We had a great experience with Sales Rep (Bill) who was always engaged with us and kept us updated as to the progress of our home. Our Construction Manager (Cody) was fantastic after the previous Construction Manager had personal issues and dropped the ball several times leading to our home falling behind by 7 weeks. Cody did absolutely everything he possibly could to bring us as close to being on schedule as possible. Overall, Cody was phenomenal in getting us closed. Of course there are always minor issues post-closing and we're working with the Pulte team to resolve them. One item to note is that whoever does the final cleaning on the homes should be replaced since we had stained/dirty grout lines/tiles after the final cleaning. Again, Pulte is working to resolve this problem, but it should never have been a problem. Compared to the many builders that I've worked with as a mortgage lender, Pulte is outstanding when it comes to building a high quality home. ... More

Having never bought new construction, Debbie and Eric were outstanding in answering the many questions I had throughout the process (and still have!) with professionalism, timeliness and patience. The walk-throughs were very helpful. I chose to have my own inspections done for peace of mind, resulting in just a few minor "improvements." Appointments for the design center and smart com technology were great, with knowledgeable and patient staff. Del Webb homes are built well. Debbie was upbeat, positive, and so helpful. In the beginning the process was a bit overwhelming but it was really easy because there are people to help all along the way.

We love our house and the options we chose. Our contacts through the build process were very helpful. Luke and Bryan provided the information we needed pre and post closing. Any minor issues we have had since closing have been responded to quickly and to our satisfaction. Lisa in customer service is wonderful. Great experience start to finish.

The Pulte Team did fine work!

House completed well within the window that was promised.

We were very pleased with the communications during the building process. Any issues were immediately taken care of by our project manager. After the closing, however, several small details that were supposed to be addressed were never completed. We were told several items were supposed to be corrected, but it never happened. Still waiting after almost 2 months! Most of the areas to be addressed were in the cleanup/finishing of the construction - painting, concrete splashes, sod rolling, etc. Have had to finally do most of that on my own.

We had a great experience with the build of our Pulte home due to the people we dealt with throughout the entire process. Jeff, Joe and Jonathan couldn’t have communicated any better when we experienced the inevitable labor and materials issues that come up during a new build. They responded quickly and took care of the few deficiencies we encountered during the build process and helped us make a smooth transition to the post purchase customer care team. We started as hopeful buyers and ended up as happy customers and fans.

We moved into our new Pulte home in a 55 plus community after moving to nashville from reading pennsylvania. The design and build process was the best we’ve experienced after having bought 5 new homes in our life! Completely transparent and beating the promised build schedule! Quality was all and more than meeting our expectations! Few issues were resolved quickly!

Overall great experience. Could pay alittle more attention to building details and finish out. Very quick to resolve issues.

It appears that you are rushing in the building of the homes and some of the features are done rather sloppy. Also, because of the rush to put up the houses and the lack of materials, ie. windows and screens, you are substituting.

The house was built to our expectations and our head of building is great! We have had a few issues with the house after we moved in. The outside faucets leaked, the electrical in the garage keeps blowing the gfi outlet and our roof leaks. So far the roofers have come out and sprayed water on the roof. It didn’t leak where they sprayed so they said there was nothing they could do and left. That is why the rating is not a 5 across the board.

Excellent sales experience. The sales and support staff were great to work with.

We love our new neighborhood!

This is our 15th home purchase from various locations around the country. Del Webb has been our best overall purchasing experience.

Seamless and the sales rep was fantastic

My salesman helped me during entire process. Especially especially since I did everything from purchase, decorating choices, and closing ande made it easy even though I was in California and Able to accomplish it all.
