Oven didn’t work and we’ve been waiting weeks for repair. Tile has drywall mud caulk and grout all over it. The entire house was filthy when we moved in. We have not been able to get them to clean it. Shelving in closet came down. Very disappointed in this house and pulte’s response to date

We signed up for the grand opening sales event, walked thru 3 models and got pricing on those models, but requested info on another model. Despite follow-up emails and phone calls, it took 4 months for someone to get back to us. Needless to say, the prices increased substantially in those 4 months. Our buying experience was wonderful with Dorothy. She listened to what we wanted and answered all our questions. The quality of workmanship was not great. Many problems - paint splatter on floor, cracked and chipped tub, crack in master mirror, cold water supply line for washer had cracked unit, walls were not straight, trim work was sub-par - looked like a dog chewed off the ends of the quarter rounds,. Quality is lacking. Walls not plumb, finish woodwork is uneven, horrible caulking. This is our 3rd Pulte purchase so we are familiar with "big box" builders and how things are done. This home is the lowest quality home that we have every purchased.

Um, you are looking for trouble with one of these homes. First (and still not fixed) are electrical wiring problems. Then there was the sewage backup in the master bath. Other little just plane careless things. Brandon is trying his best to resolve but.. nuf said. AI love my neighbors but not fond of Dell Web. Please feel free to call.

I did not have a good experience with Pulte. Non of the vendors that I had to work with followed through with what they said they would do in the timeframe they communicated to me. Emails were not sent when they said they sent them. Too much BS. Vicky and Tim worked their butts off trying to get things right. They were penalized by incompetent others who did not do their jobs. Bonuses are dependent on high evaluations so neighbors I have talked to gave higher evaluations then they wanted to in order to get bonuses to people. Don’t be fooled by high marks.

We were one of the initial "so called VIP buyers". There are very few positive things to say about the entire process. Sales initially offered inferior lots with homes they had no experience building. The slab was poured in the rain. The unprotected (no felt covering) OSB on the roof was drenched from constant rain. This resulted in the edges swelling and parts of it had to be replaced just before closing. Too many things were done wrong and the workers had to come back numerous times to fix major items. The dishwasher almost fell out onto the floor, The oven set the fire alarms off and the microwave was never plugged in and was covered with a dented cover. The blower over the oven was dented and the back splash was uneven and once the blower was replaced that exposed missing grout. Pulte when complained said you only have 1 opportunity to get all the poor workman ship fixed and if you don't find it after being rushed for closing your stuck with it. There was no locks on the bathroom door , it was on the laundry room door and all you need is a finger nail to open it , no security at all. ...

It was the worst experience in building a home from lack of supervision to communication of our PM, I would never recommend Pulte, we are still waiting for a basket strainer for the kitchen sink, totally unprofessional.

Make sure you have an independent building inspector inspect your home before you sign off on anything. It is hard to get issues addressed after you move in. You cannot get a response from a person to find out if and when your issues may be addressed.

Our project supervisor, Zach, has been WONDERFUL. If he can get things done, he absolutely does; if he can't it's because "his boss", "Pulte", has his hands tied. Our landscaping/grading of back yard is a mess - you can't grow grass on clay whether you water it or not. You can't walk on the lawn there are so many rocks underneath; I'm afraid I'm going to twist my ankle. The side of the house is pitched so steep you can't walk on that either. We are supposed to have a retaining wall and fence on the bottom of the "cliff" of our back yard and don't. Pulte representative(s) are blaming the ...

Builder is inflexible. Talk about quality process but it is anything but. The house itself is solid but the finish work is terrible. Lots of promises not followed through. Lack of coordination and poor scheduling process. Multiple things not done correctly the first time. Too many unskilled workers and inconsistencies.
