Trying to get a shower door seal that does not leak water all over the floor has been very frustrating. Pulte should be able to install a strong enough seal at the bottom of the shower door to prevent leaks. I have been given the run-around in that I'm told that the kind of seal installed is all that they have. They should be able to get a better seal.

Overall it was a great experience through closing. Unfortunately, we are getting almost no response to post closing issues needing to be addressed. I honestly don't have any huge issues, but the builder isn't addressing them which is turning an outstanding experience into a mediocre experience.

My wife and I are very pleased with our house built By Pulte. Our Project Manager, TJ was extremely responsive to our questions and made our transition into our new home an enjoyable experience.

The sales rep, Brigett was great!

The sales team and construction manager were very easy to work with. The quality of the workmanship is low, mostly because the trades crews seem inexperienced and/or unskilled. I believe this is not just a Del Webb problem, but rather an issue with the available work force in this region of South Carolina. Issues that we have reported have been quickly repaired by Pulte, and to our satisfaction. Overall, we are happy with our decision to build new with Del Webb and Pulte.

Issues that were supposedly doubled check to work were in fact NOT double checked, or even checked at all. Furnace did not work -somebody failed to turn on the gas. Dishwasher did not work - there was no electrical connection - no whip from unit to electrical source! First time we used the oven it blew up & Del Webb rep had us call warranty department which was going to be a 6 week wait to repair it! A street cleaning water trunk with a 20,000 gallon capacity was told to use our faucets outside as the source for their water supply - can you imagine our water bill of 20K gallons??!! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN ACCOUNTABILITY!! ... More

Poor quality finish on walls and cabinets, scratches on cabinets, told the were on order to replace, have not heard back. Walls poor finish with paint! Scheduled a meeting for warranty and took afternoon meeting and no one showed up or called saying they were delayed. Not happy!

Del Webb talks a lot of hot air about warranty and prompt repairs but doesn't deliver. Sent list of items to repair a week ago. One week later nothing done. No calls. Number of inside issues to be resolved. Dishwasher not even attached to cabinet. Front brick fell out of side of house. Building trades set up large speaker and blast Spanish music. Building trades sanding concrete for 2 days sending concrete dust everywhere..

Home was built within time frame promised. Punch list before close not completed so now we are dealing with the warranty people. They have to see eversum itted before they will send the trade out. Frustrating process now.

sales process very professional and responsive. Mortgage process was terrible at the corporate level, the local process was very helpfuls.

Had a great experience with the builder. He made the process so easy and exciting about building my house. He was very professional and was always returning my calls for any questions or concerns. I really appreciated his patience with me asking so many questions. I am so happy I had him as my builder!!!!

Our salesman, Zachary was wonderful, and very helpful without being pushy. Our construction manager, James was honest, capable, detail oriented and professional in delivering a quality home. Our only concern that has not yet been corrected by Pulte is grading and drainage along the sides and rear of our property. I know this is a concern for a number of new residents and we have all been told it will be addressed. When this is resolved, we will make sure we also communicate the positive outcome and my rating of Pulte on social media will become 5 stars!

Documentation on appliances were missing and no help from builder to get information.

We were long distance buyers. We came out three different times to inspect the build. I personally found things that were off and told Jared about them and he said he’d take care of them. He did some, but not most. They affected the proper alignments of cabinetry and countertops later. The front door was installed crooked. That has since been handled by needing to take off the lower threshold and reinstall correctly. I had asked Jared to please make sure the drains were not clogged as MANY reports had come to light of debris being stuffed and causing blockage.He assured me he took care of it. We had total blockage within 1 1/2 weeks. I asked Jared to make sure the floors were level before installation and that leveling compound was used. I was assured of that. Decided to put different flooring in and now see instead of leveling, he grounded a great deal of the floor, removing the natural seal concrete makes when poured. He created even more problems doing that. Schematics of the plans for this house were NOT followed. The master shower was not correctly installed as per the floor plans that I have a copy of. Because of the inconsistencies, the shower is NOT safe as it is right now. I’ve just realized the sliding doors to our back porch area was put in backwards. Does Pulte not make provisions for houses where they flip the floor plans? When installing the air conditioning. Heating unit, do you not install the needed filter? Ours wasn’t, and we had wired wiring done. Not safe on many different levels. There are many different items that need to be addressed to make this house properly built so we can make this our home. Warranty has been both good and extremely bad with communication and follow through. I was told by Valen to “ Trust the process”. It is difficult to do this because so many times we’ve been misdirected or out and out lied to. Safety issue like the plumbing, drainage, and that shower need to be addressed IMMEDIATELY. Instead, we are ridiculed, pushed off, or ignored. The exception to that was Michelle in warranty . She was great on the plumbing issues (2). We think our house will become a beautiful home as we work on it, but Pulte has allowed poor workmanship, poor quality merchandise, and poor supervision to permeate this building process. These homes are, in my opinion, not built as safely as they should be. We are cash buyers. We came into this with honest intentions, and expected the same from Pulte. , Pulte needs to have their president from Tampa come out and look at all the corners that are being cut in the build and rectify that for all the future homeowners. Excellent customer service and quality

We ordered the features for our house and Pulte built a feature we did not request which took away significant square footage from our house. They never told us about the variance and we found the problem when we did a final walkthru. They would not work with us to resolve the issue. They can not be trusted.

Too much to type ... but, needless to say, GREAT product.

We moved into our brand new ‘Contour’ home in Bridlewood last Monday. We could not be happier in selecting this community. After visiting about 7-8 different properties over the last 5 years Stone Creek remained a front runner. We dealt with Bruce in sales- he always made himself available and was completely upfront about everything. Our last visit was in January 2023 and once we got home we decided to go for it! Bruce suggested the perfect lot and got it released for us. Building ‘long distance’ from Pittsburgh had its challenges, but everyone at Stone Creek and Pulte were super helpful. Nikki in the design center sent us all kind of samples and took pictures of combos and made great design suggestions. Building was completed WAY ahead of schedule and there were a few hiccups throughout, but they were addressed immediately. We chose to mortgage through Pulte as well. Again, great service from Jessica and Tracey. They were extremely helpful and communicated everything well. During the build we were unable to attend the walk-throughs, but neighbors stood in for us and helped by FaceTiming the process. The pre-closing walk through prior to closing was the first time we physically saw our home and property. WOW! Matteo filled in for our PM on the walk-through. To say he was thorough would be an understatement! He was pointing out and flagging things that most wouldn’t see. Only minor things needed tweaks. Our home is BEAUTIFUL! But the BEST part is the community of people and neighbors. It feels like ‘old times’ where neighbors gathered regularly, you could leave your doors unlocked and just enjoy life! Disappointed with the quality of workmanship. Workers didn’t tape when painting and sprayed all wires which makes it harder to install ceiling fans. Water lines were backwards for cold and hot. Garage door didn’t work properly.

Great experience from start to finish

This is our 4th time buying a new construction home so we have some past experiences to draw on to formulate this review. First, Sean in sales was amazing, as were other sales associates but especially Darren since we saw him if Sean wasn't available. Our construction liaison Marc did an amazing job at keeping us informed of the progress as well as making sure problems were addressed along the way. Ultimately the home turned out great and we are very pleased with the end result and the value we received for our money (for the most part) but.... there were definitely issues along the way that we had to note for the items to be fixed before things progressed too far and made corrections more difficult. It seems like a lot of the sub-contractors do not care about their final product and just pass the problems along to the next trade. There was some sloppy workmanship that we asked to be corrected and the trade would come in and try to cover up what they did wrong and apply a fix that didn't actually fix the problem. There were multiple instances of this occurring, but with Marc's assistance we were able to finally get all of the issues addressed properly. We felt like Pulte is deliberately setting the final walkthrough inspection/closing appointments very close to minimize the time you have for the inspection so that you feel rushed. A one hour window for a final walkthrough is not nearly enough to inspect a full home. Thankfully Marc cares about his customers and was willing to tackle any final issues we had. We have now been in the home for 4 weeks and we are still addressing issues that need correction but Marc has worked with us diligently to handle the remaining items. ... More
