Well built solid home. Brand new and well appointed amenities. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A lovely community. Glad we bought here!

Sales staff, site construction manager and clubhouse staff - the experience was unique and well orchestrated. Construction materials and build by Pulte is excellent as well as the follow-on services support they provide.

The home is great and We are settling in. Our CM Steve is the best and kept us updated every step of the way.

We have had great relationship with our builder.Any problems we have had they have been addressed in a proper time. I would recommend them over other builders.

I liked the ease and assurance that all the loose ends were handled by Pulte. This included the mortgage, the insurance, and the actual construction. Despite being distant from the build process, we were kept well informed on the progress. Even though the builder was careful to not project a completion date until about four weeks out, the progress was right on schedule for the entire build time. We are pleased with the build quality, but there were several issues discovered after we moved in. Progress on these issues has been poor, but we anticipate some action soon since the Pulte model has been excellence throughout the process. ... More

The Sales and project management process was great. Very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. We are happy we made our new home in DelWeb.

Devon was great from first visit to closing. Closing day was a little Chaotic, but with Terri and I being "Construction" understood the nature of multiple settlements in one day! We are still waiting for some warranty items but we are in contact witht he team.

We were very pleased throughout the entire build process. Lisa found us the lot that made the difference in our move to Del Webb. Maggie went above and beyond with the little details and helping us with our custom beverage bar that was not part of the original specification. The final walk through exceeded our expectations.

Del Webb is a reputable construction company maintaining excellent quality. But the after-sales service cannot cooperate. Details were missing in many construction works and remedial arrangements were not perfected in time. For example, the central air-conditioning system in our house is missing a filter. The response when we made a complaint was: go buy one yourself. Ha ha. . . . . .

Pete handled the sale and all details regarding the lot and home selection. He is experienced, and instrumental is completing the entire process. Thanks to him all of our questions and concerns were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Jason our builder was just as professional. They were both awesome!

From the time we signed our contract until we moved into our new home (a month ago) our experience has been extremely positive. Between our sales rep, Ian, and our construction manager, Brian, we had weekly updates as to the progress of our home and always knew what to expect. After we moved in we contacted DelWebb when we needed something corrected and within two weeks of us moving in everything we contacted them about had been fixed or replaced. We recommend DelWebb highly!

Easy process to build a new home. Pulte’s construction managers are great keeping you up to date and sending pictures throughout the process.

The whole process form when we started looking at the options to our house being built was great and very easy process

Initially, we had two not so pleasant experiences with one project manager who was reassigned to another community after just 2 months and his replacement who was a rookie and did not know how to proceed in getting inspections and caused us to detour our return from Christmas in CA with my son and family to do a pre-drywall walk-thru prematurely. Work was subsequently delayed 6 weeks until we finally talked to a Pulte VP of Building who re-assigned us to Hector, who was outstanding. He got the needed inspections done and completion our home as he promised in mid June. And I attended a walk thru with him just before closing the next day and everything on the 3rd party inspector’s listed was corrected by Hector + some additional items. We love our Pulte home in DWB. There were minor issues along the way but our sales rep and construction manager both corrected them very promptly. Would def buy another Pulte Home.

Any new home building process will have a challenge or two. But overall we felt things went smoothly, from the sales process with Darren to the completion of our home with Jeff. We are very happy with our decision and choices. I put four stars for value as I think lot prices and some of the options were a bit pricey.

I am very pleased with my new home by Del Webb. From our Sales Person, Valen, to our Construction Manager, Sam, we have felt that we had very good support in the building process and in the post closing experience. I would highly recommend this development for the life style and amenities that is offered.

Very pleased with the decision to move to this community. I have had several things to deal with since moving in but most trades have been expedient in resolving the issues to my satisfaction.

Considering the house is prefabricated the construction is satisfactory. We were pleased the house was completed on time. The sales staff was the delight of our experience being very responsive & courtious. For those seeking a 55+ community Del Webb should be a consideration.

Our experience has exceeded expectations. From our initial visit to the model center through construction and closing, everyone we have encountered has been professional and helpful. Now in our 2nd month of living here we are totally satisfied.

Am disappointed in the timeline for landscaping, irrigation and sod. However, understand our neighbors have been waiting longer for these things - some since December 2022 and it is now September 2023.

Had some minor issues with my unit that were handled quickly. Just wished that paint quality was better and the title in the bathroom was laid better. But after that, no complaints.

Very responsive to all requests. Complete satisfaction of the buyer clearly obvious. If I was his employer I would be proud to have him working with me.

Be patient. There are always going to be issues with new construction. The Pulte people and the trades are very responsive.

Carlos, Construction Manager, is a consummate professional. He was very thorough, detailed and responsive throughout the entire project. When I had concerns, he went out of his way to make things right. Carlos communicated well and delivered on every commitment. The exceptional service from the whole Pulte team exceeded my expectations.
