Sales, building people were great. The mortgage people were also good to work with. But the underwriter for the mortgage was a big sxxxx ox bxxxx. I would never deal with Del Webb or Pulte for a mortgage or any other products again.

Overall, happy with purchase. They delivered on time, which was good in these COVID times. Only issue I really had was with the quality of the lawn. They did a very poor job of leveling the lawn, and I have many holes where it would be easy to twist an ankle and get injured. I have watched other lawns get laid in our neighborhood, and it seems to be a consistent issue. Otherwise, the overall build quality is about what I expected. I believe the neighborhood will be very nice, when complete, and the homes are reasonable quality for the price point. So far my experience has been great in all areas.

The team worked me to complete the entire purchase (offer to move in) in less than six weeks. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The home quality is excellent. the only ding is in value. The $470k for a 2 Bdrm/2 bath is well over current market value (even with the current home shortage), but we needed a new house fast, and this fit the need. Had a few post move-in items that needed attention, and that took a month+ so took of a couple stars for that. Overall, very positive experience.

We were one of the initial "so called VIP buyers". There are very few positive things to say about the entire process. Sales initially offered inferior lots with homes they had no experience building. The slab was poured in the rain. The unprotected (no felt covering) OSB on the roof was drenched from constant rain. This resulted in the edges swelling and parts of it had to be replaced just before closing. Too many things were done wrong and the workers had to come back numerous times to fix major items. Example, it took at least 6 tries to get the walk in shower almost correct. It is still questionable weather it will function properly. That was just the beginning. The list of complaints goes on and on. My wife and I never left the house with a smile on our faces. It was always having to email the field manager about things that were incorrect. We tried to get out of the seller friendly sales agreement many times, just wanting out deposits back but that didn't happen. So now we are stuck with a poorly constructed building which was supposed to be a home to be proud of. Excellent, immediate response to us from Joey Simpson re numerous important repairs. Contractor installers not getting it right the first time by far the greatest of issues!

The builder was not responsive to minor changes during the home building process. In addition the builder made two major mistakes (fireplace & cabinets) which my wife and I uncovered. However our PM Chad did an outstanding job resolving those problems and other issues.

So far I am very pleased with my home.

Our lifestyle Director is vibrant. She keeps us busy in ways to get to know our neighbors.

Day of closing a toilet didn’t work (clogged in pipe) and there was a gas leak so no way this house should have passed any inspection.

Great community and people here.

Generally pleased except for dealing with pulte mortgage company.. inefficient & should learn how to listen to their customers..made us wait two days before closing for approval..excessive emails and phone calls

Good buyer experience, not perfect but much better than most...would definitely feel comfortable buying from them again.

The home itself is intelligently designed and well-built. Post purchase, inside warranty items have been handled promptly and to our satisfaction. Pre and post purchase, outside items have been problematic and not handled to our satisfaction.

This work in progress. I have thus far a few things that needs to be fix. But I decided to wait until my 1 yr inspection takes places.

This was a great experience working with all the different groups(sales, design, mortgage and building construction). All groups were very responsive to questions and concerns.

The quality of paint used is not good had to repaint interior before I moved in. Also Sheetrock was not prepared as should , had to have many areas repaired. More attention needs to be paid to detail. Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Chris was great to respond and was great to work with.

Project manager was great to work with.
