Home buying experience was simple and easy. A few key items have not yet been corrected.

Just be a little patient given the supply chain issues. I was and they made good on them.

We were very happy with the overall look an appearance of our new home. On final walkthrough, 90 percent of items were minor paint touchups. All appliances worked, floors, carpeting, cabinets and counter tops looked great. After punch list was completed almost all touchups to paint were complete. My only negative would be that the painting could have been a little better (thicker coat). Carlos was an excellent project manager.

It has been a seamless experience; any minor details have been resolved in a prompt and timely manner.

From the very start our Sales Agent, Valen was incredible. She helped us with our lot selection, answered our many questions, checked in to ensure we were happy and was very customer focused. Our Field Manager, Frank, was very professional, listened to any concerns we surfaced and ensured everything was done to our satisfaction. He followed up after our settlement to ensure we were happy and even came over after our closing to fix a minor item himself. The reason we gave a 4 instead of 5 under "quality of workmanship & materials" is some products had to be substituted due to the industry's supply chain issues (i.e., aluminum windows vs. vinyl). The majority of my contact has been with four individuals (Michelle, Susan, Max and Deborah) every last one of them were outstanding: competent, friendly, knowledgeable and truly cared about my needs and desires. Communication was always timely and thorough even though I was an out of state buyer. I’m in the post closing stages now, and they are responsive about addressing an issues that were bound to happen in an endeavor such as this. I had just a few disappointments in what options they offered and some of their stuff doesn’t seem current to todays trends: no sealer in the grout, no photo sensitive coach lights or motion sensitive outside security lights…. But, in the grand scheme of things, these items can be worked around. Timing-wise, they missed backend of my initial 3-month closing window by a month, but a hurricane did roll thru and there were supplier and contractor labor issues that I imagine most builders are encountering. John was wonderful. He explained everything about the house. He sent us pictures he kept us up to date about the buying process and answered all our questions. The woman at the design center was very helpful. She went through all the options and showed us samples of the items that we wanted to have in our house ( and what was included). Nik informed us about the home building process. He gave us a weekly update and sent us pictures. The framing walkthrough was interesting. The pre closing walk had a lot of information about the house I think I need to take more notes . Lea gave us a booklet about the house and warranties. Most of the workmanship seemed good I still need a few small items to be fixed. ... More

Gary, Tim, and Joe have been so helpful and friendly. It is amazing that Tim remembers everyone’s name. It’s a great community.

I love my new home and especially the neighborhood and my view. They got home ready for me on time. The Superintendent working on my punch list was amazing. Robby responded quickly to any issues that needed addressing. I would recommend a home here to my friends.

It took a while to finish (13 months) but the finished home is absolutely lovely. Once we moved in we found very few things that needed follow up with customer care which is much better than the experience I hear from other new home buyers. The initial 9 months of the building process was disappointingly slow and communication was almost nil, which I complained about, but the builder assigned a new manager at that point and then everything moved quickly. Very quickly. A couple parts were not available by closing and I’m still waiting to get those resolved but one issue is being taken care of next week and the other appears to be progressing. The buying process ran smoothly. The interaction with Pulte’s personnel was pretty good from the sales person to the last builder. Some minor issues are still pending, but they are working on them. We are very satisfied with the house in general.

Overall we love our new home. Steve the construction manager was exemplary! He contacted us weekly, or more, about the building process. Change errors and omissions occured in another department but he addressed them quickly. After the closing things on the punch list are being addressed.

Project Manager was always a pleasure to work , as well all staff members with PulteGroup where always great to work with.

We purchased a spec home so we did not have a longer relationship with our builder. But the time we spent on the finishing stages of our home were very positive. We still have a few open items but they are being handled to our satisfaction.

From dealing with Stephanie on the purchase, Stacy in the design center, and Mike our project manager everything was smooth and stress free. We came from a different local development and had the exact opposite experience there. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone along the way. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!!

Very easy home buying process. Construction timeline was accurate. High quality construction and responsive QC process

Communication is the 'key' and as new homeowners, we felt everyone, including the manager and the sales office personnel and the loan process team as well as settlement, all were sensitive to our needs for effective and efficiency communication.

Great home designs and the houses are quality built. To soon to comment on service after sale as I have only been in my new home a few months. Love the vibe of the neighborhood.

We were very hesitant to make this move but so far we are very happy. Hoping the amenities center is completed soon as that will be a large part of the reason we bought in this community.

Tina, the realtor who sold me the unit was extremely helpful. Always returned my calls and answered all my questions.

We have received NO closure on punch list items since closing in November

From the sales agent Siobhain to the construction Manager Will, there was a sincere effort to communicate construction plans and closing /moving into the home, so we could coordinate a successful sale of the old house and move in to our new home.

Steven our builder was very responsive to any and all concerns we had. I have experience in construction, and Steven was great to work with. Pulte has several builders I recommend if you are building in Del Webb Chateau Elan you ask for him by name.
