I am happy with the honest and forthright approach of the Sales Staff. I am very happy with the Communication I have received throughout the building process. My Construction Manager kept me very well informed during the building of my house. He also has been very good at following up and correcting any issues discovered during the post construction period. I have yet to meet the person who is to address any other post construction issues that occur during my home’s yearly warranty period. My only comment would be that it would be advantageous and increase Pulte’s Sales to have someone local as a contact especially for us coming from out of State. ... More

I had an excellent experience with my sales staff person and my construction. They were professional, available to answer questions and give honest guidance.

Brian was outstanding. I have had seven homes built during my adult years, he is by far the best person I have worked with. He tried to meet our every need or desire during the home building process. We have been totally satisfied with this entire process..except the landscaping and the finished drywall. We are taking our drywall issues to Brian. Lets just say, to make this house a true high dollar house, It needs to have sanding around almost every outlet done. And before we closed, we made a deal with Brian that this home needs two coats of paint due to them forgetting to round the corners. Brian and the lead paint guy assured us on Friday, that by the time we were ready to close, they would have a second coat on the entire house. We have area's of wall that still don't have a first coat We were told that we would get at the minimum three gallon plants, not true. our landscaping looks like it was pieced together using leftover sod and bushes. We have multiple areas of no sod at all. Our tree in the front yard is dead, yet still it's in the ground. Very Shabby for a home that costs as much as it did. ... More

We moved into our brand new ‘Contour’ home in Bridlewood last Monday. We could not be happier in selecting this community. After visiting about 7-8 different properties over the last 5 years Stone Creek remained a front runner. We dealt with Bruce in sales- he always made himself available and was completely upfront about everything. Our last visit was in January 2023 and once we got home we decided to go for it! Bruce suggested the perfect lot and got it released for us. Building ‘long distance’ from Pittsburgh had its challenges, but everyone at Stone Creek and Pulte were super helpful. Nikki in the design center sent us all kind of samples and took pictures of combos and made great design suggestions. Building was completed WAY ahead of schedule and there were a few hiccups throughout, but they were addressed immediately. We chose to mortgage through Pulte as well. Again, great service from Jessica and Tracey. They were extremely helpful and communicated everything well. During the build we were unable to attend the walk-throughs, but neighbors stood in for us and helped by FaceTiming the process. The pre-closing walk through prior to closing was the first time we physically saw our home and property. WOW! Matteo filled in for our PM on the walk-through. To say he was thorough would be an understatement! He was pointing out and flagging things that most wouldn’t see. Only minor things needed tweaks. Our home is BEAUTIFUL! But the BEST part is the community of people and neighbors. It feels like ‘old times’ where neighbors gathered regularly, you could leave your doors unlocked and just enjoy life! Great experience from start to finish

I was very disappointed in Pulte Mortgage. It was not a satisfying experience compared to other lenders. I also was left in the dark a bit in setting up HOA.

The sales team, the design team, and the construction team were all outstanding. We love it here at Del Webb Bayview in Parrish Florida. We highly recommend living here!

We had a great field manager who was very responsive to our needs and did a quality job. The only disappointment was the quality of the interior paint.

Overall our experience in buying a DWGD Villa was first class. April and Misty were awesome and could answer all of our questions throughout the process. The Pulte Mortgage Team did a fantastic job getting the paperwork finalized in a prompt manner. Our two negatives … 1) On the day we made the handshake agreement to purchase the buydown rate for the rate was at ~5% but due to a few days delay in mortgage application (had to be done online) and the weekend it had risen and ended up costing us almost $2k. Ouch! 2) Our villa wasn’t turn-key ready at closing. Our construction manager (Dominic) informed us he would be available for the next 30 days to finish the punch list items and any other items discovered upon move in. Well, it seems he has ghosted us! We’ve texted him twice and crickets. Last text he responded and apologized and said he would take care of the items and that was 10 days ago. We’re trying not to be the bad guys here but after you buy a $400K home we’re left with frustration. ... More

The entire sales office was so friendly. Paul was fantastic. Very informative without being high pressure. He took pictures throughout the build so that we could see the progress from our home state. He was always on tap to answer questions. It's a big purchase so it was very reassuring to have someone like Paul, who you can trust. Great job Paul.

My experience was very good in all stages; buying, building and financing. We set realistic expectations for each stage, and for our choices. This helped reduce the overall stress, and enjoy our new home.

We love our new home at Stone Creek. However , the cleaning of the house in general was insufficient Lawn: the attention to lawn and sprinkler system prior to move in was deplorable. Over half the sprinkler heads either didn’t work or were restricted in flow to the point that the St. Augustine in the front yard was in bad shape. Additionally, the Bahia in the backyard is so rough it is extremely difficult to mow. It should have been rolled over for smoothness but honestly the installation was nothing short of just lumps of grass hastily thrown on the ground. The front and side St. Augustine was in better shape but still like walking on the moon (craters everywhere). Due to the local water restrictions I strongly recommend Del Webb install Bahia grass (requires much less water and maintenance) everywhere instead of St. Augustine. We need to be good stewards of our natural resources and this would also solve the problem of Marion County complaints of over usage of at Stone Creek. ... More

We considered several options and investigated them thoroughly before deciding on Del Webb. While we have only been in our new home a short period of time, we are pleased with the available amenities and how well the grounds and facilities are maintained.

Colleen was an informative and responsive sales person--no pressure at all to make the sale. I had a realtor representing me because I was also looking at other homes, but I don't think it was necessary because Pulte staff are top notch. Tyler was a terrific construction manager--knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. I love my new home!

First time purchasing and building a new home - process made easy by Del Webb.

This experience was our first, true build from dirt to home. Our sales consultant and our project manager provided timely updates and worked diligently to meet project deadlines. Once we closed, our project manager took care of several small items of concern. Our only area of concern was the cleanliness of the house at closing. There is room for improvement in that area.

Love the area!! Quiet and remote but still close enough to the amenities. Just moved in , so far everything as promised. They communicate very well with their buyers. Ready faster than I thought!!!!!

We are very pleased with the whole process from acquisition of the lot thru construction. While inspecting the varius phases of construction, we were very pleased with the quality, especially the amount and quality of insulation throughout the structure....especially in dealing with the heat of the summers. Our only issue was the attention to detail in the finishing of both the interior and the exterior surfaces. However, surely not enough to stop us from highly recommending any Dell Web project.
