Our sales agent, was wonderful explained everything to us made the pie experience great

Our home came out of the ground slow, but quickly became a nice quality house.

Sometimes we wondered if we were crazy building a new home the same year we were retiring? Were we too old for this kind of project? The answer is NO because we had a great team of people who walked us through each step. Our salesperson was very clear about everything. A scary part for us was deciding on all the interior choices that had to be made. The designer actually made that process easy and fun and it took only a few hours. We were surprised that it all happened smoothly and all we had to do was give our input and sit back and wait!

Everyone involved in our buying experience was professional and easy to work with. Most issues we had were addressed in a timely manner.

The Guy (Scott) said he would be back in 30 days to fix any problem we had in the house and he never showed up after 30 days plus I asked him for a few extra tiles for the floor in which he said there was some there allready but there was NOT

Scott was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the product and honest in all our dealings. When the original house came in too high he worked with me for options to come up with an affordable house. Even found some discounts. I had two project managers. Both were very responsive with any issues (all minor) and followed up to make sure they were taken care of.

This is a beautiful new community. The builder did a great job on our home. We had lots of options to choose from to make it our own. The job was done in a timely manner & we are now settled in and ready to meet new friends and enjoy this special community

Be prepared to wait longer than anticipated for the construction to be completed. But the long wait pays off, once settled in a well constructed building with good materials. Only two suggestions for the design of the “Mystic”! 1) The door swinging open to the separate water closet in the master bathroom takes up all the limited space in that room, leaving no wall left for placing a simple cabinet! Instead a pocket door would help opening up the room. 2) Add 2 (3) feet depth to the MBR closet (extending towards the garage). Although we cherish the 3 car garage, I believe there is still plenty of room left to fit 3 cars in the remaining area. ... More

We looked at Del Webb homes for several months and nearly bought in the fall. When an opportunity came up around the end of the year for a special price on our home that was already completed with upgrades above and beyond our wish list we worked with John to make it happen and with a relatively flexible closing date to complete the quick sale of our existing home. Since moving in we have had small issues resolved quickly and to our great satisfaction. Nice job everyone - thanks to the whole team.

The home is beautiful. Jason the project manager made the experience seamless. Any issues are dealt with promptly until you are satisfied.

David was great but after living here for a while you see a lot of poor work

Issues are not easy to solve as the construction manager doesn’t transmit issues not solved to customer service After closing customer service is polite but not work in a timely manner But the house is great and perfect for our needs

The location and view are fabulous. This home has ticked off everything we wanted. The style and size are exactly what we were looking for in a home. And the amenities exceed our wish list.

We love the house. BUT, I think Pulte cheaps out on some things such as paying separately for cabinet hardware, painting the garage, 2nd coach light on garage, etc. Just add a couple thousand dollars to the price. This is the third house we’ve built and never experienced this. It leaves a bad taste.

Overall our home is wonderful! We have issues that we wished we would have caught at our walk-through. Might I suggest a 2 part walkthrough! 1st day catch as much as you can and 2nd day walk through with fresh eyes. Too many things missed if you are hurrying to close! We Understand you have a year to fix things but when you buy a beautiful new home….it’s hard to wait to make things right!

Recently we decided to leave cold winters behind and started looking for a place to winter in southwest Florida. We came across Del Webb Naples and setup a time to tour the models. We met with Bill and he showed us several models. After thinking it over, we came back, chose our model and appropriate options, signed the contract and we were on our way! The build process took just over a year, but Bill kept us up-to-date with almost weekly progress pictures. We made one trip to Florida for a pre-drywall walkthrough, and soon it was time to close! Everything was just as we had requested and we received a quick response to the punch list of minor items we created in the first few weeks of SWFL living. the communications from our sales rep and building supervisor has been excellent. Likewise, the follow-up on any "problematic issues" we've encountered so far has been quite good!

Bought home in minny then flew back to florida till spring. Have only spent 2 weeks there so far

Our experience with this process was smooth and efficient. The build finished sooner than expected. There have been minor finish items that need attention. Though I'm confident these items will be resolved, it's taking longer than expected. Overall, the quality is excellent, but attention to some of the details is missing. I would absolutely and have recommended Pulte homes to family and friends.

Our new house in Sun City will be our second Del Webb home, and we are very pleased with the floor-plans and the attention to details that is included in Del Webb homes.

The builder, Pulte has a great customer communication system in place. The project manager was very prompt and informative on the process of building my home. Everything was done as expected and on time. The community amenities are just now being built and I believe that they will be fantastic and will be beautiful when all the landscaping and walking paths and ponds are finished. Good time to get your home in this community.
