Over all the experience was good. There were some issues, Brought to Jeff’s attention-awaiting resolution.

Home buying experience went smoothly - no complaints. Just slightly disappointed with some of the limited choices - example: baseboards, interior doors, lighting fixtures - pretty basic and not really my taste - no option to forgo or purcahse our own.

Expensive, hasty build, poor quality, slow to remedy issues. Currently doing our own plumbing fix.

Wish there was more info provided about steps in the buying process. Also since models have higher end features, when making your final selections the design should inform buyers about affects of options chosen. For example, if you select the arch package your baseboards will not be standard (now curves). Found out near end of process videos were available ( and wasn’t told) to talk about steps in the homebuying purchase. More info about earnest deposit and how is applied to final purchase or not. More info also about extra paid for additional options chosen and how it is applied to final purchase or not. People were friendly. Would also say since my spouse had never purchased a new house before that more communication would have allayed fears and more info about process the total build process took over 14 months from start to finish. ... Everyone at Pulte Mortgage was nice to work with and supportive. The construction manager was wonderful and so helpful & really listened to my concerns. There were some things about the house I wasn’t pleased with, but overall the quality was pretty good. I thought the house was a little overpriced for the size of it - it is a small 2 bedroom home & the second bedroom is tiny. The front yard is all right but the back yard is very small with a slope where you can’t plant anything.

We feel the home is poorly built. The tray ceiling has marks on it, the tile floor is cracked going into the main bedroom, kitchen drawers are off the track, there is blue “stuff” on the hall bathroom shower tile as if some one, not us, took a shower

We considered several options and investigated them thoroughly before deciding on Del Webb. While we have only been in our new home a short period of time, we are pleased with the available amenities and how well the grounds and facilities are maintained.

You are paying a premium to join a 55 and older community. The option costs range from reasonable to wildly overpriced. We had a good build process manager and we are pleased with the end result. It is a nice tract home. But it is not a semi-custom home by any stretch. The lack of landscaping support post sale is disappointing. The builder gives excuses about the trees being stressed by transplanting, but no help in what to do to help them recover.

Colleen was an informative and responsive sales person--no pressure at all to make the sale. I had a realtor representing me because I was also looking at other homes, but I don't think it was necessary because Pulte staff are top notch. Tyler was a terrific construction manager--knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. I love my new home!

First time purchasing and building a new home - process made easy by Del Webb.

From start to closing all of the PGP teams got us into our new home on time. Everyone worked hard to make the transition as smooth as possible. My wife and me are happy we made the move.

We were very pleased with our builder team, especially our project manager Daniel. He kept us informed throughout the process and responded immediately to our questions/requests. More importantly he was honest and trustworthy.

My Pulte home has been a wonderful experience in all ways.

Three weeks before our close date, the dishwasher was installed wrong, resulting in a flooded kitchen. Flooring and cabinets had to be reordered and installed, resulting in a 3-day delay on our closing. When we finally moved in, we found the new kitchen flooring to be damaged once again and, after talking to our construction manager, we learned the plumber had flooded the kitchen when reinstalling the pipes. We are now awaiting our third kitchen floor. Last night my husband came home and found wet carpet in the guest bedroom. After further investigation, he discovered that the AprilAire system had not been properly installed and leaked from the second floor through the walls and into the lower-level bedroom. For me, the thrill of building and owning a new home has been lost in these issues. I'm currently living with a dehumidifier running full time, a half-cement kitchen floor, and a flooded bedroom with no end in sight to the construction that will need to be done to repair the unsatisfactory work by subcontractors. ... Sales office and rep was fine. Building was a disaster. Wrong tile in two bathrooms. Wrong cabinets in kitchen. Build manager tried to be good but his hands are obviously tied by corporate. Nice guy but just a puppet for corporate. Pulte lied to us about the issues until we came up with written proof. Poor quality- everything sloppy work. Doors arrive to Pulte not square- embarrassingly with a problem, Pulte says sorry that’s the way they come from supplier. Cheap and sloppy workmanship and toilets. Sorry but this is honest.

Great responsiveness and quality from Manny and Matt. Pulte was pretty inflexible but the people overcame this.

This experience was our first, true build from dirt to home. Our sales consultant and our project manager provided timely updates and worked diligently to meet project deadlines. Once we closed, our project manager took care of several small items of concern. Our only area of concern was the cleanliness of the house at closing. There is room for improvement in that area.

Our experience since moving in has been frustrating to say the least. Appointments not kept, excuses made instead of problems solved. I’ve had to contact your Las Vegas office twice because i couldn’t get a text or phone call returned. After i contacted your LV office, I got a call from Darell with attitude. Very unprofessional! Most of our issues have been minor and easily fixed, but it has taken numerous calls to get things done. We love our home and the facilities. Our sales person, Tanya was amazing. She contacted us often with updates and made the purchase a great experience.

Took a couple years to complete build but closing and move in process went well. Construction manager was knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions, he was key to making our homebuying experience enjoyable.

Love the area!! Quiet and remote but still close enough to the amenities. Just moved in , so far everything as promised. They communicate very well with their buyers. Ready faster than I thought!!!!!

Don’t fall for all the marketing hype and sales pitches…your overall construction process will be an adventure! The Construction Managers (CM’s) are overwhelmed (i.e., assigned more homes than they can properly supervise) with a number of subcontractors that lack quality workmanship & supervision. Construction rules (e.g., debris pick-up, eating within homes, etc.) are completely ignored and are not enforced. Various projects within a home will be started and not finished with no common sense nor explanation. It is not uncommon for several of these projects to sit for several weeks at a time. Lack of quality communication and overall transparency to the building process. Expect your messages to go unanswered, with no specific details provided to your questions. And if you can roll with all these punches and keep a very close eye on your homesite, you will eventually come out with a closing date that will often be pushed out with several “last-minute” issues that should have been addressed weeks prior. They lie to you about everything to sell you the home they change anything they want but we can’t change anything if I knew I could not screen in front porch I would not have built here the only thing good I can say is the warranty people are great

We are very pleased with the whole process from acquisition of the lot thru construction. While inspecting the varius phases of construction, we were very pleased with the quality, especially the amount and quality of insulation throughout the structure....especially in dealing with the heat of the summers. Our only issue was the attention to detail in the finishing of both the interior and the exterior surfaces. However, surely not enough to stop us from highly recommending any Dell Web project.

Del Webb people are absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend to anybody to give them an opportunity to make your life change for the better.
