We moved into our brand new ‘Contour’ home in Bridlewood last Monday. We could not be happier in selecting this community. After visiting about 7-8 different properties over the last 5 years Stone Creek remained a front runner. We dealt with Bruce in sales- he always made himself available and was completely upfront about everything. Our last visit was in January 2023 and once we got home we decided to go for it! Bruce suggested the perfect lot and got it released for us. Building ‘long distance’ from Pittsburgh had its challenges, but everyone at Stone Creek and Pulte were super helpful. Nikki in the design center sent us all kind of samples and took pictures of combos and made great design suggestions. Building was completed WAY ahead of schedule and there were a few hiccups throughout, but they were addressed immediately. We chose to mortgage through Pulte as well. Again, great service from Jessica and Tracey. They were extremely helpful and communicated everything well. During the build we were unable to attend the walk-throughs, but neighbors stood in for us and helped by FaceTiming the process. The pre-closing walk through prior to closing was the first time we physically saw our home and property. WOW! Matteo filled in for our PM on the walk-through. To say he was thorough would be an understatement! He was pointing out and flagging things that most wouldn’t see. Only minor things needed tweaks. Our home is BEAUTIFUL! But the BEST part is the community of people and neighbors. It feels like ‘old times’ where neighbors gathered regularly, you could leave your doors unlocked and just enjoy life! Disappointed with the quality of workmanship. Workers didn’t tape when painting and sprayed all wires which makes it harder to install ceiling fans. Water lines were backwards for cold and hot. Garage door didn’t work properly.

Great experience from start to finish

This is our 4th time buying a new construction home so we have some past experiences to draw on to formulate this review. First, Sean in sales was amazing, as were other sales associates but especially Darren since we saw him if Sean wasn't available. Our construction liaison Marc did an amazing job at keeping us informed of the progress as well as making sure problems were addressed along the way. Ultimately the home turned out great and we are very pleased with the end result and the value we received for our money (for the most part) but.... there were definitely issues along the way that we had to note for the items to be fixed before things progressed too far and made corrections more difficult. It seems like a lot of the sub-contractors do not care about their final product and just pass the problems along to the next trade. There was some sloppy workmanship that we asked to be corrected and the trade would come in and try to cover up what they did wrong and apply a fix that didn't actually fix the problem. There were multiple instances of this occurring, but with Marc's assistance we were able to finally get all of the issues addressed properly. We felt like Pulte is deliberately setting the final walkthrough inspection/closing appointments very close to minimize the time you have for the inspection so that you feel rushed. A one hour window for a final walkthrough is not nearly enough to inspect a full home. Thankfully Marc cares about his customers and was willing to tackle any final issues we had. We have now been in the home for 4 weeks and we are still addressing issues that need correction but Marc has worked with us diligently to handle the remaining items. ... More

We found that after completing our design selections there were several misunderstandings as to what was or wasn’t included. It would be helpful if a final visual representation was provided to avoid confusion. Quality is satisfactory but we found several small flaws and issues. We’ve brought these to the attention of our customer care associate. I’m hoping we’ll be pleased when the issues are resolved

Overall the experience was pretty good. There was no communication of the hand off of outstanding items from the Project Manager to the Customer Care Center resulting in a 3 week period where nothing was done. Once I learned the Customer Care Center was the point of contact and found out who my contact person was, everything was completed quickly (Thanks Jodi). The Customer Care Center has been excellent to work with and get things done.

I was very disappointed in Pulte Mortgage. It was not a satisfying experience compared to other lenders. I also was left in the dark a bit in setting up HOA.

sales staff was great, the financial staff was very helpful and knowledgable and the construction supervisor/manager were professional

Our smooth-sailing sales experience built immediate trust, made it feel “meant to be” so that we made a 48-hour decision to build on a delightful lot. We moved from another out-of-state Del Webb community. Our builder patiently handled our many questions, and spent generous amounts of time with us all along the build cycle. By Closing date, he had the house fine-tuned to our requests. We are very pleased with our new home, and we are enjoying living within it.

It’s a great home and good design how ever I found that there are a few Cheap building materials that were used and the Landscaping is sub par and cheap

My experience was a quick one since I bought an inventory home. The home is beautiful and I am very pleased to be living in such a beautiful community.

The entire sales process was simple and easy. All the people we had to interact with were knowledgeable about the product they were selling and nice to deal with. Five stars..

Not worth my timed or effort!

Our sale agent Marc and project manager Elliot were both excellent. Both were very responsive and kept us informed as to the house process and expectations. any issues were dealt with promptly..

The sales team, the design team, and the construction team were all outstanding. We love it here at Del Webb Bayview in Parrish Florida. We highly recommend living here!

You need to understand going in that Pulte is not a custom home builder. With that said the overall experience was good our construction manager was the best (Jeff). We love our new home

HOA policies are tainting this review

Hoping they will continue warranty for 1st year without taking months to complete and before you know year is up

When we picked out our counters and carpeting it was so rushed I couldn’t think. I wanted quartz countertops and only got them in the kitchen. The bathrooms are granite which I have never liked. I thought they were going to be quartz. She told me the carpet with the pad would be nice and I’m not happy at all. Painting quality is bad. Mantel is way too high. I like the layout of the home.

From onset of signing contract and design selection several bate and switch from appliances to utility finished much cheaper product than showcased in the models. Even with upgrades, soft close cabinets were not installed throughout, crown molding purchased not installed throughout, appliances not elevated to the model showcase and excuse after excuse. Timeline for completion took nearly a year after being told likely ten months and actually wanted to push it to fourteen months until complete. Finish work on walls and ceiling look like an undisciplined child was set loose in the house and patchwork left large convex drywall sticking out of the walls. Floor was installed before work was finished and still waiting on 22 planks of flooring to be replaced. Light fixtures not squared and centered off each other still waiting to be repaired. Cabinets at bar not level and continued excuses about that fiasco. Warranty is a joke, dragging repair work submitted properly for over a month with no schedule, workers showing up without schedule and if scheduled show up late or not at all. Not to mention, no one picks up when the warranty number is called nor gets back to you after leaving messages. Emails are hit and miss. The work ethic is lacking greatly. The one consolation in all this, I have met and befriended several wonderful residence and happy to have settled in an upbeat welcoming community. Although my house is coming along and now call it home, I will never and I mean, NEVER, purchase another Pulte home or any of it subsidiaries. The home was very cheaply constructed and the workmanship and pride in Pulte name is lacking greatly. Buyer beware!! ... More

We had a great field manager who was very responsive to our needs and did a quality job. The only disappointment was the quality of the interior paint.

Overall our experience in buying a DWGD Villa was first class. April and Misty were awesome and could answer all of our questions throughout the process. The Pulte Mortgage Team did a fantastic job getting the paperwork finalized in a prompt manner. Our two negatives … 1) On the day we made the handshake agreement to purchase the buydown rate for the rate was at ~5% but due to a few days delay in mortgage application (had to be done online) and the weekend it had risen and ended up costing us almost $2k. Ouch! 2) Our villa wasn’t turn-key ready at closing. Our construction manager (Dominic) informed us he would be available for the next 30 days to finish the punch list items and any other items discovered upon move in. Well, it seems he has ghosted us! We’ve texted him twice and crickets. Last text he responded and apologized and said he would take care of the items and that was 10 days ago. We’re trying not to be the bad guys here but after you buy a $400K home we’re left with frustration. ... More

Not my first rodeo by far... Aaron made the entire sales process simple and easy. Couldn't ask for a better sales person. If you use the mortgage service highly recommend them ask for (Dalton / Bonnie) and the insurance (Rick). All great people solved any issues quickly, and the websites were easy to use .
