We had extraordinary team start and even though she located in the back right office. Her personality is contagious. She worked hard during Covid19 as did the young Veteran and his team worked on our home. Never have we ever known someone so young, who holds himself accountable. He could answer any question with assurance. We love our home and community it is everything we image.

We bought a house and didn’t see it until after closing!

Slopeside or ski-in/ski-out The entire experience went very smoothly. Our sales agent and builder were very accessible and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. They completed our home faster than they first anticipated, making our move in sooner than we anticipated. We love our new home and community!

Best experience with building a new home.

I lived in another state while my house was being built but I was well informed with updates and pictures from the Field Manager each week.

The Sales and project management process was great. Very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. We are happy we made our new home in DelWeb.

It was a pleasure to work with Justine. He made it a good experience.

Karen at sales was over the top helpful. Christian and Andy construction supervision very knowledgeable and always helpful. Thanks to everyone.

From our tour of the models to moving in has been a great experience. Our construction manager Andrew was always reachable and was a great “hand holder” as I was a bit needy at times. (Ha) Moving is hard .. but we’re happy to have landed here!!!

All members of the build team, thd sales person, deorator and project manager were always present for assistance and information

Everyone from the sales center, the construction team, insurance group were all very professional, attentive to answering questions and assisting with all areas during the home buying process. I love my new home!

Only thing I thought more time should have been spent on how to work the irrigation system. Not being mechanical I find it somewhat; perplexing.

Solid home on a beautiful site

The entire experience with our Del Webb home has been great. The representatives were always available and knowledgeable about every question we had, were never rushed, and if we had requests for changes no matter how trivial they may have seemed (e.g. light switch location) they were accommodating. They assigned one person to be our daily contact through the build process and had regular meetings with us at the house to walk us through each phase. Though we haven't had to use any warranty services as we've found no issues in our first couple of months, we have met the warranty representative who came by the house to meet us and give us all contact information should we need it. The only reasons for the 4 star vs 5 star is the home is more expensive than comparable non-Del Webb neighborhoods, but we were willing to pay to be in this community, and it has been worth it. The other 4 vs 5 is due to them still working through some of the subcontractors that aren't top of the line. Typically with any new construction, problems occur, getting right is up to the Project Manager. I was fortunate to have one of the best. After closing some issues needed to be addressed, which I'm confident will be.
