Take time to read the papers given to you at closing, they do give you all the information you need.

Flooring was defective before we moved in. Even though we've been visited by a 'flooring services manager', and a rep from the flooring provider, the response has not been very quick. We've been in for over a month and the problem is still not resolved.

Bought a "spec" home, so didn't get to choose any of the features, but love my new home! Would have preferred a few things different, but the house is comfortable and beautiful. Small repairs were handled quickly by the friendly and helpful warranty guy. Living in Sun City is wonderful!

It has been a very interesting experience in a great way. They were always informative about the process of your home. The project managers try to keep up with your needs when possible. Overall on a scale of one to ten I give it a 9.

Our home buying experience went smoothly. Brent, the construction manager, was especially very helpful and helped to expedite our closing. We are in the process of moving in but really look forward to the activities in the community and enjoying our new home.

Our Project Manager (Francisco) was a 5 star individual. Building a home is a very complicated process, but the Pulte Team really showed a great deal of care in every regard. Great selection of standard options so there was no need to add many upgrades. Would definitely buy another Pulte home.

everyone we dealt with in the process of building at DWLO was responsive, cooperative and easy to work with. The experience from contract to move in was quick and seamless.

This was our first time purchasing new construction, but after hearing stories from friends about their experiences, I am grateful that we have not had any major issues. The sales and design team were extremely helpful and responsive. We were kept updated throughout the building process and our construction manager was amazing! He answered any questions we had and addressed concerns immediately. Since moving in, we have found only minor things that need attention and so far the warranty team has been quick to respond. We love our new home! All of our dreams came true! The whole team of people have been so wonderful!

I've lived in many homes, townhomes and apartments in my life - I've never seen anything built as well as Pulte for this Del Webb community. The amenities here, and HOA included items are amazing too. My construction manager was and still is responsive and friendly. Unfortunately, I know I bought during a high bubble in real estate values and supply chain costs, but that will work itself out over time.

Tim C. Your project manager did our preclosing walk through on a monday.He is super efficient & totally organized.On Wednesday all of our issue were resolved.We haven’t officially moved in yet since we haven’t sold our other house .

Great experience, sales team and builder were knowledgeable and professional. Our home was completed on time and closing was easy. Builder was great in taking care of after move in issues. We love our new home.

We purchased a townhome from Pulte Del Webb in Spring of 2023. Our home buying purchase was seamless. We were kept up-to-date throughout the process and promises mad were kept. We are very happy with our new home.

In building this house, everyone was very nice and helpful the whole way. They gave good advise and followed through on every step.

From start to finish, my homebuying experience was very positive. From the sales team to the construction team, I was kept informed every step of the way. My construction manager, TJ, was especially attentive to each and every question (and there were a LOT of them) and made sure I understood each phase of the construction process. He provided weekly photo updates and displayed genuine excitement for me as the build came to an end. This was especially important to me because I live in another state. Our build manager,Andrew, did an awesome job taking care of our build. Shilo and Kathy at Pulte mortgage made the loan process super easy and stress free. We’re just over 30 days in and the few nits that we have are being worked (or are already done).

Communication throughout the build was very good

I love the plan of my home and really appreciate the walk in attic,

The experience was good from beginning to end. The only negative was that we were scheduled to move in on February 24, and then it became April 12. Also, after we moved in, we heard clawing inside the walls. Some animal had found its way in before us, and was living in the walls. Not much help from anybody to get it out, but it sounds like the poor thing has expired.

The house is very good overall except for the paint which shows stains fast and leaves marks when trying to wash off the stains.The step from the garage to the house is a serious trip hazard The quality of the blind is too low.There should be an upgrade that is not too expensive. Overall the house is good

DO NOT use Pulte Mortgage. They were very difficult to deal with!

Overall …my home buying experience was seamless. The quality and craftsmanship of my home is exactly what I expected. All my expectations were met!! I am very satisfied

Very pleasant buying experience. Sales rep, project manager, warrantee manager all very competent and good listeners. Process was mostly stress free. Promises made were kept. Happy with quality and responsiveness. One of our best buying experiences!
