Never replied to my complaints workmanship was awful . Tile in kitchen coming off they won’t fix lt paint and scratches on floor. Workmanship was awful careless windows were dirty counter tops were not clean of I had it to do. Over l would never buy a dell webb . Would not recommend dell Webb to anyone.

You're Paying for a Del Webb Community not the house

For the price of this house, the workmanship is average at best. We had a lot of silly mistakes and you got the feeling that it was more important to get the house built fast rather than getting it right. Landscaping is just sad, and the paint is the cheapest you can imagine and sloppy.

Would never build with Pulte again!

Very poor quality materials. They do not pay any attention to detail in their homes. I have screws missing from my hinges, light bulbs missing from my outdoor fixtures, noises and rattles in fans. Cabinet doors are banging into cabinets because of poor design or wrong types of hinges being used. I researched the hinges and they are made in China with very low quality.and nobody carry parts for the. Irrigation system sprinkler heads are so spread it it does not cover the whole yard. Home was not finished at closing

Started down hill from the beginning builder demanded full 20% down then floated on $75000 for 12 months until house was closed. We live on our investments and a minimum of 10% $7500 of our income was lost. Del Webb is a beautiful community with nice friendly people and lots of activities, which is why I chose it. The building process was horrendous, I had serious issues with my house and they never addressed or most of the time didn’t even acknowledge my concerns. I had one sales person who was outstanding and helped me the whole way through. If it wasn’t for her, I probably would still not be in my house. If you are looking for a great community, this is it. These times are unique but the true mark of reputable builder is one who is able to manage the entire building process despite them which far is from our experience. Shifting the blame to others for your end results is inexcusable and only poor management.

Very Disappointed in the construction of my home

My construction was delayed and resulted in me having to stay in a rented residence more than 3 months @ $2350. Pulte has ignored my request for reimbursement. The house was not finished properly and my construction contact was not very helpful. He accused me of causing damage to a bathroom tile which is untrue. Refused to help . Very disappointed in the way the house was completed.

Lack of customer service in fixing many things

We waited 17 months for our build. We saw many other houses during this time start well after our house and finish well before. Yet we should not have closed, as we got tricked the day before closing into believing many items would be fixed. After three days we identified 17 items that were not done correctly at closing. Only three were fixed. Now, six weeks later, nothing has been fixed for 36 days except for our gutters finally being put in. We still are in dire need of many things that we cannot get fixed.

Did not communicate with us during build

Quality of work is poor. Still waiting on shower door, microwave, kitchen cabinets to be repaired and paint touched up, paint touch ups on exterior, one month after closing. Utility sink installed in laundry room when was supposed to be installed in garage.
