfront as part of the buying discussions. Buyers need to walk the other lots and streets of more established properties and talk with residents to see what will really happen to their lot and the grading. Overall, we were pleased with the experience. The local team was great and provided strong support throughout the process. However, we did have concerns regarding the Pulte financing options and do not feel we were treated fairly in that area. As a result, we chose to secure financing externally. While the overall process was positive, there were still items identified during the final walk-through that were not fully completed by the time of closing. Addressing these items prior to closing would have improved the experience.

My construction manager has not been responsive to issues in my new home. I email him and text him and they are ignored. I have to call my sales person to get help. Many other issues for example I moved in Feburary but my home was done in December. When I moved in you could not tell as far as plants what was dead or alive and now I see the whole side of my yard the grass is dead and not growing in as it was not maintained while vacant. Also have five plants that are dead. There are other things as well....

We knew we wanted "lifestyle". We knew that meant Del Webb. We had visited several other lifestyle communities, some Del Webb, some not. Carolina Overlook has the perfect combination of features, size, age, community and price. We couldn't pass by. The house is great, the neighbors are welcoming and the process was as simple as a hard thing can be! Moving is hard, but Carolina Overlook by Del Webb makes it worth the effort!

I was able to walk through my home on October 3rd, and after several emails and calls with various people including, Vickie, Elaine, Kari, Garrett, Christopher, Mackenzie, and Lora I was handed my keys on October 29th by Jack! The design is beautiful, the price was exceptional, and the responsiveness of individuals throughout this process has been outstanding! One thing that I was told and reminded myself throughout the month was to trust the process and if I had any questions to just ask. Everyone was more than happy to help and I am living a dream!

The master bathroom sinks faucets were installed too far back and it has been over a month to try to fix. When I first reported Brandon was on vacation and he did finally come out to see the problem. Then the last conversation was October 8. I finally got in touch with my sales person Michelle how help with the issue. Lied to ... The lot we picked did not have a 20' wall of dirt piled on the common area facing the trees. now it does !!!! we were never told about this and if we were we would have picked another lot.. Construction manager was great. Responsiveness to problems/issues that needed immediate attention was mixed based on the Del Webb personnel/management involved, but overall items have been addressed when needed. HOA rules are a bit in the heavy side and would personally prefer them to be toned down. Yes, I would buy from them again.
