Typically with any new construction, problems occur, getting right is up to the Project Manager. I was fortunate to have one of the best. After closing some issues needed to be addressed, which I'm confident will be.

We waited 17 months for our build. We saw many other houses during this time start well after our house and finish well before. Yet we should not have closed, as we got tricked the day before closing into believing many items would be fixed. After three days we identified 17 items that were not done correctly at closing. Only three were fixed. Now, six weeks later, nothing has been fixed for 36 days except for our gutters finally being put in. We still are in dire need of many things that we cannot get fixed.

Sales person was wonderful. Designer was unavailable and not very gifted in design. Construction team was unresponsive to communication.

overall quality is quite good for the price. Del Webb not at all responsive to special requests

Applying for Pulte mortgage was a nightmare experience. We closed 2 months ago and some necessary basic building issues have not been completed.

Quality of work is poor. Still waiting on shower door, microwave, kitchen cabinets to be repaired and paint touched up, paint touch ups on exterior, one month after closing. Utility sink installed in laundry room when was supposed to be installed in garage.

We had extraordinary team start and even though she located in the back right office. Her personality is contagious. She worked hard during Covid19 as did the young Veteran and his team worked on our home. Never have we ever known someone so young, who holds himself accountable. He could answer any question with assurance. We love our home and community it is everything we image.

Solid home on a beautiful site

The sales process started off great but slide into something quite horrible. We had 5 sales agents during the sales cycle. Post sale, there were covid-related construction delays and poor communications. Overall, we are glad we bought in Riverlights. The neighborhood is fantastic.

The sales experience with Karen was amazing. She is amazing. The building process got off to a rough start. When Michael took over, the experience totally changed. He was great to work with.

Del Webb exceeded our expectations!

I am extremely disappointed with this house.

Only thing I thought more time should have been spent on how to work the irrigation system. Not being mechanical I find it somewhat; perplexing.

refrigerator door damaged, waiting for new door, mirror in master bath not secured properly, closet in spare bedroom the railing was damaged which also caused door to be damaged. fan over stove needed repairs wrong size screw. several areas needed repainting. part had to be replaced in sprinkler system. that's it for now

The community is great and we enjoy the daily activities. The building of the home itself was and continues to be disappointing. Actions do not follow words and we have not been able to rely on anything Pulte states. Warranty issues remain unresolved in spite of the nice words and promises. If you can put up with the lack of follow through by the builder, sales staff and non responses, this is a great place to live. Plan of doing the warranty issues yourself.

I never expected to have so many things wrong with the house. I The quality of work on the interior was quite poor. I paid for things up front that I had to pay someone else to make right. I'm here about six weeks now, and very little has been fixed by the builder.

Del Webb is a beautiful community with nice friendly people and lots of activities, which is why I chose it. The building process was horrendous, I had serious issues with my house and they never addressed or most of the time didn’t even acknowledge my concerns. I had one sales person who was outstanding and helped me the whole way through. If it wasn’t for her, I probably would still not be in my house. If you are looking for a great community, this is it. From the sales experience to the build and closing was a seamless well coordinated experience. The whole team was professional and excellent at their respective jobs. If your looking for a 55+ community with great amenities and a very active social life you can not go wrong with Del Webb at River Lights in Wilmington, NC

Communication during construction was great.

We love the design of our home. However, communication and quality of workmanship was lacking. Personnel changes during our build led to temporary staffing and issues did not get resolved satisfactorily.

The biggest issue is that we had four different field managers over the course of our build which led to a great deal of confusion, and the communication between us and the builder was non-existent until the very end. The last field manager towards the end of the process was better and at least attempted to care about the customer - but up till then it felt like we were not even part of the process. The workmanship was not what I would expect either. Paint splatters on every surface, grout residue and dust all around the tiled areas, gaps under the molding around every doorway - which is where the ants and other bugs are getting into the house from the day we closed. No comment on completion of final details. Still not completed..

I was impressed that all the target dates were met especially during these Covid times Contractors were always honest and kept me up to date on progress. Over all a very positive experience
