The construction manager was the best part of the building experience with Pulte. Explained thing very well, quick response to our questions, very helpful.

I would recommend Del Webb to those considering downsizing.

There are way too many issues and problems that we experienced with Pulte in our home buying experience for me to include here. Some important ones: A huge lack of information and tons of contradictory and incorrect information from Pulte throughout, mistakes with the building of the home that I had to catch (the most obvious of which was two doors being installed wrong - "backwards"), the HVAC system not operating properly (and so obviously not started-up and checked properly) so that it's operation caused terrible temperature conditions and used a ridiculously high amount of electrical energy (that we are stuck with the bill for!!!) until the improper operation of the system was corrected (not until more than a week after we moved in), etc. etc. Last example - this review came to us as "Del Webb DW BayView Echelon 65's", but that's not the correct name of the community (just one more bit of incorrect information - that had to come from Pulte - that shows a clear lack of attention to detail, which we experienced throughout the home buying process). The overall lack of attention to detail is staggering. It started with my arrival to my new home. There is a giant vertical crack that runs right up to my front door. The keys that I was given to the house did not work. I had to go back to the sales office and the construction manager had to let me in. Locksmith had to come back to re-key the locks. There are chips in the exterior stucco all over the house. Grout is missing in both bathrooms. There are chips in the fiberglass surround in one bathroom. The list goes on and on. I tried repeatedly to work directly with my Construction Manager Chad. I have since given up as only one small item was taken care of. Dennis was always one step ahead of us in resolving issues. His dedication and work ethic showed through in every aspect of the building of our home. Thank you for taking such pride in building our home.

One of the first things I wanted done from the initial visit to the models was to be plumbed for solar…It was NOT plumbed for solar! Poor painting on front door as well as interior. “Gunk” on the tile floor that I cannot remove. Unhappy withe the space under all doors.

The process was very efficient. Al kept us informed of all the steps during the construction.

We love our new home and working with Darren in the sales office and Paul during construction has been wonderful. We look forward to settling into the community and enjoying everything Del Webb has to offer.

Way good overall experience. Construction manager Zack was good. Little disappointed in granite countertops and Pulte response to my concerns.

We love our new home. We have encountered very few issues and each problem has been immediately addressed.

Everything from the purchase process to the final walk-through and handing-over of the keys was top notch. We enjoy our new home more and more each day. 5 out of 5 stars!

The layout of the home is nice! The paint choices were undesirable and very limited. I had the inside completely redone after closing. The trim work is very poorly done. My heat did not work first day inside. The system had to be rewired. The price is much too high for the quality of the design choices, some look so cheaply done.

Contractor Manager is very Knowledgeable and a a pleasure to work with.

The Pulte group of companies made our buying experience SOOO much easier, less complicated. Having the Builder/Seller, the Mortgage, and the Insurer under a single umbrella is the cornerstone of the Pulte Group approach. I cant say enough and am so grateful for the team at Pulte Mortgage - Amber and Frederick are simply Rock Stars! Kelly @ Pulte Insurance is super efficient; Kim and Brent onsite are always responsive and knowledgeable. Cant envision how it could be better!

Overall a good experience. Being a brand new community, I feel like the “support services” are slowly catching up to the standard that Del Webb promotes in their website and materials (punch list items before and after closing, maintenance of community for existing homeowners as new homes are being built, etc.) Great experience with Sales team and our Construction Manager.

Everything went perfect from walk through to signing paper work to moving in..

The house would be so much better if the finish work was better….much better. Ethan, the construction manager is a fantastic rep for your company and is currently addressing the many issues with the workmanship. Some of the finish work on the interior is so bad that it would be laughable in my home state of Wisconsin. Where is the pride of a quality finished product? However, we are working through the issues and are enjoying the things that were done correctly. So far, I have enjoyed my new home. Seems to be of good quality and the neighborhood has many amenities. The HOA is taking some getting used to although they were very responsive on my first request. First home I've owned in 43 years where I do not have control over what I can do from a landscape and decoration standpoint. But I knew that going in.

There is something to be said about experiencing the building process of your home from framing through finish. It is yet another to have the superintendent thoughtfully point out every detail of what is inside the walls. Jason and his team did this and more as we hit every mile stone in the journey whether we had questions or requests each was met with a smile and proudly completed. We could not be happier, as we know we live in a quality home built by quality people. Bravo to Jason, Brent, Chad and all! Thank you!

What a poor experience buying this new home. The home was stock inventory, so it was finished when I saw it. The builder ignored it for the 40 day escrow, didn't perform any repairs/fixes from the walk through until the closing day, didn't finish the repairs and is not responding to many outstanding issues. The home was never properly cleaned, the windows are dirty. Overall, the experience from Del Webb is poor and low quality.

Our experience with the purchase and building of our Del Webb home was a very positive one. We began the process in April 2023 and were given an estimated completion date of November - December 2023. We closed in mid-November.. At each stage of the process, the Pulte Team Members were very friendly, helpful and professional.
