The home itself and the development/neighborhood are a step up from our last 55+ community experience. The build quality, amenities, and builder and HOA staff all have made this move a most enjoyable experience.

Found many electrical issues , fixed myself. Framed Mirror was not straight waiting, still, for a replacement

Our builder Tim was first class in every category: Quality of work, responsiveness to contacts, personal warmth.

Overall it was a very good experience. Loved that our sales consultant sent us weekly pictures of the building progress. The amenity center is taking much longer than originally thought but will no doubt be of the highest quality. Our construction managers were knowledgeable and fairly accessible to address our questions and concerns. The build quality process is thorough and very effective.

Sales agent Kirsten worked hard to get us the home we wanted. Construction Mgr Chris was great- responsive, timely and personable. Office Mgr Liz was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent, immediate response to us from Joey Simpson re numerous important repairs. Contractor installers not getting it right the first time by far the greatest of issues!

Community amenities were the primary attraction.

The construction process was almost flawless! Our project manager completed the project on time per the projected completion date! And I understand the project was on budget. Joey did a great job!

The home purchase, construction, and closing process is all well planned and proven. The community is highly desirable, which does result in high market prices. We are pleased with our new home and would recommend Del Webb.

We had a good experience. You need to be involved and check on your home often. Do your research and know what you want. Visit the models and meet some of your neighbors.

Thomas did a wonderful job guiding me through the building of my new home! He listened to my concerns & went above & beyond to make sure everything was perfect!!!!

The process is straight forward but the selection of interior finish requires at least two visits. The consultant was pleasant and helpful, but we felt rushed, The sales experience went smoothly but discussions were open for interpretation. The site project manager was awesome. He did everything he could to address issues.

the workmanship is a bit shoddy. Paint on the carpet, doors that aren't hung correctly, weather-stripping falling off, paint blistering under front door sill, cabinet doors out of adjustment and not being able to get adjusted properly, drawers delaminating, etc. I understand these are track built homes but there should be more pride taken in the finished product.

The house that I've moved into is amazing- very comfortable. The layout and design of the whole house is excellent and very high quality, with only a few very slight cosmetic flaws.

We have had the "pleasure" of "building" three new homes in the last 4 years. The construction process with Pulte/Del Webb was by far the easiest, most enjoyable, and stress free. Our Construction Manager, Austin, kept us informed all the way through. And went out of his way to ensure that any issues or concerns were dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. We love our new home and community!

You have to live in the home for awhile to discover problems; and there are some. There are issues that should not have occurred because of the quality of build and there are issues that are minor. Overall so far it has been ok.

Del Webb is that hybrid between custom and tract building. You must constantly keep in mind that you are buying into a "Lifestyle", not just a structure!

Overall our home is wonderful! We have issues that we wished we would have caught at our walk-through. Might I suggest a 2 part walkthrough! 1st day catch as much as you can and 2nd day walk through with fresh eyes. Too many things missed if you are hurrying to close! We Understand you have a year to fix things but when you buy a beautiful new home….it’s hard to wait to make things right!

Since closing I cannot get anyone to take responsibility for landscape concerns. My project manager has left. A different PM has not responded to my text and another PM said to contact warranty. Warranty said they did not handle landscaping and contact the builder.

At the end of the process everything worked out. Communication from the builder was poor after closing. Our CM left a couple of weeks after we closed. No one told us he had left. Communication with the regional manager was poor at best. I would advise buyers to make sure all items are fixed prior to closing on the house. We worked with a new CM and a warranty person after multiple communications. They were both fantastic and our issues were finally resolved.

WE are very disappointed in the quality of workmanship on our new home. We have been in the home about 6 weeks. Since then we have had electrical wiring issues that could have caused a firel Additional wiring issues have been found while making changes to make the home ours. We were awakened at 6:10 am from sleep when one of the blinds in the master bedroom fell. A review of all the blinds in the home revealed that none of the blinds were installed properly and could have fallen at any time. The master shower pan has a chip in the corner. we discovered a broken spacer in the grout in the master bath floor. The drain in the upstairs tub is stained. There is paint on many of the faceplate covers for swithches and outlets. It is clear that the faceplates were not removed before painting. Water flow from both hose bibs are low. A high quality impulse springker cannot be used because there is inadequate flow to make the sprinkler move. (I would note that a home in back of my home uses an impulse sprinkler and gets great coverage and no problems.) We are very happy with our new home. Quality workmanship and great floor plan . Our construction :manager has done an excellent job, following through after closing to address whatever issues might still need to be resolved. Our new home was worth the wait.

Our only issue was with Pulte Mortgage not having their act together therefore turning our closing into a 4 hour fiasco. Shame on you Pulte Mortgage.
