The first time we visited Del Webb's Carolina Overlook, we knew we wanted to live here. From our first meeting with our sales rep, Richard, to our last walk-through with our construction manager, Zach, everyone at Carolina Overlook worked diligently and promptly to make our home building experience a pleasure. The quality of the materials and construction work are first class. There is a wide range of home sizes and styles. Each home model has a large number of architectural options that allow you to customize your layout to suit your personal needs. Liz helped us with getting oriented and Karen worked with us in the design phase to make sure everything we picked out would look great together. She even helped us stay within budget, which was a challenge with all the great selections in options and materials. Our home was finished and ready to move in ahead of schedule. Every deadline was met and our construction managers, Joey and Zach, made sure to keep us informed with weekly progress updates. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are super friendly. I was extremely impressed with my Construction Manager, Tomas. He was very professional, trustworthy, responsive, and thorough while going through the Pre-Drywall and Final Inspection.

From beginning to end my experience was excellent. Ms Parrott was great in showing us around and helping us to narrow the selections of houses. Thomas Johnson our contractor was amazing. He saw issues before I did and had them corrected. He was timely in providing responses. Our home was finished when he said that it would be finished. Excellent work was performed by Thomas and his crew.

Evan, has been a wonderful person to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone in the club house has been kind and helpful as well!

Our home was built in 4 months from contract signed to closing thanks to our construction Mgr Tim Cook.Great Communication throughout the process.

Tomas was very Professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and addressed each and every one. We are pleased with the attention to detail and the time he took to explain the entire build process and delivery.

My experience with the builder's team was a good experience. The communication was appropriate through out the building process. The team was very responsive to any questions that I had during the entire construction and purchase process. The team was very transparent when things had to change or be adjusted. I would recommend the builder and team to others seeking a new home.

Tim is serious, sincere, knowledgeable and goes the extra distance to make sure everything is right with the home. There were a few issues with the home, but they were quickly addressed by the project manager, and we no longer have to worry. He would be a great asset to our community if he lived at Carolina Gardens.

Tim C. Your project manager did our preclosing walk through on a monday.He is super efficient & totally organized.On Wednesday all of our issue were resolved.We haven’t officially moved in yet since we haven’t sold our other house .

Our home came out of the ground slow, but quickly became a nice quality house.

We were very hesitant to make this move but so far we are very happy. Hoping the amenities center is completed soon as that will be a large part of the reason we bought in this community.

House completed well within the window that was promised.

The house was built to our expectations and our head of building is great! We have had a few issues with the house after we moved in. The outside faucets leaked, the electrical in the garage keeps blowing the gfi outlet and our roof leaks. So far the roofers have come out and sprayed water on the roof. It didn’t leak where they sprayed so they said there was nothing they could do and left. That is why the rating is not a 5 across the board.

Organized process from start to finish; nice models; good price, options are plenty. Delivered on time, kept us informed of progress (pictures were sent weekly since we were out-of-state). Overall happy with Pulte-Del-Webb!!

Jonathan D. did a great job in every way. He was helpful, patient, informative and absolutely responsive when we had questions or follow up work needed even after closing. From the sales team to the builder, everyone was a dream to work with. Recommend Del Webb communities (this is our second property) and the whole buying experience was wonderful from beginning to end.

We purchased our home from Pulte in Del Webb at Traditions from afar. The sales people and design people were wonderful to work with while helping us to wade through the intricacies of purchase and design. Kudos!

The whole process start to finish took only six months and it was a smooth transition. The sales people and our construction manager were attentive and very helpful, always quickly answering questions.
