Roby our superintendent on our house did wonderful job correcting issues as soon as they arose. Great follow up on everything!

Overall a very positive experience. I am thoroughly enjoying my new home. The quality of materials is good and very pleased with the finishes. If there was any blemishes or areas that needed fixing after the move in they have been very good about taking care of every detail. If it is delayed---It is delayed nothing you can do about that and delays can be frustrating-- my contract was stamped Mar-May but I moved in on July 30th--of course it is 2022 but that was tricky. Some simple design issues like placement of light switches and the dishwasher were a little strange but they could alter that where it makes more sense--normal ooops! I felt the construction team comunicated very well. Bryan, Luke and Chris went out of their way to comunicate on the progress of our home.

Our home buying experience went very smoothly, from initial purchase to closing. Todd did our final walkthrough and he was amazing. He walked us through the entire house and showed us how everything works. Todd showed us all the mechanicals of the house. Margaret has been wonderful! She responds very quickly to issues that have come up and she has been able to fix some of the issues herself. We would recommend Pulte highly.

Sales staff was very knowledgeable,accommodating,friendly and helped us every step of they from start to finish always extremely helpful and addressed every concern or issue that came up . Other than a few delays in our home building process we had a wonderful life hanging experience building our home .

The person I worked with at Del Webb was very helpful and informative. He answered all of your questions. He was very knowledgeable about everything.

The experience right from the beginning was good over all. When at closing and asking to wire the closing fees should be repeated through out the process to keep the home owner aware that it is only to be wired. We ran into issues that we could not get our money wired unless we traveled back to New York to be there when the wire was done. Overall it was good. Other than the people doing the building. They need to be more professional about the end product.

Eric was a great help throughout the building process. He held several virtual over the phone visits to show us the house at different stages. Holly always kept us informed and sent us pictures across the country each week.

Little bit rushed at the end to get home complete and transaction closed

A really good experience with the builder. They were very responsive to our needs, concerns and requests. Also very responsive to our inspection reports and addressing items reported.

We had a great experience working with Jay S. in the Sales Office. We were buying the unit while living in another Del Webb community in Southern California and Jay followed through on our many questions. Since moving in, we've had normal new construction items that have needed to be addressed and Gary L. and Joe R. have been very responsive in resolving all issues. We are in the 4th of 14 buildings to be built here. Building 5 is well underway and the footings for Building 6 are going in now. When complete, there will be 700 units (with far greater than 1,000 residents) and our only fear is that the pool at the clubhouse is way too small for when the complex will be complete. Additionally, the one tennis court and two pickleball courts that will eventually be built will not be enough to accommodate so many active adults. It would be great if Pulte would add an additional pool and more pickleball courts at their expense to truly make this a world-class establishment. ... More

Overall, everything went smoothly. The finish of the home was delayed a couple of months due to supply issues but that is happening everywhere. The house is beautiful and the construction manager had great attention to detail. I haven't actually moved in yet so I don't know if I missed anything on my inspection but so far, so goood.

Condo buying experience was simple. I was shown a few models and selected one. I gave a 10% deposit and a few weeks later chose various options and upgrades at the design center. A very painless process.

The purchase, design center, walk through process, closing operations were all top notch. We were very pleased with everything except the house took too long to build.

I never built a home before, the thought of it was too daunting but DelWebb made the process easy and the end result is great! Everyone was easy to work with and EXTREMELY responsive to our inquiries and requests. I think the price of the home was inflated but the whole real estate market is same. The final price with the upgrades we chose was a bit more than we expected but we knowingly made upgrade choices based on what we like and the final product is a very good looking home.

Extremely responsive. Working within the supply challenges all builders are facing, Mike did an amazing job keeping us well informed and managing our expectations!

We bought a spec, so we weren't on board with the entire process, but from when we initially purchased to final move-in, it went well. A couple times, my spouse wondered how Garrett and team would get it done, but they did and on time. The quality and value of our new home is a "heap sight" better than many homes we have lived in. What matters to us both is what happens after the keys were delivered to us. The warranty guy David steps up strong and gets things taken care of. There is always going to be a little something here or there that is not 100% perfect -- built by humans after all, but David gets it taken care of and follows through to make sure fixes are done right. Our experience with the builder’s team was great. They did what they promised and more. Every time, Garrett responded to us in a timely manner. He was quick to respond. Appreciated his non-hurried, careful, and helpful approach during the walk through before closing. What can I say . . . Garrett worked extremely hard to deliver a complete home in the short time allotted to him. When he had questions, he quickly asked what we wanted. He was respectful and polite and we quickly ascertained that delivering excellence is what drives him to make sure the client was happy. Above all, you can trust Garrett.
