Best experience ever! From start to finish the entire team we worked with were amazing - Diane, Allyson, Dustin, Garrett, and Dawn. All of our questions were answered quickly and accurately both by email and text. We were kept well informed of our home each step of the way. Now that we are in our new home, I can assure anyone the quality of this home is exactly what we were promised.

I was worried coming into this new home purchase but once I got to know the people (Team) and our individual construction manager (Garret) my concerns or worries went away. They were very helpful in the beginning to help us understand the process and design our home. You would think that once you sign for your new home they might not be as involved or attentive. Not the case, our construction manager Garret was there anytime I had a question. He responded quickly and addressed all my concerns. The home has a great layout. Unfortunately, the walls are thin and you can hear the outside very easily. The walls jn the house aren’t solid as sound travels through the ENTIRE home. The home is very echoing.

Pulte Mortgage was challenging having to deal with several different people. Then after we get finished the mortgage is sold to a different company

Attractive price to start but many things not standard, requiring purchase of an upgrade.

Many things that I expected to be standard were not included. For example, garage walls are not finished or paint-ready- they should be at least taped - there is a paid option to have the garage walls finished. The bathrooms come with a plastic tub and/or shower enclosure, not wall tiled. The option selection process could be improved.

Not what I thought it should be for the cost. Poor workmanship, the house has many flaws, very poor quality. Not pleased with the house.

During construction, issues that needed to be addressed were put off until the last minute before the final walk through and some of the issues corrected were done poorly. The Pulte construction manager handling the final steps of the building procedure did not give adequate time to have issues corrected properly. After moving in, the front portion of our house was much colder than the rest of our house. We did some looking on our own and found that the front "attic" area had not even been insulated which should have been caught by both the insulation company and especially by the Pulte ...
