Love my new home. We've been in for 2 months now and had no issues. The home was delivered clean, finished and within in the completion window they originally provided. The staff that work with you through out the process were all very professional, friendly and easy to work with.

I like the after care that is provided, the extra warranty on appliances is great, The quality of workmanship in the home is great. A great place to live and call home.

We had a good experience from the initial meeting, through the build. In the beginning they sent updates by emails. Towards the end we received a phone call every other week with the update. If I sent a question by email it was responded to by either email or phone call. Overall, we were satisfied with our entire experience.

We were able to purchase a lovely lot thanks to our original salesperson and had an excellent building manager. The overall quality, or craftsmanship, of the build was a little lacking, however.

The entire buying and closing experience was smooth from beginning to end. Everyone involved was professional and responsive, making the entire process a easy experience.

We have had a great experience since purchasing our home in Delwebb and the warranty team is very responsive to any concern we have raised thus far. Thank you.

We decided to move to Arizona from Florida. Having owned a Pulte home in a Del Webb Community before, it was an easy decision to move to Sun City Festival. The whole experience was made easy. From Jerry in the sales team to Richard who managed out build, everyone was helpful, professional and efficient. Great team!

Overall I am very happy with my home and experience with Dell Webb. As for workmanship, the subcontractors in my experience were careless in their care of my house during construction. For example, when the flooring had been installed, it was not completely covered and workmen walked in and out without removing or covering their shoes, tracking dirt onto the carpet and risking scratching the hard surface flooring. The subs that installed the tile in the master bathroom shower did not cover the vinyl floor, resulting in grout dropped on the hard vinyl flooring. Although the grout was cleaned up, it was not done until the grout had already hardened, making it impossible to completely get it 100% clean. When the garage was drywalled, drywall mud was dropped on the floor and not cleaned up. All of these issues could have been avoided by covering the floors before starting the work or cleaning up immediately after completing the work. As for the value for the price paid, one could probably purchase an existing home with more square footage for less money; however, the builder incentives and HOA benefits help balance that out. Also, it will be interesting to see how often and by how much our HOA fees increase over time. Regarding our HOA, I really like my experience with Spectrum, so much so, that, even though I have pay for cell phone service out-of-pocket, I changed my cell phone provider from AT&T to Spectrum. The transfer over to the care team has been smooth and seamless. We had a plumbing problem and it was handled within hours. Great response and excellent vendors.

Both Jake and Oliver have been attentive to the concerns to complete the finishes in my home to the Pulte building standards. I'm very glad I picked Del Webb Sunbridge for my home.

The project construction manager and the sales representative, Spencer and Meshia were great! They kept us informed and were very responsive when we had a question or concern..

Professional, quick responses to our needs and questions. Helpful with the step by step process. The floor plans are well designed and options to upgrade are the best. We looked at all the completion and DelWebb/Pulte is the best!

We were immediately impressed with Del Webb Bayview in Parrish, FL. Our salesperson, Valen, was trustworthy, informative and professional. Not only did she make our home selection process easier, she also assisted us with several home design choices after our sale was complete. Our field manager, Jared, was responsive and meticulous. Jared involved us in the build process and kept us informed and comfortable, answering all our questions. Issues were mostly minor and typical of those you’d experience during a new build. Most important, all were all handled quickly and with no pushback. We are very happy with both the quality of our new home and the quality of the community amenities. Everyone at Pulte we dealt with during our home build was courteous and professional. While we don’t expect to move, we wouldn’t hesitate to build with Del Webb and Pulte in the future. Only reason for a four star rating on value is related to the overall craziness of the real estate market over the past few years, nothing specific to Pulte or Del Webb. They were priced fairly in relation to the market and were one of the only communities allowing us to select interior finishes and other upgrades in March of 2022, while most others were auctioning off homes with predetermined finishes. First and foremost I commend Kailey she is the sales representative who assisted me the 2nd and 3rd time I visited delwebb sunbridge. Her service/care very exceptional. She is approachable, friendly, dedicated, sincere and a very kind heart helping clients. She guided and assisted me from the very start of the buying process until the closing date. She gives me updates, I can text her anytime even at night and on weekends she is always available to attend my needs and she tried her very best to attend and answer all my questions and took actions in all my requests. I can't thank her enough how grateful I am that she is one of the people who helped me to fulfill my wish/dream to buy and own a house. She encouraged me how to get resources which i almost gave up my goal to buy a house but because of her i was determined to fulfill my dream to be a homeowner. Thank you so much Kailey. The process to decide to build with Del web/Pulte was a pleasant experience.

It’s a house built by humans. Problems and issues always come up; stay on top of your project and have good conversations with your field manager and the final house will be beautiful. We are happy with the house, location and nothing beats the amenities.

Every one knowledgeable and responsive. Home delivered on time. Home buying process very smooth, which was great since we were moving 500 miles.

We love our new home and the life style at Sun City Hilton. So appreciated the care given to us during the important process of building our forever home by our construction manager, Lance. We highly recommend this to anyone we know interested in a similar retirement experience. Looking forward to enjoying these years with our new friends in this beautiful environment.

I think because there are so many house's being built at the same time some items seem to be lacking. As I have stated in the title above, because of the time frame there is to do the work the finish work was a little off. So much pressure to get things done fast, the care for detail was lacking a bit. Now that being said, it seems very much like they want to get the small things fixed (again, just not a lot of time) in a timely manner. I had good experiences with my sales associate, and also the Pulte Project Manager.

Our experience started off great with Tanya, our sales person. She helped us get the lot we wanted and kept us informed throughout the building process. We loved the weekly updates with pictures that she sent. Our Project Manager, Dexter was awesome! He responded quickly to any calls and remedied issues immediately. In fact, due to his oversight, there weren’t many issues at all.

Even though we lived out of state, we were kept informed on the progress of our home and the anticipated completion date. Our questions for Colleen and Jim were answered promptly. The process went smoothly from beginning to end.

Everyone was great to work with from the Sales Office through Field Manager. They followed their process as laid out upfront. Home was beautiful and delivered right on time. Would build with them anytime!
