We had the best home buying experience ever, from the reception from Liz at the front office, to Deandre in Sales and the awesome Tomas as our Construction Manager. It doesn't get better than this.

My construction manager was the absolute best!

Every step along the way went according to plan. My construction manager was great in communicating to me from when the foundation was to be poured to the framing of the house. He took pictures and sent them to me and my Realtor. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I have been here for two months and have no problems with my house. I am very happy here and would recommend Carolina Gardens to others looking for a 55+ community.

Our experience with the purchase and building of our Del Webb home was a very positive one. We began the process in April 2023 and were given an estimated completion date of November - December 2023. We closed in mid-November.. At each stage of the process, the Pulte Team Members were very friendly, helpful and professional.

Our overall experience was very good! We are out of state and felt very well informed throughout the entire building process. EVERYONE we worked with was so nice, helpful, and responsive to our inquiries. We love our home, it is not only beautiful but we're confident that it is very well-built. I wold recommend hiring a good realtor (thank you L.T.) before you even walk in just to have that extra level of customer service.

We are extremely happy with our new home in Carolina Gardens! From the selection of our plan with Elisa & Karen to the finishing build & expertise of Thomas....we couldn't be happier! The quality & workmanship is outstanding. We have built 2 other new homes during our 50 years of marriage and this builder ranks at the top! The project manager paid attention to our requests & details were important to him. We are pleased!!! We like the community....quiet and curb appeal is important!

Our builder,Thomas, communicated superbly with my daughter since I was still living in Ohio. He went out of his way to meet all our needs and to rectify any issues during the building and closing process.

Buying our home with the Del Webb team and Pulte builders was a great experience for us. Our builder, Tim, was exceptional. He kept us updated constantly throughout the process and answered our questions quickly. Since we were not local, Tim sent pictures for us to see the progress on our home between visits to the site. Pulte builds a quality home and the Del Webb team works well with them!

Del Webb sells a great product. Their partnership with Pulte is fantastic. Our construction manager, Austin, was great. He was responsive to all our questions and concerns.

Not counting a hiccup with a construction manager who quit and left the project and me hanging without notification; the rest of the buying experience was super. From Jim at the start to Jimmy and Sharde and Elizabeth working with financials to Billy who saved the day and the project when he stepped in to oversee construction. All of these people were stellar in their customer service, communication, and ease of working with them to smooth out a bump in the road. It was due mainly to these few people that made the experience very pleasant and enjoyable to work with.

Daniel was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, very professional , always helpful , accommodating and available. Great to work with. I recommend him highly.

The best part of the entire process by far was our sales person Vicky W. She literally held our hands through the entire process. Answered every question and if she didn’t know the answer she didn’t hesitate to seek it out on our behalf. Even after our closing date she was still helping to answer questions. Our build team was great and the company is trust worthy. We closed with a few outstanding task that needed to be completed and I am pleased to say build team kept their promise dates and completed everything to their word.
