Great floorplans, amenities and exceptional Pulte staff in both sales and field management! SALES: We enjoyed working with our sales agent who was the most responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and caring from the models' visits to the house delivery. CONSTRUCTION: our Field Manager was very persistent in tracking construction progress and anticipating mistakes. Pandemic constraints on skilled labor and supply chain created difficult conditions and lead to many delays and construction defects. However our Field Manager had a superior focus and dedication to make it RIGHT for the customer. He acknowledged and guided the constructions teams to fix every issues that he, we or our inspectors identified. From the sales office through the buildout, all went well. Even with supply chain and Covid-19 problems, the builder produced a special home.

Only thing I thought more time should have been spent on how to work the irrigation system. Not being mechanical I find it somewhat; perplexing.

Explained what was going on and keeping me updated. Very accessible to answer questions. Good follow up.

Very happy with the process from the initial meeting with sales person, then the design center and the construction manager during the building process. Our questions were always addressed and were happy with the closing as well. The house turned out beautiful thanks to all the phases of purchasing a home in Del Webb. It is a wonderful community with a lot to offer

This is our 2nd Del Webb home in 2 different communities…AZ and FL. We had no major issues and the minor ones were taken care of promptly.

Great people to work with in buying home.

My building supervisor kept me up to date on all aspects of the home during building. After closing, the same excellent service has been provided by my warranty advisor.

The high quality of our home was surpassed only by the outstanding Pulte staff. From sales, finance, insurance, building inspections and follow-up, each individual with whom we interacted were of the highest level of informed, efficient, and personalized professionalism. All aspects of interaction with Pulte fully deserve 5 stars. We LOVE our home.

The sales and building process was excellent.

Our salesman Bill O was a pleasure to deal with. Honest and trustworthy. We live up north and he kept us up to date with the build every step of the way. From start to closing everything was well organized and easy to complete.

Home is well constructed, everything about the home was explained and if any problems arise they say they will be there. The only problems we are having is with the appliances, dishwasher and refrigerator, which are being addressed at this time and looking forward to a satisfactory conclusion.

We are pleased with the overall experience building our home. We love the home. Somethings we noticed the might helpful to new buyers: - landscaping around the homes is ok. Del Webb hires a company to perform this for the entire complex. Around the homes it would be great if more attention was made to help with weeds. - more attention to insect control prior to moving in would be nice. - two coats of paint inside and out would be preferred. More interior colors would be nice. - more attention to cleaning the home prior to moving in would be preferred. - the sales office was very helpful. Steven Locke was great. He explained everything fully knew what he was talking about. He helped get last minute details completed.

Del Webb Bexley is there excellent builders for 55+ community. They have laid plans for excellence in home building, community, environmental & long term health & happiness. I am impressed with their professionalism & treating me, the buyer, with respect and family helpfulness starting from beginning of mortgage application through my first year In my beautiful home. Thanks for everything!

Management is excellent. Mortgage experience with Pulte Mortgage was dreadful.

Quality construction and good response.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, from the first sales meeting through final construction. Our house was built on time in spite of very adverse weather conditions; heavy rain, extreme cold/ice. Also in spite of material shortages. Everyone worked hard to keep to their original promises.

Very good team at Del Webb Stone Creek that all like what they do and do their jobs well. They are understaffed for the increase in the number of new home builds in the past year. Overall we are very happy with the quality of our home and the Stone Creek community.

My Lake Oconee building experience went very smooth and the home was completed within the original time line. The Sales & Builder Professionals were always great to work with !

We had a great experience buying our home in Del Webb Cypress Falls in North Port FL. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. The construction manager was excellent and kept us informed throughout the entire build process. We are very satisfied with our home purchase and highly recommend Del Webb as an active adult retirement community.

It is a 55+ community. The lot looked flat but we ended up with a lot of steps in both entrances to the front of the house. I feel like should be avoided in a 55+ community.
