The experience of a brand new home was great. To pick out the designs that you want. The salesperson was awesome and both she and our field manager kept us up to date on progress. The service and status was definitely appreciated and made it a great experience. Highly recommend these Del Webb homes and staff.

The building project manager was on top of all the situations that arose during the construction. Delays in delivery of materials due to supply chain issues. Timely replacement of materials delayed to keep the project on schedule. The sales rep provided input to help us make appropriate decisions on the items selected for the build. The sales admin provided insight and suggestions for services in the area.

Tim did an unbelievable job with every aspect of construction, despite delays and minor challenges.

Working with construction boss who was able to answer questions as we moved toward competition.

Any concerns we had throughout the process, we knew we could call on Tim and he would be over in 5 minutes or less. My home is beautiful and I give Tim all the credit for making sure it was perfect! He is absolutely amazing to work with!

Easy to work with, meet their delivery of the home time line
