Respectfully suggest that Del Webb does not hold to a Closing date when the home has many significant deficiencies. Simply push the Closing date out a week or two and explain to the Buyer that the home does not yet meet your rigid standards. I’m aware that a home is a system of many subsystems and things do go wrong, but the Buyer should not be expected to be the Builders Quality Control system. I’m deeply disappointed.

Our experience was good one. I think our Construction Manager (Kyle)made it so. I do wish sales would have been involved. I’m very glad we were around for the process so that we could ask questions along the way.

My experience was very good in all stages; buying, building and financing. We set realistic expectations for each stage, and for our choices. This helped reduce the overall stress, and enjoy our new home.

Issues with mold and clogging areas that should be unclogged so that aircraft flow better fixing it myself because I want something better and don’t have to wait for them because I’ll be sick in bed. How are you allergic to mold I will have to do it better

Very frustrating. Living with errors in upgrades, thinking I could adjust to those mistakes, but must say there is no adjusting to looking at wrong upgrades and having to live with mistakes. Spent too much money for upgrades and then living with design errors is too depressing.

Excellent experience with all Pulte staff-sales staff, building quality insurance manager, and Pulte mortgage staff. One month in and the home has been problem free.

Del Webb needs to hire professional vendors, experienced construction managers and not overload them with 35 plus houses to manage. Upper management is non responsive including the President of Pulte. The whole process needs to improve.

We love our new home and especially the location having past experience with building construction I have been very disappointed in the quality of workmanship and the number of callbacks to correct things that should’ve been done to start with

This is the second home that I purchased from Pulte and it will be the last. The first house which was located in Florida had a terrific floor plan and the service that I received from Pulte was good. I liked the floor plan for the current house in Lake Las Vegas but after living here for a few weeks I realize that there is too much useless space. This means that the places where space is needed are too small (ex. closets, kitchen cabinets, pantry). The worst feature about this house is that that the air conditioner and the forced air unit were installed next to the master bedroom. There are three thermostats in this place which means that the air conditioning system cycles three times in a row to cool the entire house. The compressor and forced air unit make a tremendous amount of noise every time they start and stop and this makes it very difficult to get any sleep. Whoever designed this system was brain dead. ... This is my 3rd Pulte Home. They have a nice product. I love the floor plan and my lot is amazing. I had zero issues with this purchase even with me being an out of state buyer. I recommend Pulte Homes and Sun City Festival.

Our PM was absolutely responsive and caring about the construction and closing issues. Without him, we would not have been able to get the home completed.

The entire process went smoothly from the purchase, selection of design features, construction to final closing and move-in thanks to the expertise and attention to detail from Ian, Andrew, Jason and the entire staff. The design, construction, quality and value of my new home far surpasses all expectations and I would highly recommend the builders at Del Webb Nocatee!

Biggest issue I have is the quality of the tile installation. I paid for the very best tile throughout the home and when I arrived just prior to closing I noticed numerous issues with the tile layout, grout work was very bad, and there are numerous areas where the tile is not level with adjacent tile causing me to trip.

Nice people but probably all too busy. Takes far too long to get promised things done that should have been done before closing date. I hope I get my refrigerator parts this week.....after 7 weeks. People on the ground are really good people but maybe stretched too thin.

This is a beautiful community and well cared for by the residents and HOA. The entire building process was LONG (14 months). Originally told it would be 9-10 at contract signing. Long periods of waiting with little communication and no sense of urgency. The builder seems more interested in producing their spec homes than finishing the contracted homes. We have built over 20 homes in multiple cities over the years, this was by far the worst experience we have had.

From choosing a home to final inspection we found it to be a great experience. Andy, our project manager, was fantastic and very attentive to our questions. We would highly recommend Del Webb Wildlight for your next home.

Sellers were very knowledgable and always accessible by phone or text when questions arose

Stay away from Pulte developments

We love our new home at Stone Creek. However , the cleaning of the house in general was insufficient Lawn: the attention to lawn and sprinkler system prior to move in was deplorable. Over half the sprinkler heads either didn’t work or were restricted in flow to the point that the St. Augustine in the front yard was in bad shape. Additionally, the Bahia in the backyard is so rough it is extremely difficult to mow. It should have been rolled over for smoothness but honestly the installation was nothing short of just lumps of grass hastily thrown on the ground. The front and side St. Augustine was in better shape but still like walking on the moon (craters everywhere). Due to the local water restrictions I strongly recommend Del Webb install Bahia grass (requires much less water and maintenance) everywhere instead of St. Augustine. We need to be good stewards of our natural resources and this would also solve the problem of Marion County complaints of over usage of at Stone Creek. ... More

Lance our sales agent was great to work with and stays in touch. Pulte closing agent was somewhat overwhelming, too many individuals involved, too many emails and forms to sign. The house is very nice and well constructed. The Wildlight HOA staff are terrific, accessible and very responsive. The neighbors are extremely friendly, active and involved in the community and willing to assist with anything. Overall we have been extremely satisfied.

Great salesperson up front. Overall quality of work and materials including appliances after that have been disappointing..

Alejandro was a great supervisor on our home after starting out with someone else. All minor issues were resolved and the house is engineered very well. Well designed house for use of space and functional.

choose a better sales person than what we did

I really loved working with my sales manager and our construction manager. They were extremely responsive and took the time to make sure I was happy from our initial meeting to our moving in. The quality of the home is good and really enjoying the house and the community.
